I think I could just move in. Firstly, it is a perfect location; it is close to everything in the area but set off the road, providing a slice of the country right in the middle of the city. The room itself was the perfect little guest suit. It was so large and cozy; the bed was comfortable with a love-seat in the room as well. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. They had turned the closet into a mini-kitchen of sorts: mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, cups, mugs, plates, bowls, and cutlery. She even made homemade cookies and muffins as a treat. If you are in the area, I couldn’t recommend Willowgreen Farm more!

Reviewed June 24, 2018 The Reads family could not be anymore hospitable. They were kind, the décor was gorgeous (delicate country theme), & the breakfast was delicious. We called ahead to see if they would allow us late entry same day & they were accommodating with an inexpensive split level room with 2 queen beds & its very own bathroom. It was large, private (tucked-away), & quiet - all rare characteristics to acquire in a Bed & Breakfast room. I don't usually leave reviews unless extremely awful or worthy of Honorable Mention. Their reviews posted are correct - nice place. Only about half hour away from Anne of Green Gables area. My husband & I even bought handmade woolen socks on display.

Our room was large and beautiful. After a long day cycling, the Jacuzzi in the room was very relaxing. We asked about an earlier breakfast for the next day to get an early start cycling and agreed a cold breakfast made the night before was better for us than starting later. She made such an amazing cold breakfast for us. It was wonderful and far exceeded expectations. Her dinner suggestion of Brothers 2 also was wonderful.

This is a beautifully decorated country home. Our room had antique furniture and lots of very creative handmade decorations. Our queen bedroom was clean, comfortable and quiet. We appreciated the guest kitchen and the main floor of the house was well appointed with many antiques. Our breakfast consisted of homemade waffles, jams and fresh fruit served by a very pleasant young lady. We went out visit the sheep and give them apples. It was a fun place and we highly recommend it.

We truly enjoyed the spacious, comfortable room and the delicious breakfasts! Lovely family atmosphere and kind hosts. Great location. We enjoyed meeting other guests around the breakfast table - and seconds were even offered! Yum!

Laura and Steven, the third generation to live in this home, run this beautiful BnB. They were so gracious and helpful! Our room en-suite room was lovely and fitted with a Jacuzzi tub and cozy nooks where I could sit quietly and write in my journal while my honey watched TV. Breakfast of yummy pancakes was served in their dining room, and the house is filled with lovely needlework, quilts, and other homey touches.

The family has a comfy rural home and are most hospitable and friendly. Our room was large, well appointed, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and filling, and we enjoyed the conversation with another visiting family and Mrs. Reade. Their son-in-law was also very helpful with some mobile technology issues we are having. It was late in the evening when we arrived and their logo sign was down, so we cautiously drove up a driveway, not sure we were at the right place. Having a logo sign near the main road and visible at the residence at night would be helpful, especially for folks unfamiliar with the area. It was a nice stay. Recommend.

The room was beautiful and every morning there was a delicious fresh breakfast. The location was perfect and convenient to nearby restaurants and about 1km from the wharf. The Confederation Trail runs right through the backyard for a nice walk and you can even see foxes walking through the grass. It was an absolutely beautiful stay and I hope to go back!

Yelp
I stayed here this past Thursday Night with my girlfriend. We had booked the Sweet Dreams room a couple of months earlier and whenever we walked in there was no record of that. However, we were told that the Sweet Dreams room was still open. After looking at it and then another open room, Country Charm, we decided to stay in Country Charm since it had a bigger bed. The room itself actually consisted of two rooms, both with beds and then a bathroom en-suite. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice but overall the room was a bit chilly. There also was not a TV in any of the rooms and they did not have free wireless internet. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good. There was both cereal and oatmeal sitting out that you could take at your convenience and Laura our hostess was pouring us both coffee and orange juice. The first course of the meal was a fruit cup of sorts that had some blueberries and melon in it. It was decent but the main course was where this breakfast shined. We got a quiche of sorts that tasted wonderfully, especially with the salsa. The conversation with the many other guests at the breakfast table was pleasant as well. The bottom line for me is that I might or might not stay here if I come back in the future. Laura was incredibly nice, the breakfast was good and the cost was nice but I feel like we could have done better.

Yelp
This was a lovely location hidden behind the piping school. The breakfasts were tasty and filling. The room was nicely done. We felt very welcomed.
