Win Unity Hotel

This is a good choice if you're looking for a quiet, budget-friendly hotel. The rooms are pretty standard, nothing to write home about but also no major problems. It's located between Kandawgyi and Kandawlay Lakes, making it close to everything, but without the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. You can easily walk to either lake within 10-15, and there's a good choice of coffeeshops and restaurants within walking distance or just a short tuktuk ride away. We like to bring our bikes to make roaming around even easier. The only downside is that currently they only have electricity for a few hours per day. If you're looking for a digital detox, that could be a good thing. But otherwise it can be a little frustrating. To make a booking, you can call them with a local number or use Viber.

With a short break in Pyin Oo Lwin to look forward to, the property was recommended to me by a friend, and I was grateful for the recommendation, as the room was well-appointed, spacious and clean, and the breakfast offered a decent selection. The location is perfect, and the places worthy of a visit are easily reached by taking advantage of the bicycles offered gratis to hotel guests, which is a great way to see the sights within the town. Unfortunately my in-house dining experience was somewhat disappointing, as the service was almost non-existent, but a small blip on an otherwise great stay. ||The staff were all very welcoming, and always on hand to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

When I visited Pyin Oo Lwin with my tourists, i stayed for one night here. The location is very quiet, peaceful and 10 minutes drive from the city center. The rooms are neat and tidy with simply furnishings. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. They served with a buffet breakfast. Swimming pool is very clean and i was very impressed to stay in this hotel with the fair price. So i highly recommend for this hotel and no doubt to stay here.

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Maymyo. It is a great hotel, nice rooms and pretty good food I would say. The swimming pool is pretty much your normal hotel swimming pool. Overall, it is a great hotel and I recommend to stay here.

We booked two "suites" facing the pool. In reality, they faced the street. Room was simply furnished, but clean. I'm not sure if there are better hotels in this town. Good thing we don't care much about breakfast because it certainly wasn't anything to write home about.

We stayed at Suite Room in December 2018.||The reason why i booked this room was the view . But what i got is the room facing to the street. ||Although they mention they provide bathrobe in the room on their website we did not got nothing. Isn't it funny? Only the two best rooms in hotel do not have any bathrobe.||Hot water did not work well. The room is clean and tidy. The Wifi is so so bad.The service is good. The Hotel location is great.

We stayed at the resort for one night. Staff were quite helpful. As we were vegetarians the staff went out of their way to make special pizza for us with extra toppings at our request. Breakfast was average for a vegetarian we could have done with more choice. Rooms are clean and big but as the floors varnished the rooms are looking dark and could do with extra light. There are few places one can go for walk. However, there must a monastery or something that was going on the loud speaker late into the night.

Good location easy to find very near to National Garden. Room was clean and comfortable . They have many bicycles for guest to cycling around . Breakfast was ok. Small swimming pool good for family with children.
