READ ALL OF IT IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING MOVING IN I have been living at this community for 2 years now and could not be happier! Special shout out for Marquita and Dominique at the office who always receive us with warm smiles and positive attitude! Maintenance team is awesome also and always ready to help.My friend Darius is always around tomakesure we are safe and sound at the property! I really appreciate my people and my community! I'm so sorry, but I had to come here and review this review after my first (and probably last) interaction with our new property manager. I received an email communicating that our two pools will be closed every Monday for maintenance. So today, as I bumped into the manager at the gym I suggested that we do different days for each pool as many of us work over the weekend and have Monday off. I got a no smile (non empathetic) NO, cause it's best for the maintenance team to do it in one day, not considering what's best for the resident that pays the fees to have, at least one pool! Last summer we had over 30 days of pool closures and this summer is not going anywhere different as pools will be closed AGAIN on a national holiday tomorrow. (They are grass green right now) C'mon Windos Castle Hills it's time to get professional service for our pools!! I'm sure we can afford it and do our community a better service.

Let me just say Dominique is honestly one of the best person to help you look at apartments and he is super friendly! Very knowledgeable about what and where things are in the place! Love his vibe and he makes me feel like his favorite customer but all in all he has been a big big help to me and my girlfriend finding our first place to stay. He will help you out with ANYTHING you need or if you have any questions HE WILL HAVE A ANSWER lol

The front office is very helpful and responsive! Moving and transferring between units has been the least stressful it’s ever been since any questions or concerns I may have are addressed swiftly and efficiently. Leasing Consultant Loann Tan has been super helpful throughout the entire transfer process and is super willing and happy to sit down and work through everything needed for the process. Great community with even greater people!

Celsee and her team show great care for their residents and the property. She has an amazing eye for detail and continually finds ways to improve the resident experience. Highly recommend you live at Windsor Castle Hills!

My fiancé and I just finished a tour here. Theses apartments are beautiful and look just like the photos online. Loann gave us our tour. She was such a warm presence and helped us find a good rate in our budget! The pool and fitness center looks amazing and are well kept. The living areas were clean; there weren’t any trash on the ground. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. If we move here we will provide an update. 😊

We’ve been in our new one-bedroom apartment for almost a week, and we couldn’t be happier! The space is amazing—roomy and comfortable, with a layout that makes it feel even bigger. The kitchen is a standout, equipped with upgraded appliances, and having a washer and dryer right in the unit is such a convenience. The bathroom is modern and spacious, just like the bedroom, which offers enough room to unwind. The community amenities are equally impressive. The swimming pool is top-notch, with all the frills you could ask for, and the walking areas are perfect for a leisurely stroll. But what really makes this place special is the sense of security and belonging we feel here. From day one, Loann has been incredibly helpful, ensuring a smooth move-in process and making us feel right at home. My Dad and I already had the pleasure of attending a community taco gathering, where everyone greeted us with a smile. It’s wonderful to be part of a community that feels like one big family. We’re excited to see what more this place has to offer, but we’re already certain we’ve found the best place to call home.

First of all, Marquita and team are always super friendly and willing to help out. Every time I have a question they always here to help out. Maintenance is by far the best maintenance team I’ve had in all the community I’ve lived in. Very very responsive to the work orders. The entire team is phenomenal! I would give these guys 6 stars if I could. Keep up the great work

Love the amenities that they offer, like a full size garage, covered parking, trash valet, mailroom with refrigerated storage for grocery deliveries, the gym, VR sports room, entertainment area, as well as the two dog parks and grooming station, and so much more. The staff is amazing, and goes well beyond what is required.

If you're thinking about leasing here, DON'T ***ESPECIALLY if its anywhere near a certain unit on the 6TH BUILDING 2ND FLOOR WITH APT # ENDING IN 10. The walls here are paper thin and you will never have a good nights sleep or any peace when you're at home. You can hear someone sneeze upstairs at night. The certain unit I mentioned blasted music with a subwoofer every single day with screaming kids (not an exaggeration). Every time management was called, they did absolutely nothing. Do not count on management to do ANYTHING. The management here is HORRIBLE. On top of that, there are bogus high fees that won't be stated on your move-in. Expect these fees to be in the realm of hundreds - recycling, trash, amenity, etc.

Units are nice, but property up keep is the worst! This is what my visitors or greeted with, at a home I pay $1926 a month! The trash service leaves a horrible trail of trash and residue from leaking bags that community ground keeper fails to do anything about! Stay away from this place, try the Hudson around the corner

UPDATE: We received the refund on February 23rd. Thank you. We withdrew the complaint with the Secretary of State. The rating is changed to 3 stars. After all, we enjoyed living at Castle Hills.

I have been at these apartments for over a year. But the the thing I like about these apartment is the Management. Ellen Goulding is awesome very attentive to the needs of the tenants and she does not tell you one thing and do another. Truly a woman of her word. Thanks for making this an awesome experience since moving to Texas a year ago.

I applied for this property and get came back denied. I spoke with the assistant manger alexia and she started to provide documentation and they will try to help me. I had to keep calling and kept getting the runaround. Mind you the Assistant manager told me she was going to try to help. I called today because it's now days later and the property manager told me it was a rejection so they can't help me. Do not apply here they have no idea how to be straight up and will give you the runaround just to keep the petty app fees .

We were set to move in on July 9th, 2022 and they failed to notify us that the room wasn't ready. They explained that this was not their fault as they were understaffed, but this seems like a poor excuse. We asked if we could be given a place to stay temporarily, but we were denied. All of our new furniture is currently headed there so we are scrambling on Friday night to somehow ask that these things get held somewhere. We are now scrambling to find a new place to live as the service we received from Pamala, the property manager, was rude. However, we want to thank Kali for genuinely trying to help us. We have every right to be upset since our entire livelihood is in boxes currently, but the experience dealing with Pamala was the worst part about all of this. She was the reason we have decided to cancel our contract with them. If you are looking to lease with them, save yourself the trouble. If you really want to gamble, then do so understanding that it's a toss-up on whether or not you'll receive better service than we received. Anyways, just a heads up to everyone to really be thorough with your application process with this place.
