While shopping for quality kitchen equipment, this place really stands out. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful—something you don’t always find anymore. Many people say Williams Sonoma is expensive, but when you factor in the quality, it really isn’t. I’ve purchased several items over time, and there is a clear difference in durability and performance compared to cheaper alternatives. Don’t let the price tags discourage you from taking a walk through the store. It’s well-stocked, clean, and a great place to find kitchen tools that actually last.

Fortnum & Mason biscuits. I received lemon curd biscuits as a gift. When I opened it, all but one cookie was smashed into pieces. They were packaged in a tin but it did not protect them. Buyer beware.

I like this location better than the one in Princeton It is a relatively big location, and the store is clean

My sister ordered me an espresso machine from the williams sonoma website that unfortunately was deemed defective after hours of trouble shooting. I took the machine to the store (45 minutes away) to reorder a new one and the associate (associate ID bosmith) advised me that it has to be done with a gift card credit only even though i wanted to order a new one. The price my sister got it was less than it was currently priced so she advised me to call customer support to assist in price matching. After 15 minutes with the nice support person, she advised me that they could not match the price even though i was advised to call. I went back to the register to see if they could waive the next day shipping fee (a take my $30 loss in price difference) at least if i did a next day and was told online ordering vs in store experience has different operations and nothing could be done. There was no customer service initiative from management to cashier to help me replace or make right of my poor product experience. For a company that markets themselves as luxury retailer, they certainly don't have policies and procedures to provide a luxury customer experience. Service was sub par and reps were rattling off corporate script.

I went to the store today to return a Staub item I had purchased. I stood behind the person where I believed the line ended. A tall, older man behind the counter immediately began raising his voice at me, repeatedly telling me to “stand back where the sign is.” Neither my 26-year-old daughter nor I could see or identify where this sign was, yet he continued to bark the same instruction louder and louder instead of calmly clarifying. We were both completely rattled by how aggressive and rude he was. I have never experienced such poor customer service. Ironically, we went to the mall afterward to exchange birthday gifts for my daughter and received genuinely warm, professional “red carpet” service at both Dior and Hermès. I will never step foot in the Williams-Sonoma at King of Prussia again. That employee desperately needs training in basic courtesy and how to speak to customers respectfully.

Williams-Sonoma is one of those stores I hope never closes. It’s such a nice place to shop and there is always something new and fun to discover. The bunny pepper mill for Easter?! Just awesome. The Easter candies and treats are so beautifully packaged and reliably high quality. The bakeware and cookware is high end, great quality brands, and also very attractive. The only complaint I have is it is expensive and they rarely do discounts so if you are looking for a bargain, this is not the place to shop.

I was so excited to come into the store this morning. I had a list of items I wanted to purchase. There were 4 sales women working. Not one acknowledged me when I walked in. They are too busy worrying about the stuffing on the stove and fussing with items on the shelves then to help me. I bought nothing and walked out so disappointed!!! Shame on you K of P store…

We've shopped here for years and purchased a Christmas Stolen only to have our son bring one to us from a Canadian German bakery days later. Since we didn't want two, we tried to return to the King of Prussia store before Christmas and were told food items were not returnable. Unopened food items are returnable at other stores and there are no signs mentioning this in the store nor do they inform you at the cash register. Had we known, we would have called our son beforehand to prevent this duplication. Our stolen cost more than $42 and we had no use for it. These store policies are fine, unless they're not made public. The main office said it's up to stores and this store manager wouldn't budge. No more shopping here for us.
