Windsor Castle Hills Apartments

We had such a great experience on our apartment tour with Loann. From the very beginning, she was incredibly warm and welcoming, and she made sure to really listen to what we were looking for. It was clear she had taken the time to understand both our preferences and our budget, and every option she showed us reflected that care and attention. What really stood out was how personal the whole experience felt. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism made the process feel much less stressful and we left the tour feeling heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. Thank you, Loann, for going above and beyond!!

We have lived here for 2 months now and have really enjoyed it so far! The move in was smooth, the apartment itself is so nice and modern and spacious. The amenities are great! The pool is very nice and well-kept. The staff have been wonderfully helpful and very friendly. Parking can sometimes be a challenge as spots outside the building are usually all taken by 7PM daily and unfortunately this is the same for every building so if you get home late, you’ll likely have to park far away and walk but the community is very safe, so at least it’s safe to walk to the building. The community uses Valet Living for trash which has not been all that great. We have pet cats and so their waste/litter get double bagged and put into the general trash bags with everything else, therefore the bag can sometimes be heavier (but never over Valet Living’s weight limit), yet despite it being within weight, they will refuse to pick it up. We pay for the trash service so it is generally very irritating when we have to walk it to the trash ourselves (but I have written to Valet Living themselves so fingers crossed they work with us). In general though, the apartment is great, only complaint would be about sound. We’re on the third floor as we wanted to avoid hearing above neighbors but even though we’re at the top of the building we can hear our neighbors next to us walking around, it can be really loud sometimes as if they’re in the room. Originally I was scared thinking someone was literally in the room but now I know it’s just neighbors. We also live by the road and Parker Rd is a very loud and busy road but the windows do a decent job of blocking most of the noise. Overall, we have really enjoyed living here so far and if all stays wonderful, we’ll be here for a while:) I recommend living here 100%! Just be aware of the parking, noise, and trash service! However, all the staff are wonderful, the apartments are lovely and all the neighbors are good!

I originally scheduled a self-guided tour, but while I was waiting, I stopped by the Windsor Castle Hills office and was warmly greeted by Loann. She was so kind and welcoming, she really set the tone for my visit! My tour was amazing, and I truly enjoyed the property, the hospitality, and the great atmosphere.

LoAnn did an amazing job showing me the apartment units at Windsor at Castle Hills. She really took the time to understand my needs and showed me an apartment that perfectly fits my lifestyle. The A6 unit was exactly what I was looking for with the den that gives me a great space to work, plus the fact that the units are carpet-free. I truly had an amazing tour, and I’m excited about moving here!

Beautiful apartments and Loann was amazing, she was very thorough and helpful had all the answers to our questions. Will def consider moving as this is at the top of our list of places. Thank you!

Our experience here was awesome! Loann showed us 2 different places and was very very in depth and helpful with all of the info we gave her. She walked us through the entire application process and we were able to submit that before we even left! 10/10 would recommend!

Current resident here. Nothing ever works always a excuse for the amenities that we pay for. Poop everywhere not even just in the dog parks which are 10x worse. Trash is always everywhere near the dumpsters, the trash compactor doors wont close (been like that for 5 months) and just have wafts of garbage smells everywhere. Valet trash comes at 5 PM when the pick up is after 7pm so they dont take trash. They mow every 3 weeks so the grass is at your ankles. Can hear every foot step the upstairs neighbors take and the guitar players concert every night nextdoor. They wont do anything about them. Be very careful when looking into this place!

Loann and Marilyn made my move in easy and stress free. They are both very kind and supportive! I have never been happier! Windsor Castle Hill is a Wonderful place to live!

Love the amenities that they offer, like a full size garage, covered parking, trash valet, mailroom with refrigerated storage for grocery deliveries, the gym, VR sports room, entertainment area, as well as the two dog parks and grooming station, and so much more. The staff is amazing, and goes well beyond what is required.

If you're thinking about leasing here, DON'T ***ESPECIALLY if its anywhere near a certain unit on the 6TH BUILDING 2ND FLOOR WITH APT # ENDING IN 10. The walls here are paper thin and you will never have a good nights sleep or any peace when you're at home. You can hear someone sneeze upstairs at night. The certain unit I mentioned blasted music with a subwoofer every single day with screaming kids (not an exaggeration). Every time management was called, they did absolutely nothing. Do not count on management to do ANYTHING. The management here is HORRIBLE. On top of that, there are bogus high fees that won't be stated on your move-in. Expect these fees to be in the realm of hundreds - recycling, trash, amenity, etc.

Units are nice, but property up keep is the worst! This is what my visitors or greeted with, at a home I pay $1926 a month! The trash service leaves a horrible trail of trash and residue from leaking bags that community ground keeper fails to do anything about! Stay away from this place, try the Hudson around the corner

UPDATE: We received the refund on February 23rd. Thank you. We withdrew the complaint with the Secretary of State. The rating is changed to 3 stars. After all, we enjoyed living at Castle Hills.

I have been at these apartments for over a year. But the the thing I like about these apartment is the Management. Ellen Goulding is awesome very attentive to the needs of the tenants and she does not tell you one thing and do another. Truly a woman of her word. Thanks for making this an awesome experience since moving to Texas a year ago.

I applied for this property and get came back denied. I spoke with the assistant manger alexia and she started to provide documentation and they will try to help me. I had to keep calling and kept getting the runaround. Mind you the Assistant manager told me she was going to try to help. I called today because it's now days later and the property manager told me it was a rejection so they can't help me. Do not apply here they have no idea how to be straight up and will give you the runaround just to keep the petty app fees .

We were set to move in on July 9th, 2022 and they failed to notify us that the room wasn't ready. They explained that this was not their fault as they were understaffed, but this seems like a poor excuse. We asked if we could be given a place to stay temporarily, but we were denied. All of our new furniture is currently headed there so we are scrambling on Friday night to somehow ask that these things get held somewhere. We are now scrambling to find a new place to live as the service we received from Pamala, the property manager, was rude. However, we want to thank Kali for genuinely trying to help us. We have every right to be upset since our entire livelihood is in boxes currently, but the experience dealing with Pamala was the worst part about all of this. She was the reason we have decided to cancel our contract with them. If you are looking to lease with them, save yourself the trouble. If you really want to gamble, then do so understanding that it's a toss-up on whether or not you'll receive better service than we received. Anyways, just a heads up to everyone to really be thorough with your application process with this place.
