Windjammer Resort is one to remember. I am late to review, as we visited in September of 2023, but better late than never. From the moment we met John, the man who helped us with our luggage and vehicle, to the front desk staff, to the cleaners, everyone was amazing. Everyone was extremely patient and kind with our 1 year old and he quickly became a fan favorite. They have excellent restaurants, as well as a fantastic spa. They offer many excursions for people looking to be more active as well. This is truly an amazing place and we will be back.

The service at Windjammer was incredible! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed the professionalism of all staff members at Windjammer. The resort itself is beautiful. The white buildings and terracotta tiles look amazing against the vibrant green hills. The beach area is well maintained and very cute. If you are not planning on leaving the resort much, it is a very quiet and comfortable area. We had plans to leave the resort and found it daunting to do so at night because it was so secluded. We were adjusting to the driving which didn't help our willingness to leave the resort but we felt very tucked away from the nearby area. Most of our meals were at the resort. The food was nothing special but we had no complaints about it. Overall we had an amazing time and would recommend Windjammer to anyone going to St. Lucia!

We had a wonderful stay at Windjammer Landing, all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Organising airport transfers, excursions and other things during our stay was really easy with the team. A good selection of food options which were well priced (we were visiting from London and the restaurants matched what you might expect to pay for a dinner out in London). It's a longer drive from the airport and other tourist sites like the Pitons (approx 1.5hr drive from the airport) so bear that in mind for your journeys. Beautiful views and sunsets!

“We can accomodate you” this was the theme of the week. We wanted a 1/2 day private excursion but we inquired about it at 11am. Kinzie on staff was able to put it together by 1pm. They happily accomodated us. They have ambassadors available to assist with all dinner reservations. They consistently accomodated us. We had an issue with a shower not working properly. They accomodated us by allowing us to tour and choose another villa. Not only is this resort located on a stunning property with breathtaking views, the beach and pool area are gorgeous with staff available at a moments notice. The beauty of the grounds and the happy positive nature of its staff make the Windjammer resort an exceptional resort destination.

Last time we stayed at Windjammer landing on the beautiful island of St Lucia was in 2020, then covid struck….. flash ahead to January 2025, we’re back! Lots has changed at this villa resort, mostly for the good, but with some fails! They have updated a lot of things to bring this resort to a 5 star status, new tiles, pools, loungers and lots of umbrellas for shade, all seem hi end quality! Staff are even more attentive and friendly, lots of beach staff to serve your every whim But…..all this modernization at a cost The restaurants in this resort that I have known and loved, have changed, menus are different, prices have sky rocketed ( I get inflation) but the quality of the food is not reflected in its pricing….. on a Caribbean island and I’m getting frozen fish and microwaved desserts ($26 US) at 5 star fine dining prices…. Unacceptable. I’m fine paying the price, but I better get what I’m paying for…..I spoke to the head chef and he explained some things and totally agreed with me, so they do care. I went out of the resort for some dinners, and they were night and day, fantastic! Sadly that’s what I recommend people do. Overall beautiful accommodations, service, attentiveness 5 star Lose a star for food quality and pricing The staff at these restaurants are very friendly, service is great,

Fabulous location and venue but quality of food really leats it down. Breakfast is exceptional but restaurant food is substandard. Cold, dry and expensive, just tried to endure a bean burger you could have played Olympic standard frisbee with, together with cold and dry fries. Informed waitress and although only a few mouthfuls taken (barely touched) still charged full price. The food really needs to improve as this is the only area that lets the resort down, otherwise it would certainly be 5 star review.

This is a wonderful resort but a few items to keep in mind. Unless you are in new section, it is VERY steep and hilly climb to your Villa. Older section on the hillsides are villas that are dated. New huildings close to beach are beautiful. Restaurants and bars are very good, but liquors available at the bar does not match premium resorts. Beach is very nice, but it is a cove with no waves and kinda rocky. If you want a Rodney Bay style beach, this is not same. Great for kids however. Excellent service and wonderful staff

We stayed for 14 nights in a 2 bedroom villa with a pool Villa 55. This is our 3rd time to the Windjammer and we had the most amazing 2 weeks. There have been many changes since we last visited 2 years ago and I feel these changes were all for the better even if a few teething challenges!||This was the first time we really used the water sports and what an amazing team they have there supporting you, helping and nothing was ever too much. Our wee boy mastered knee boarding through the help and guidance from Denver and Mario. Denver went out of his way to take us on the Hobie Craft and encouraging our wee boy to try sailing. What a truly amazing experience and opportunity, huge thank you to Denver.||Helen Richard’s Duty Manager was beyond amazing, she was there wanting our feedback and went out of her way to ensure we had the best stay we could ask for. Nothing was too much for Helen to arrange, sort out and help with, thank you to Helen for being so helpful, supportive and sorting all that she did for us.||Kevin Food and Beverages Manager again has eyes in the back of his head, amazing! He sees what needs to be changed, altered, he is always smiling and acknowledges you ever time he saw you and never forgot your name, little touches from him made all the difference to our experience and have left us feeling special.||Really like the booking of sun loungers on the beach - top tip go and arrange on your first day then no stress for the rest of your holiday.||Best restaurant Masala - Indian, food was authentic, fresh and full of flavour. Service from Margot was outstanding the best server ever, nothing was too much trouble, so welcoming, knowledgeable about the menu, simply fantastic.||Dragonfly sushi was incredible.||Swimming pool is super fantastic since it’s been redone along with the new kids pool too, such a fantastic improvement along with the welcome addition to the new sun loungers and umbrellas which there are lots. ||We will definitely be returning next year, thank you team Windjammer.
