Wonderful, exceedingly well organised , tasty menu for all with breakfast, lunch, puds, ice-cream etc... toilet on site. Really worth a visit if your walking around the common for a refresh. Parking beside the tearoom. Wombles are in shelves inside. I do feel there could be more of a womble selfie opportunity that is untapped.

A charming little cafe in the center of Wimbledon Common is the ideal spot to pause for coffee or tea at the start or finish of a lengthy stroll. There are restrooms and a sizable parking lot. They offer a large selection of lunch and brunch selections. A great spot to take in the surrounding natural beauty in the spring and summer. The atmosphere of the cafe is quite relaxed. would definitely suggest

Great service and lovely atmosphere. They have a wide selection to choose from but I chose to get the soup of the day. It was a little pricey however was delicious!

A complete rip off. 3.50 GBP for a jumpo sausage roll and is so tiny and awfull you would not pay a 1 GBP for it. Get yourself a picknick. Very dissapointing

I came here with my walking group for a drink and an ice cream near the end of our walk. The ice cream and milkshake I had were great, but I was very disappointed that orders were not brought to the table. I am perfectly mobile so getting up was merely an inconvenience for me, but I have an old and dear friend who uses a wheelchair, so it would make the place inaccessible for her.

Patio crowded and loads of hungry flies so opted for indoors. Not ideal either as lacking in atmosphere except for a very unruly loud toddler.Very disappointing brunch, no bacon left so opted for ham and cheese toasted paninis. Sad to say tasteless and only palatable with lashings of mayonnaise. Milkshakes unfortunately far too sweet and not enough ice cream so like vanilla milk. £26 and poor meal so in future will stick to take away coffee instead!

OK coffee and cake. However, the best feature is the location. The last 400 m of the walk there is through trees and fields. You wouldn't know you're in London.

Right, this review is based on the food, food service and pricing. The serving staff are generally lovely and very polite, I do not have an issue with them. The food itself is also of a high quality. BIG however! They are absolutely taking the p*** with portions and pricing now. I used to eat here a lot, but it got ridiculous. Today I paid £6.50 for a bacon and sausage roll. The bun was pretty awful to be honest, but the cheek was 1 sausage, yes, 1 sausage, sliced into four! And 2 bits of bacon placed on it. I've noticed this type of penny pinching with other items on the menu, especially the chips, they are expensive, and you get basically a handfull, it's ridiculous. The other 2 bif issues are hygiene of the outside food station. They have the bins directly by and beneath the unhygienic condiment pumps, cutlery placed in the open air, no cover and again, right next to the bins with pigeons crawling owner the surfaces. There is also a very weird sytem of NOT bringing customers their food and placing it on the tables with the above mentioned stuff, even when identifying who the food is for, making paying customers get up, from quite an akward distance, and especially not acceptable for the price being paid. It also just comes across as rude serving this way. My guess is the staff have been told to do this for whatever stupid reason, as they are very polite and helpful in all other aspects. This should really be addressed and sorted out

Yelp
Wonderful late-lunch find at a quaint location after touring the Wimbledon tennis museum. Originally thought we were getting afternoon tea. This casual place offered meals that made our family and tummies happy! We didn't get a chance to try their desserts but they looked very yummy. Great experience for delicious British food! A shout-out to the kind staff (name unknown but we think he was the manager) who gave us a ride into town to catch the Southfields underground because there was no Uber available at 4pm and it was raining hard! Thank you!!!

Yelp
Nearly £7 for a jacket potato?! £6 for a toastie!!! That's how the world looks when you're in one of the wealthiest bits of London, even when you're just in a basic caff on a common. The prices are silly, but they have a decent range of basic lunchables (food nothing special but does the job), and lots of treats like buns, toasted teacakes and ice creams. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, dog and child friendly. Friendly staff. There's a massive windmill. Yes, a massive windmill, green green Wimbledon Common grass as far as the eye can see, frolicking pets and toddlers, beaming couples, cyclists, birds, wide open sky, trees blowing in the breeze... ...it's a lovely spot for a cuppa. I'm a fan, mainly because of it's location and convenience, but I wouldn't go so far as 'yay', so it's a high a-ok for me.

Yelp
Some might describe this place as retro, but that's probably pushing the definition. This is an old style caff, complete with formica tables and nescafe coffee. It's a great location for a stop but don't expect anything gourmet. That said: they make bread pudding. Not bread and butter pudding, but proper old school bread pudding, hugr brown slabs of it full of raisins and coated in crunchy sugar. Fantastic stuff with a cup of PG Tips after a brisk stroll on the Common. Other cakes were edible.

Yelp
It's there and if you're walking on the gorgeous common it is somewhere you can go for savoury, sweet, snack or meal. For that reason I like it, but it's pricey, staff are rude at times and it's a bit chaotic in terms of queuing. Try the water based smoothies-they are actually unbelievably good.

Yelp
Although it is pricey it is one of my favourite spots to stop for tea and a scone when out for a long walk with the dog .

Yelp
Great Location, awful cafe. I love coming to the Common with my kids after nursery. Sadly food is poor. The cakes may be good as per the other reviews but as the chips were so cold and overfried and my tea cup was dirty oh and a crow was picking through the leftovers of an adjacent table I didn't stick around to find out. Mostly though it's the service, the staff are rude unfriendly and unhelpful. Come here with a dog maybe but don't bring your kids. We had our cake in a cafe in Wimbledon Village where we were made to feel welcome. Worse customer service in Wimbledon. Horrible service and food.

Yelp
Wonderful family friendly Tea rooms. Although its menu caters for all day long appetites. Great home made food & cakes!! Highly recommend a visit. Pet friendly too.

Yelp
I recently came here with my wife whilst visiting to for wimbledon tennis. The food was wonderful and its was so nice to be greeted by somebody with a smile. Its in a beautiful and peaceful area. I Definitely recommend visiting at least for a walk and one of there many cakes.

Yelp
It is expensive for a caff. However, the food is of high quality. There does need to be some thought given to the queuing system. On Sundays mornings the caff has long queue's due to the vast number of wimbledon windmilers that finish their runs around 11 - 11:30 a.m.
