We purchased a nespresso machine at the Williams Sonoma in Jordan Creek. When we got home, the machine was dirtier than I’ve ever seen something before. It should’ve never been on the shelves in this condition, regardless if it was new or returned. Entirely disappointed as this was a splurge purchase and they didn’t do anything about it when we tried reaching out to customer service.

I love this place simply because of the quality and the staff. The staff always give you suggestions and they are very intelligent in each of the brands and cookware. The quality is the best of the best. This store doesn’t have anything that is below world class level. These are going to last you a life time. Here are some suggestions on what you should buy in the pics below.

Terrible Experience with Pottery Barn We recently had the misfortune of ordering what we believed to be a complete bed frame with headboard from Pottery Barn, only to discover that it was just the headboard. The misleading photo on their website was incredibly deceptive. After realizing this a month before the estimated delivery date, my wife called to cancel the order. The customer service representative assured us we would receive a refund in 3-5 days. Imagine our shock when a day later, we received a refund that was short by $223 for shipping. We called customer service, only to be told we couldn’t get the shipping refunded… this was a cancellation a month before delivery not a return. How does that make any sense? We canceled an order that was never shipped, yet we're penalized for it. This was our first and last experience with Pottery Barn, and it’s a shame because my parents are long-time customers who were planning to buy new furniture for their move. They’ve now decided to look elsewhere because of this experience we had. I’ve never encountered a retailer that charges shipping on items that weren’t delivered. This entire process was frustrating, misleading, and infuriating. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else!

*Read This Before Ordering*... Williams Sonoma is like a greasy used car salesman. They will double your delivery date AND tell you they can't stop or return your order. There site specs are also wrong and when your furniture shows up the wrong size the will refuse to do anything to help so you will be forced to dispute the charges on your credit card like I did. Save yourself a ton of headaches and go somewhere else. You will thank me! Ryan

Delivery was 12 days late, desserts were expensive and tasted like store bought production treats. I thought that due to the higher cost that quality would match. I was good with paying a premium and expected better results.

This was a really cool store. While it caters to a more high end clientele, I still managed to find a few things that were really great for my use cases. I am particularly a fan of Breville appliances, and they even had some more obscure ones here. Otherwise, this is a great store for your "buy it once" tools and gadgets.

I purchased a high end cookware set made by Mauviel. My issue is with William Sonoma, and how they stood behind the products they sell. About two months later I brought In the defective pan and the store told me I needed to call Mauviel. After I got Mauviel Customer service, they instructed me I needed to deal with it at the store where I purchased it from. I called the store instead of going in this time and basically was told there’s nothing I can do. After being bounced between the two a couple times I finally gave up. I thousands of dollars at Williams Sonoma over the years, and always thought going to a place like this gave me better service, rather than simply going to Amazon or a box store.

This review is for this specific store, and not the quality of the products. For the past few years, my dad and I have gone here to buy some nice cookware for my mom (it's a tradition - and an encouragement for her to throw out her old cookware!). Every year, the service has been terrible. It seems like there are five people working, but they're all busy - and when we asked if they could help us, it was at least 20 minutes before they came back around - if they came back around at all. Then there was the waiting at the register - if there were more than two registers open, it'd be a miracle. For the amount of money your customers are spending at this store, please consider adding more staff around the holidays. While waiting to be assisted, I was able to go online, search for the pan we were looking at, find it on Amazon for more than $50 less (!!!), and order it.

Ordered a pretty expensive cookware set online for store pickup. Arrived and was told the set didn't exist. Accidents can happen, but this negative review is due to the rudeness and lack of any acknowledgment from the staff at this location. Including the manager. When I mentioned I had this concern, the staff member turned to the manager and she literally said "it's not my problem." The other staff even looked surprised but didn't offer any other comments. I recommend checking Kitchen Collage in Des Moines or other local shops that will work to earn your business. Quite disappointed and surprised since customer service for their online business has always been very good when I've needed help.

