I wish I can give 0 stars I have to say, it took me a few years to finally get this apartment. They only showed me one place, which wasn’t the one I ended up moving into. The management sucks! There are constant shootings and break-ins, plus ongoing plumbing problems. The cracks in the walls never get repaired. I needed my door fixed, and all they did was staple it back together. They paint over old surfaces, and the colors never match what they apply. They show up unannounced and are quick to evict tenants. They always claim it's inspection time, yet they never come to fix the issues that need addressing. Every time I visit the office, it’s closed, and they tell me I’m late on my rent, even though I’m never late. When I call housing, they confirm I have no late fees; they just want to squeeze out extra money. The maintenance staff is incredibly rude. They don’t fix things; they end up breaking them. They change staff every seven months, and when you want to break your lease, they give you only ten days' notice before you’re supposed to move. They constantly issue random late fees and are extremely disrespectful. These apartments are infested with roaches, especially on the outside walls. They frequently turn off the water and lights due to maintenance issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE.

The office staff may seem professional when you visit in person, but once you leave, it’s a different story. The property management team does not respond to phone calls or emails. I’ve reached out multiple times with no response. There are too many families packed into units, which leads to constant fighting, noise, and aggressive dogs that are often not on leashes. Dog waste is everywhere, and by the time you get home from work, parking is gone because so many extra people live here. When I first moved in seven years ago, the community was well kept. Now, it’s the opposite. I would not recommend living here. The police and ambulance are here frequently, there have been shootings, and vehicle break-ins are common. The office may send out letters eventually, but by then, the damage is done — and you’re stuck until your lease is up. It took me two months just to get an air filter and light bulbs replaced. The owners clearly don’t care; they don’t live here, and it shows. Everything is about money. The front gate breaks constantly because of overcrowding, and when it is repaired, it never lasts. It’s been working for only a week at a time. These reviews are real — do your research. Find a better place. Run, don’t walk.

Willow green apartments is the best apartments i have ever been too. I have very friendly neighbors and it's so peaceful. Maintenance is very helpful when it comes to fixing things. I would recommend you stay there

I want to say THANK YOU!! Simone for being absolutely fantastic! I don't care what time you go into the office Simone always makes you feel comfortable and at home even on very busy days she always find the time to help you with whatever you may need. I been living here for about 10 years It's a great location and yes we have our pros and cons. Just like every where else. I don't care where you go every place have it's pros and cons it's what you make of it. THANKS AGAIN SIMONE FOR ALL THAT YOU DO ! AND BEING PART OF THE WILLOW GREEN FAMILY! Also THANKS to the maintenance crew for helping me stay in the same unit for almost 10 years! One thing about WILLOW GREEN we are like family! If something goes on in Willow Green 9 out of 10 it's not the people who stay here it's the outsiders.# WILLOW GREEN FAMILY!

Mya in the office is very helpful and welcoming. The maintenance staff is fast to respond when there’s a issue inside the apartment.. The apartments has security that walks the grounds and monitor the apartments

Apartment are full of roaches and rats!! The office team will lie to you and say pest control is coming and pest control never comes. The walls are cracking and the plumbing is always a problem. Every 2 months or so the sewage backs up and come up in the tub and flood my apartment and they say they will call the plumber, this has been going on too long. The office staff don't live here and you see why! At this point I'm am desperate to find a decent place to live because Willow Green Apartments is not it!! My anxiety is worse since this new company took over and hasn't done anything but replaced the toilets.
