Will's Hotel Narbonne

Older but very clean and comfortable hotel a very short walk from the Narbonne train station. Breakfast is really good, but the best thing about this hotel is the warm and friendly staff. This has been the only hotel in Europe where staff have volunteered to carry bags up the stairs!!

This charming family run hotel is ideally located, not far from the historic city center, and a step away from the train station. We reserved the family room: easy access, clean, spacious. There is no elevator but the owners will help carrying the luggage upstairs without asking. Nice place to explore Narbonne.

This is an excellent very good value hotel in a quiet neighbourhood within 3 minutes walk of the train station. The staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and the air-conditioning worked well, which is very important for a hot summer stay. The lack of a lift may be an issue for some but the receptionist (owner?) kindly offered to help me which was lovely, if unnecessary in my case. I can't comment on the breakfast as I did not have it but I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel and look forward to staying there again.

We had a wonderful one night stay at Will’s Hotel. Fantastic location - just a 5 minute walk from the train station and easy 15 minute walk to central village with shops and restaurants. They had no problem holding our luggage for the day. We returned and still had an hour wait for our next train so they allowed us to use their common lounge area with comfy couches AND provided coffee and tea. Lovely staff, lovely service - would definitely stay again!

Location of hotel is literally 2 mins walk to the station at Narbonne which is great. The lady on reception was very pleasant & helpful as the hotel has no lift she carried up our luggage and offered to bring it down the next day. Room was clean & comfortable.

Absolutely fabulous experience! A unique boutique hotel, the owner is lovely and every room is different and the details are beautifully managed. It is a three minute walk from the train station and 7 minutes to the city center. Breakfast every morning was lovely, and very reasonably priced. I will definitely go back!

This is lovely hotel, really good bed linnen, very clean, spacious family room , air conditioning, great location if you travel by train and quick to walk into town. The lady on reception is very helpful and easy to deal with.breakfast was fresh and very good value and lots of it.we all slept well here it was quiet .Overall a relacing experience and good value for money .

I agree with the other positive reviews. Friendly helpful reception, which is fully staffed. ||Pleasant room and on quiet road at night. Well appointed bathroom. Left luggage possible. Very reasonable price. Close to station and 10 mins walk to the centre. ||We loved Narbonne and would have stayed longer. (Note museums etc closed Mondays). We recommend the restaurant Au Coq Hardi.
