Quality kitchen tools, and decor to upgrade your home. Extremely helpful employees with knowledge about anything you ask in the store. This is the only one we have close to me, so I made sure the visit was worth it and it was.

Absolutely love this place. Go every Christmas shopping for my wife. Employee Eric G helped me this year and last year super helpful and knowledgeable. It’s nice to shop somewhere that the employees care. This place gets an A+

I purchased a set of coffee spoons 2 to 3 months ago. One of the spoons broke. Which I would never expect from a spoon. I came today to exchange this set for another set. I was told I couldn’t exchange anything that was beyond 30 days. And the manager, Daniel, rudely said “well we can’t guarantee things for life”. I would not recommend this store nor this set of spoons.

I love visiting the shop every time I come to Winter Park. For some reason I used to think that the prices were higher, but this time they just didn’t seem that elevated. The store is always changing, and the decor and variety is always exceptional. I love that they absolutely have everything you were looking for as a chef. Everything is displayed so well, clean, bright… It’s a delight to visit here.

Really disappointed with my experience in this store. Even if customers are not making a big purchase, they still should be treated with respect and good customer service. Bases off the prices in this place alone. The people skills and the customer service is overwhelmingly lacking in this place. I will not return ever or shop online. I will be a lifelong detractor for this company. I have had too many bad experiences.

This shop is out of this world. As a Brit, I can get very little home because of the weight and quality of their dishes, pans, sauces etc, but I go there every time I visit the USA as I just love looking around.

Had a good time looking at the expresso and Margarita machines. Liam was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The manager at this location tried to refuse a refund on a defective rolling pin I purchased via an online order for pick-up. I had the pin in my possession for less than 24 hours. Upon bringing it home and attempting to use it, I noticed it was faulty and returned the next morning. The associate was kind, and helpful, but she needed assistance from her manager who was visibly aggitated and already turning away other people attempting to make returns. The manager, seemingly irritated by my request, claimed I had already used and abused the rolling pin for far too long — which was false. When it was shown I had purchased it yesterday, he pivoted, accusing me of damaging the item by throwing it in the dish washer. When I explained I followed the directions, washing it in my sink with soap, water and drying it with a towel, he rolled his eyes and told me I should never have washed it and instead should have oiled it before attempting to use it. He was insistent that any wood product should never be washed with soap and water. This is something I’ve never heard as a standard with wood kitchen tools, especially not with no instruction provided at purchase. He then expressed annoyance that they could not resell it, ignoring that it was defective upon purchase. Not my problem, king. He eventually accepted the return but told me I am never to return anything at that location again, as if I had committed a wrongdoing by expecting a defect-free product.