Original order indicates items would be shipped early April. Email indicates items delivered April 5. Not received. Date updated to April 15, which has now passed and tracking indicates items NOT even shipped. Now tracking updated that items will be shipped in mid-Jul! Horrible communication, inconsistent tracking info, dates incorrect on order and email. Ordered early March and now won't receive for 4 months from order date. No one called or emailed, tracking was updated when I inquired with no explanation or simple apology. How inconvenient and such a disappointment considering these are professional cookware and are very expensive. You do not deserve my business and deserve all the horrible views you continue to receive.

Received a poor quality product. Roasting pan and rack we received as a gift broke after a single use. Since it was a gift and the purchaser didn't keep a receipt customer service said tough luck. Would avoid this company in favor of one with better QA and customer service. It's disappointing given how often we've shopped with them in the last, but will avoid this company moving forward.

Bait and switch. Traveled to store to purchase a coffee maker at advertised $137.95. Arrived at store, advertised price had been raised 70% on website upon arrival. Despite still being advertised at $137.95 while standing in the store, the store manager advised he would not honor advertised price. I don't like writing a bad review during a pandemic, but this is bad business and wasted an hour of my time. My spend at this store exceeds $10k, and now I'm afraid I must take my business elsewhere.

Worst customer service ever. My wife spent a considerable amount of money on new cookie sheets and muffin pans a week and a half ago. We were in the store and saw the previously purchased item were on sale. She still had her reciept and asked for an adjustment from the manager of the store. She was told to they don't do price adjustments. I was floored. Any other store I have ever shopped at does price adjustments and cared about return customers. They must not need or want anymore of my money.

Came in just to take a look around and wow what a beautiful store! James the sales associate was amazing!! Inquired about a bamboo steamer basket which they were out of, he said he would contact me when they came in. Super friendly staff! Laid out beautifully!!! Really a amazing store for the chef in each of us! Would be so easy to get in trouble here!!

As a disabled individual I found this store to be lacking in space due to some stead were real wide where others lacked enough space to fit through. The other larger chairs there would never fit period. My advice - Go elsewhere Rod Smith Disabilities Advocate.

I ordered a couch on September 3rd, online. The potential delivery week was the week of Thanksgiving, which was great because I had family coming into town. The week of Thanksgiving came and went and I checked the tracking on the website and the date had been pushed to The second week of December. I called their customer service line and was told it was due to the popularity of the item but that they would waive the delivery fee for the inconvenience. As the second week of December was approaching I never got a call to schedule delivery and once again I checked the tracking and it indicated the last week of December. Again no call, but I did get an email that if I did need a couch in the interim to call them and they would see what they could do. Having this option over Thanksgiving would have been beneficial but it was never extended. I did call in and sat on hold for about 15 minutes and decided it wasn't something I wanted to spend anymore time on. I then called and told them I wanted to cancel the order and good thing it was such a popular couch, they shouldn't have any issue selling it. I was told that since it wasn't on American soil, I couldn't cancel it, that I would have to check back and call them back when I saw that the couch was in the U.S. because at that point my card would be charged and I could cancel. The last week of December came and I checked the tracking online and the date had changed to The last week of February. I called once again and told them I did not want the couch that I had intended to go elsewhere. I should say, in the meantime I did buy other items from WILLIAMS Sonoma and all were delivered on time. I am a good customer. I have their soaps, candles, I bought my pots/pans, coffee maker, cutting board, and a ton of other kitchen gadgets from them for my new home. It is now March 6 and I have yet to get a phone call on this couch that they charged my credit card for back on Feb 11. I just looked and I saw that they did a return for a portion of the charge on February 20. I'm so frustrated. It's clear that service isn't their strong suit.

What a fantastic store is Williams-Sonoma! The delightful array of cooking items you could use with a larger kitchen, but don't need now are fun to peruse through! The many types of sauce afre always fun to try and the cooking demos are not to be missed. Great store and a must stop place when we come into town!
