I really like the Grand Tetons. I really regret not being able to stay longer at this location. We just drove through from Yellowstone, and had to stop because we were in awe. The flats have an interesting expanse for wildlife, but there are quite a few bears that hang out here, so please be careful!

While others claim it is hidden, it is very clearly signposted and marked.
A gem it is, hidden it is not.

Great stop to walk a bit, see some wildlife and specially enjoy the nice views of the mountain range and the flats. If you like photography you will get a lot of pictures here. I recommend coming in the morning for better pictures. Fall colors are also amazing around Sept-Oct., but there will be very little snow covering the mountains though.
