We had so much fun. The drinks were great not watered down like other resorts. Food was good enough, not amazing but good. The beach had a water slide, and water trampoline, and water hammocks which we had a lot of fun on, especially the water trampoline. Our room was beautiful and very spacious, with a gorgeous view too. The pool was nice too. I loved that there weren’t too many people when we went in June. They had a bunch of free water sports included, but some of them like the banana boat have a set schedule and day that they go out on which was a bit annoying. But we did a small catamaran boat big enough for 4 people, with one of the employees of the bay which was very nice. I loved this resort would definitely come back.

We are a family of 7 with kids ranging from 9 to 17 years old. We spent two weeks on the island and stayed at three resorts (the other two being Coconut Bay and The Landings). Windjammer was the best by an order of magnitude. The views are simply stunning. The higher up you can stay on the mountain, the better. Yes you have to get a shuttle (unless you want a workout) but we never waited more than 5 minutes for the 5 minute ride. The food was very good, the service was the best I’ve ever seen, anywhere. Not just on St Lucia, anywhere. The culture of the resort is incredible. Everyone is happy and clearly loves their job. This was not the case at the other two resorts. Coming into Windjammer, we just assumed the culture of the island was “meh” when it came to hospitality/service. Boy were we wrong. From the coffee barista, to the shuttle drivers to the wait staff, cooks, butlers, shopkeepers, tennis pros and ice cream lady, Windjammer just nails it. Our second week on the island was not planned. Our return flight was cancelled because of the Venezuela thing. By the time we got to Windjammer, we desperately wanted to go home. After 24 hours there, we didn’t want to leave. We went from being “tired” of St Lucia, to can’t waiting to return and planning our trip back. Windjammer team, well done. You should be a Harvard Business Case Study in hospitality. We will see you all again soon! 🤗

We had the most unforgettable stay! My fiancé and I got engaged here just a week ago, and the entire experience was absolutely magical. The customer service was truly next-level, and a huge shoutout to the entire staff for making our trip so grand. Travis made our candlelight dinner absolutely perfect. He was so attentive, the setup was beautiful, and it is a must-do for anyone celebrating something special. Nate took amazing care of us on the beach, always checking on our drinks and food and making sure we were fully relaxed. Renee was incredibly helpful when we had a small leak in our original room and made our room switch quick and seamless. We also highly recommend the boat tours. It ended up being one of our favorite days. Super fun, lively, and definitely a boozy good time! The rooms were clean, the beach was raked every morning, the staff was so friendly, and the entire resort felt so well taken care of. Overall, the service was immaculate and our stay far exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to visit again!

Fourth visit. Many improvements underway around the resort… a restaurant refurb, multiple flats refurbished. ||The food has improved across the board since two years ago. The Indian style restaurant was particularly good, well spiced and varied menu.||For my family the water sports is popular. The team who run this are excellent.. ask for Gordon! …who leads the team at the water sports centre. They have hobies, all in good nic. The wind and bay are a joy to sail in St Lucia. His team (including Shurundi and Mario) is large, friendly, supportive and a huge credit to the resort. They are also v safety conscious and great fun. Thank you!||We stayed October half term, family of four in two bed traditional.

Overall an amazing resort, would stay again in a heartbeat! The people make the place, the staff are incredibly courteous, light-hearted, and accomodating (shoutout Kirtlan, Darnel, Rohan, John!). The pools, beach, watersports, and rooms all exceeded expectations. The staff geniunely can arrange anything - I wanted to go on a hike in Soufreire and Rohan/Kirtlan made it happen! Only note is that the food is expensive for the quantity/quality you receive.

Our family has just returned from a pre-Christmas stay at Windjammer Landing Resort in St. Lucia, and our goal from the start was simple: relax, unplug, and make some great memories. We kicked things off with pre-arranged transportation through the Windjammer team, with a helicopter on arrival and a luxury drive on departure, which was smooth, easy, and completely stress-free. Once we arrived at the resort, the property was absolutely beautiful, check-in was seamless, and we were in our room right away. That said, we did hit a small bump early on. While the room was very nice, it didn’t quite meet the expectations we had for what we paid. What really stood out, though, was how the Windjammer team handled it. The Ambassador Team followed up to check in, and after sharing our feedback, Lewis (Reservations Manager) and Richard Mark (Guest Relations Leader) worked closely with us over the next 24 hours to make things right, and they truly delivered. Thank you. Problems happen everywhere in life, but it’s how they’re handled that matters, and Richard and his team completely turned things around and made our stay memorable. Their communication, professionalism, and genuine desire to ensure we had a great experience did not go unnoticed. As for the resort itself, the grounds are breathtaking, the rooms are beautiful (including the one we started in), and the staff were consistently friendly and eager to help. If we’re being completely honest, there’s some room for improvement on the food side for a five-star resort, but overall, we’d give the food a solid 8.5 out of 10. While we were traveling as a family with older kids, there were a lot of young families at the resort, making it an ideal destination for that demographic. All in all, we truly enjoyed ourselves, and it was the vacation we were hoping for. Thank you, Windjammer, for a memorable stay.

5 stars for a gorgeous room, relaxing resort atmosphere, great excursion, good food, and amazing staff! Overall, Windjammer is a great resort for anyone seeking to relax. It is a quiet and picturesque escape not terribly far from the airport, with a great location on the beach (and also on a mountain). Had a perfect experience at the Windjammer resort from the moment we were picked up by Zion at the airport. He was immediately friendly, gave us some history about the island, and navigated us through the winding streets quickly during a beautiful sunset. The staff in the beautiful lobby are professional and go out of their way to be kind - Thaddeus especially (spelling might be wrong, so sorry!) always greeted us by name and with an excited wave when we walked through. Dee, one of the Ambassadors, was super helpful in booking us reservations at the delicious restaurants, and escorting us to where we needed to be (especially when we got lost on the property). Kizzie convinced us to book the day-long boat tour excursion and it wound up being one of the best days of our trip, she was very knowledgeable about all the options on the resort and other fun things to do outside of the resort. Wendy at the Jammers restaurant made our first meal extra special with laughter and good food. And lastly, the housekeeping and maintenance staff were very attentive and responsive as well. Made a point to try and remember everyone who made our trip so special. I've never felt so at peace on a vacation, and I would recommend Windjammer to anyone seeking to go to St. Lucia or anywhere in the Caribbean!

What an incredible holiday! The service at Windjammer was truly outstanding unlike anything I’ve experienced before. From the shuttle drivers to the reception team, the wait staff and the kids club crew everyone went above and beyond with a genuine smile. Kienan at the beach was fantastic always ready with a drink or a bite to eat just when you needed it. Cristina and her team at the kids club were amazing our children loved it so much they never wanted to leave. We also enjoyed a romantic and relaxing couples spa treatment that was simply perfect and Mikada at Dragonfly absolutely exceptional! Honestly I can’t fault a single thing about the service. I’ve stayed at other five-star resorts and had started to think true five-star service was a thing of the past, but this place has completely restored my faith. Windjammer is a real gem that deserves every bit of praise. The beach was stunning and the views from the hilltop were breathtaking. A truly memorable experience from start to finish. We never go to the same place twice but this is most definitely a place to add to the list to come again too.
