We visited the pub/restaurant after booking a table at a very last minute during the bank holiday weekend.
We were welcomed by a very cheerful waitress who lead us to the table and offered some drinks.
The menu consists some nibbles, starters, starters to share, salads, main dishes (mostly classic pub dishes including burgers) and desserts. Vegetetian, vegan and gluten free options, all labelled in the menu.
We ordered chicken shawarma and crab burger. Despite busy Saturday evening, we didn't wait long for the meals. The crab burger was really nice, same as dynamite coleslaw. The chicken was nice and tenter, well but not too much spiced but the flatbread was almost unedible- very hard and chewy. We didn't get desserts.
It's a very nice pub, with bar area and a few table areas, all nicely decorated with a bit elegant, rustical style. There is also a small beer garden on the back of the building, next to the car park.
The staff were very friendly and nice, attentive to the dietary requirements.
