The one star is for the lady at the reception with short hair (shes the only female staff so you will know who) The remaining staff is extremely misbehaved and kept making racist remarks towards us. Whenever we used to order food (which by the way we were paying for 😂), they used to make faces and remarks making fun of us that we are taking long to decide, well yes we were taking long because we are from a different country and it took us some time to understand what all is according to our dietary preferences. We faced issues with our scooter rental person also which was near the same hotel. Overall, very very bad experience at this property.

Racist and ill mannered staff. We were a group of 6 that woke up and joined breakfast in couples and their staff would get angry saying “you people order one by one everyone else orders at once” The female manager with short hair (only female person there so you’ll recognise her) was the only nice person on their team and she genuinely made an effort to make our stay better. Rooms are okay, no major complains. The bed caused back ache but a lot of beds in hotels can sometimes do that so that isn’t a major complain. It’s a small island so nothing very negative on the location - it is however a little far from the happening and more active side of the island. The rude, arrogant and racist staff ruined the experience, wouldn’t come back here.

One our favourite hotels that we have stayed at for a variety of reasons. Firstly, the location on the island is perfect for those who want to be away from the main harbour (where it is a lot busier and louder), while still having quick and easy access to any area of the island with the bicycles that the hotel allow you to rent! The hotel has a restaurant on the beach front, which makes a great spot for breakfast (delicious breakfast!) They also allow you to rent snorkelling equipment and even let us use the kayak at no extra cost! We were in one of the Julu suites, and it was comfortable and spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly, which really made the trip special. Thanks so much and we would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Gili T!

Truly incredible resort on Gili Trawangan Island at a very quiet and peaceful beach. Our stay at the property was truly special. We stayed there for two nights as a couple and enjoyed every bit of time over there. We stayed in their Muri Suite which is designed quite beautifully. The highlight of the Suite was their open shower, which is quite magical. The breakfast at the property is very tasty. And the beach in front of the property is quite clean and quite for one to relax and enjoy their time! Traveling to party spots of the island is around 15-20 mins from the resort which is also manageable. Finally, the resort staff is quite polite and friendly. 5 stars to the resort :) Thanks for a lovely time!

Most beautiful beach on the whole island. Really nice resort, with a close connection to the sea. Great food, great rooms, perfect service. We even got a special decoration for our honeymoon. We really appreciate your hospitality 🙏😊

Without MOSQUITO, it would be one of the greatest hotels. However, the higher risk of mosquito-related infection is real at this moment. The hotel itself is nicely designed, good sized, and very charming with its beach. The room is sufficient size(but noise from next door is heard). The beach is gorgeous. In morning I wake up by birds singing. The staff is very attentive. To be fair, the hotel is super nice, if there are less mosquitoes. Everytime I go to the hotel diner, first i need to battle mosquito attacks. Around 10 bites is made in round trip from my room to the diner, whilst I put mosquito impelliment on my whole skin. When coming back from the busy area in the island, again I need to prepare mosquito impelliment again. In town, I don't have to use the impelliment frequently. Within 4 nights stay, I got a pain due to another big bites. Staff provided mosquito coils, imprlliment and killer etc. But still it is hard to prevent. Understood this is a quieter area, but I had been nervous because of bugs.. At the end, I checked out one day earlier.

Very nice and helpful staff ! Beautiful Location in Front of the beach with turtles swimming by occasionally :) Not to busy and loud like other Locations on the Island. They organized all our transfers from the Island to the Hotel on the mainland without any Problems. Delicious food and Drinks. Just bring some snorkel gear for one of the most beautiful reefs just in Front of the beach 😍👍🏼

We had a great stay here. The staff were very helpful including organising transport from Bali for us. Food and drink was delicious. Good breakfast. Thank you!
