Will's Hotel Narbonne

Really lovely older hotel in a great location; super close to the train station. Friendly, helpful staff speaking multiple languages making communication easy. Rooms were great! Super clean. Amazingly comfortable beds and linens. Lots of space. Would happily stay here again.

A wonderful little hotel with a classic atmosphere and modern rooms. Two blocks straight S.E. from the train station so very convenient for that mode of travel. Friendly and helpful staff that speak English when needed but tolerated my imperfect French. Rooms were smallish (by U.S. standards) yet very comfortable and quiet - slept like a baby. Generous breakfasts with plenty of variety especially the local cheeses and breads. Thank-you to the front staff: Yolanda, Christian and Sandra for a delightful 2 week stay.

Older but very clean and comfortable hotel a very short walk from the Narbonne train station. Breakfast is really good, but the best thing about this hotel is the warm and friendly staff. This has been the only hotel in Europe where staff have volunteered to carry bags up the stairs!!

This is an excellent very good value hotel in a quiet neighbourhood within 3 minutes walk of the train station. The staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and the air-conditioning worked well, which is very important for a hot summer stay. The lack of a lift may be an issue for some but the receptionist (owner?) kindly offered to help me which was lovely, if unnecessary in my case. I can't comment on the breakfast as I did not have it but I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel and look forward to staying there again.

This charming family run hotel is ideally located, not far from the historic city center, and a step away from the train station. We reserved the family room: easy access, clean, spacious. There is no elevator but the owners will help carrying the luggage upstairs without asking. Nice place to explore Narbonne.

Nice local hotel close to the station. Rooms are newly decorated, the staff are friendly and the breakfast is good value for money.

I agree with the other positive reviews. Friendly helpful reception, which is fully staffed. ||Pleasant room and on quiet road at night. Well appointed bathroom. Left luggage possible. Very reasonable price. Close to station and 10 mins walk to the centre. ||We loved Narbonne and would have stayed longer. (Note museums etc closed Mondays). We recommend the restaurant Au Coq Hardi.

What a lovely stay. Nice location, very good breakfast. However the staff is what made the experience so pleasant. They were very kind and helpful and fun to chat with. They let me store my bags/bicycle past check out time while I waited for my evening departure train. Highly recommend
