I did my homework in search of a quality cup, and they certainly delivered.
The espresso had good character, though it could benefit from slightly more precision in the extraction, as it leaned a touch over.
I also picked up some Ethiopian beans, ground for French press, and thoroughly enjoyed their balanced and vibrant profile.
Overall, a strong showing — keep up the great work!

William's Roastery is easily my new go-to spot in Kadıköy. The staff is effortlessly friendly, the atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between cozy and stylish, and the coffee? Easily some of the best in town. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger just a little longer. Definitely a must-visit for coffee lovers!

However, if you’re wanting a large, open comfy space to relax, then perhaps it will not be your cup of tea. But there are outdoor tables & chairs, and a long bench inside with small tables you can sit at & charge your phone or laptop.
Plus the barista is very kind/friendly😄👍🏻

I took 3 espresso with Brazilian coffee beans & 3 V60 with Brazilian & Colombian and all of them tasted great. The atmosphere and the staff are amazing.

The filter coffee is exceptionally good even though it’s probably the last cup of a busy working day, still so fresh and tasty. One of the few places in the city to have really good coffee. I’d highly recommend

High quality equipments (grinders, espresso machine, cups) , good location, well designed coffee shop but chosen beans to make espresso-based coffee are from Brazil during that time so I didn’t order. My friend ordered and tried. More balanced beans Which from Colombia or Guatemala may be chosen. I ‘ll make a visit again. Acme (👍🏻)cups are being used but there might be different size ( like 150ml for flat white) and color options.
