Disappointing Experience with Serious Concerns
I stayed at Willing hotel with modest expectations, but unfortunately, several key issues made the stay uncomfortable.
On the positive side, the front desk and staff were polite and helpful. The room itself was functional, though quite basic.
However, there were significant drawbacks:
• The on-site restaurant was not operational, and there was no room service available. The only food option was ordering a reheated frozen meal from the bar — hardly what you’d expect from a hotel of this level.
• There was no safe in the room. Instead, I was told to use a shared downstairs room where a security guard would assist me each time I needed access. This was impractical and insecure, so I ended up carrying my valuables, documents, and devices with me at all times.
• The towels were extremely worn out — clearly having survived hundreds of washes and long overdue for replacement.
• Most concerning: I detected a camera in the room using a dedicated device. This raises serious privacy concerns and left me feeling deeply uncomfortable throughout my stay.
I hope management takes these issues seriously, especially those related to guest safety and privacy.
