Andy and co. took great care of me and my two kids, setting us up with high quality mountain bikes and great advice on where to go. To quote my son "Best ride ever." Couldn't be happier and glad to support a local shop!

There are plenty of great trails near the shop, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The bike prices are hard to beat. The bikes themselves were high quality — my family chose regular pedal bikes and had a great time. I don’t think e-bikes are necessary since the pedal bikes are so well maintained. I highly recommend this shop!

Best shop in valley for guys who know bikes and skis. Dave and all the guys are always super helpful and knowledgeable. Always feel so welcomed, almost like family. Bonus: they have cute shop pups

Love this place. The crew is great here. Got my skis tuned same day and they’re riding smooth. Also they sell wonderful little surprises like this coconut drink holder for your handle bars!! Who doesn’t need one of those?

If I could give Andy and Kichon more than 5 stars, I would! I am from the Northeast, and have been shopping for a full suspension mountain bike for the past few months. The pandemic has made it very hard to find and demo bikes, as we all know. I popped into this shop, just to see what they had in stock—no intention of buying anything. Andy was happy to let me ride a Yeti SB140 C2 around the lot and answer all of my questions about the bike, knowing I was from Boston and was most likely NOT going to buy it. After riding the bike, I asked if it would be worth renting a bike from them for 2-3 hours...Kichon offered to drive me up to the top of Teton pass, so I could do an epic ride from the top of the pass back into Wilson. Their kindness made me REALLY want to give them my business. I left, did some research on the Yeti, emailed them back to let them know I was interested, and they offered to hold the bike, so I could go back and try it on a single track trail near the shop. Well, long story longer...I tested the bike, bought it, and Andy & Kichon's kindness didn't end there. I don't know if they go as far above and beyond for everyone they work with, but I felt incredibly special and valued. This is the local bike shop you gotta support!! Oh, and the shop dogs were SO CUTE!!!

My husband and I have been there twice for snow shoe rentals. Everyone is very helpful and the whole rental was painless. We also purchased a few cold weather items at a good price. Highly recommend for rentals.

We had the pleasure of finding this awesome shop! The staff was very helpful in providing advice on the local trails (which are awesome) and even gave free weekend shuttles. Donations for gas and supporting the local trails are welcome and are very deserving. They also have some first class bikes for sale and a good mix of rental. Definitely worth the stop!

Stopped in with a bike issue on a ski day and Andy, the owner, came outside to take a look at my very unusual Windcheetah trike. Helped me out in 5 minutes and even gave me a box to crate it up!

These guys are helpful, honest, and friendly. I've purchased and rented a lot of gear from them in the last few years, including skis, several pairs of boots, several pairs of bindings, and plenty of bike gear. They are low pressure and always have time to chat with you about conditions. Best local ski and bike shop I've ever been to.

This is a fabulous local business that doesn't treat visitors like they are a nuisance. Andy and his wife run a great shop; the equipment is in great shape and they have biking clothes that flatter a woman who is a size twelve with curves! My sister and I went in to rent mountain bikes and he didn't have them in a woman's small frame size so Andy built two new bikes for us to rent---now who does that these days? ?? I will never go anywhere else when I want a bike to ride the Teton or Yellowstone parks and areas around Jackson Hole!

Stumbled into this great rental shop and was immediately outfitted with 2 adult and 2 kid bikes for 24 hours. The bikes were brand new as were the helmets. Andy was great!! We enjoyed the 18 mile round trip route from the shop to the Teton Park entrance. We had hoped to ride again the next morning but the rain was too heavy. We highly recommend you check this place out. Convenient bagel shop next door!

This shop offers the best service, selection, and rental rates for road bike rentals in Jackson Hole. My wife and I wanted to rent road bikes to do the 108-mile "Around the Block" loop. I called around to all of the bike rental shops in the area and tried renting from other shops in town, but only Wilson had a full size run of high-quality men's AND WOMEN'S carbon frame, disc break-equipped bikes. Moreover, only Wilson knew what they were talking about and could answer all of my questions when I called to inquire (I could not say the same for other rental shops that were staffed by young seasonal staff or knew nothing about road bikes). When we get set up on the bikes, Andy was very patient and attentive to making sure we got the bikes adjusted to our sizes and specifications for the ride. Wilson also stood out above all the other shops in town with its flexibility for picking up and dropping off the bikes. We wanted to leave the next morning before the shop opened, and ended up returning the bikes after the shop closed, so Andy arranged to have the bikes locked up for us behind the shop so we could pick them up for the ride, and it was no problem when we called to say we would be returning after hours (other shops were much less flexible and accommodating in this respect). Finally, I really appreciated Andy's personal investment in our experience. He gave our bikes an extra test ride before we picked them up and he called afterwards to make sure the ride went well. I don't usually write reviews, but the quality of experience with this shop was so positive that I really wanted to make sure the shop gets the recognition and business it deserves. (And if you are biking "Around the Block," the location is perfect to get Teton Pass over with at the beginning of the ride and finish with some well-deserved food and drinks at the Stagecoach across the street or ice cream in the same lot as the bike shop.)

I brought my mountain bike in to replace a break pad. They had the pad replaced in a few minutes and gave great recommendations for different trails we should ride on the pass. Super friendly and helpful! They even ran a free shuttle to the top of the pass.

These folks dialed me out for my first trip to the Jackson/Teton area! Great trail info, free weekend shuttles to the awesome trails on the Pass, made me feel like a local! The mechanics gave me some brake fluid no charge (I do almost all my own bike work, but needed DOT fluid) and were super helpful and not condescending. While I was there (almost every day for beta), the owners seemed to know every local that walked in the door by name. I was thoroughly impressed. This is THE shop to use for the area. They are also the closest to the best riding area.
