Willem's Dutch Pancakes

What a great little breakfast/brunch spot showcasing Aruba's dutch heritage. The dutch pancakes here are fantastic, and there is truly something for everyone (even for the non- pancake fans). They do have more of a crepe thickness and texture, but were very delicious and filling. If you are looking for savory dutch pancake, highly recommend the"French". Service was wonderful as well. Highly recommend to anyone!

We came here for breakfast. Great service and great food. Parking is difficult in this area. The have many options on there menu. Everything we ordered was delicious.

This place was right across from our hotel. We saw it the night before and decided to try it. I am so glad we did. This place was awesome! The staff was incredibly nice and the food was great! We will definitely go back there before we leave.

Delicious Dutch pancakes! Had banana Nutella and a stroopwaffle flavored. The service was excellent. I wish I could remember the young man’s name but he was super attentive and went above and beyond with a smile on his face the whole time.

We enjoyed our breakfast at Willem’s Dutch Pancakes. Be aware that Dutch pancakes are lighter and thinner than American pancakes, they almost remind you of crepes. The portion size is filling and won’t disappoint! The pancake takes up the entire large plate. It is thin, easy to cut, soft and sweet. It’s so tasty you feel like you’re cheating eating desert for breakfast (they do have options that include ice cream). The omlet was hardy and enough for two to split. So when you visit Aruba and want that Dutch pancake experience, you can’t go wrong here.

We arrived early for breakfast, and were the first seated. Very clean and lovely atmosphere. The pancakes were amazing! I ordered the French pancake and added ham, and we also ordered the apple cinnamon. Absolutely delicious great service would return.

The food was very good. We ordered the smoked salmon pancake and the apples and cinnamon pancake. The severs were kind, but there is nothing special about the service. Nice mid sized cafe type atmosphere, dine outside or inside.

Thank you JOHN for the service. The food was good. I went to the bathroom there were 4 doors the first two said it was for male n female but the doors were locked. So I thought oh maybe that’s for the employees. I went to the next two doors and used the female restroom. The toilet had dried poop on it so I had to line the toilet of course. Then I used a little tissue and it was EMPTY. Both sides…. There was NOT any extra tissue under the sink either. I had to put my clothes partially back on leave out this restroom and go into the male restroom to get tissue to finish cleaning off. On top of that there was no air back there so I’m sweating in the process of having to take down a swim suit and a dress multiple times to use the restroom and to go to another restroom. I spoke to the manager TESS and all she said was okay I’ll go check. THATS IT….. not the response a manager should give for the horrible experience. Then I went to pay the bill because yes they still charged me for the food and didn’t comp or discount one thing for this hassle. They charged me 3.75 when the menu said 3.50 so I asked about it and they said oh yeah the prices are out dated. I advised they should let customers know that. Then they said the bathroom I actually used was NOT there’s it belongs to the restaurant next door. WHAT…… they said that door should have been locked there guest only use the last restroom. NOT one sign that said that so how would a customer know that. No apology, no tissue, no up to date prices no bueno.
