Really bad customer service, the manager is super rude. She screamed at me and my mother in front of everyone just because we were trying to make a return for other sandals. She claimed that she told us that it was final sale but she NEVER did, i recommend MAKING SURE to tell customers that a product is final sale and change the manager she could've handled it better and be nicer to frequent customers like us. It is extremely disrespectful and upsetting the way we got treated. Do better.

Francheska, the manager was kind enough to let me in the store close to closing time and offered her help! Mackenzie Yuli was amazing , kind and attentive! She helped me find my a whole classy sexy fit for my special day! Also Zaniyah was kind and sweet , offering me a clean neat dressing room to try on the clothes. So appreciative of this store and employees!

Amazing customer service! I was greeted by Thai as soon as I entered and asked if I was in need of help. She was there to help me every step of the way and set up a fitting room and picked out options along with me. She found me the perfect dress for my event that she just received in shipment. She was very honest in which dress best suited me She was very productive with her time when not assisting me and her other customers. The company is lucky to have her.

I made a purchase at Windsor Stock and my experience was awful. The store failed to deliver my order, and when I tried to reach out, I didn’t receive any satisfactory response. They have no commitment to their customers and don’t seem interested in resolving issues. Definitely do not recommend and will never shop there again.

Francheska was great super knowledgeable and kind. I had visited a different location That Couldn’t help me with a return but she was so fast to solve the issue.

This is the second time I purchased a dress for my granddaughter from this store. They let her try on as many dresses as she wanted until she found the perfect one. No appointment is necessary but they do get very busy on the weekends. Their prices are much better than Cinderella dresses and so is the customer service.

The customer service was awesome! The girl that helped me it was so empathetic, her name is Tai! 100% recommended!

Debbi stripe dress Yesterday I experienced the worse most rudest customer service in my experiences of shopping at Windsor. I went to the Florida Mall Windsor yesterday with my little sister to find a homecoming dress. She wanted to try on a total of 12 dresses. The manager Debbi was assisting in the fitting rooms. Once it was our turn she informed us we can only try on 6 items, however there was multiple females with over 6 items who had entered the dressing room. She stated we will have to go wait again in the line with the other 6 dresses after almost waiting 30 minutes in the line to try the previous ones on, She was already having an attitude with us once she went into the dressing room and made me wait outside the dressing room when there was people going into the dressing room with their daughters and friends, It wasn’t an issue so I informed my little sister we will have them hold the other 6 dresses while we look in other stores while the line goes down. After trying on the 6 dresses we went to the front and asked a different worker there to hold the dresses. The worker said yes and then the manager Debbi came out of no where and walked passed the worker and told her to say no so the worker said actually we can’t hold them. I looked at the worker and asked her , did the manager inform her to tell us no and she said yes. She informed her to tell us no they couldn’t hold the dresses when they had plenty of space. It was the worse shopping experience and the rudest customer experience especially as the “ manager “ . I would like to get this issue escalated because I never went through anything like this. I will never be returning to that Windsor again with the disrespect from the manager. The other workers were very helpful and nice! The manager was the issue! THE WORST ATTENTION IN THIS STORE THE MANAGER IS SUEER RUDE LITERALLY YELLED AT ME, they didn't want to change a dress that I had bought 2 days ago and she had her invoice her label an 80 dollar dress, just because she didn't feel like it apart she is super rude, racist, 0 customer service and apart from that you pay for a very expensive dress that I neither stay nor wore and she simply tells me that I lose my money and that's it

"NO MA'AM NO HAM" was shouted at me followed with demeaning laughter when i asked if it was okay if i kept the dress on hold for a little longer so i could pick it up after school. The mean girl behavior i received at this store showed me that the GIRLS (except the cashier) that work there are "pick me" that have no future with their careers with people because of their lack of respect and common decency towards women. I came into the store so excited to pick out my prom dress and left feeling defeated because of the behavior i received.

After I left this store, I thought to myself that this is a great place for all of us who could still get away with shopping at Forever 21 but also could shop at Ann Taylor. Thus, this is a good place for all of you other in-betweeners. They offer casual items like jean skirts and cotton tees that look comfy and cute. They ranged in price from about $25 to $36 and were all over the store. They also have quite the selection of dresses. From fun party dress to work reception to ball gown. All sorts of patterns, colors and fabrics were represented which leads me to believe that most females could find something here. And if you wanted to try on any of your finds, they have a lovely fitting room area complete with a chandelier. Should you need dress shoes (ranging from $26-$35), boots or casual flats, they can be of assistance too. Their jewelry was also a treat and reminded a lot of what you'd find in Express or NY & Co. Purple seemed to be a popular color as it adorned many of the mannequins and tables. I also noticed that you can snatch up any of their items and more, on their website. Plus, if this matters to you, their black peep toe booties were featured in People magazine. So other people, especially stylists, have taken a notice to Windsor and the stylish, reasonable, items they offer.

This is the "in" place to go for evening gowns or cute clothes to hit the town. The frustration was the fitting rooms. Almost 40 minute wait to even try on..They had two girls running this area and two at the register. So they weren't short staffed. They were just not working smart. First, one would yell like we were in boot camp that people can "only have 6 garments to try on." The tone and the loudness was extremely unprofessional. How about have the convo when people come up.. Furthermore when your selling long cocktail dresses and fashion forward clothing, I expect the sales associates to be dressed with more effort. One didn't look like she brushed her hair in weeks. Very sloppy. And unmotivating for a buyer. Lastly, if two girls are in the dressing room..one should be offering assistance to those trying on while the other handles go backs. They instead talked, and seemed not to have it organized or clueless that people were restless in the long lines. I'm not a fan.

This is my new favorite store! Malcolm did an awesome job helping me pick out clothes. I would have never thought to mix some of the pieces that was pulled for me to try on. It was very busy today, but the store was very well maintained. I'm so impressed with the staff, especially Malcolm.

Windsor is a store aimed at young people who are too old for Limited too, but still to young to shop at the Limited. In a word, teenagers. And while many stores nowadays appeal to the teen sect, Windsor does a good job of making clothes that appeal to the younger sect, and will make parents happy. The Good: Excellent Prices: Any parent of a teenager knows that they want "fashionable" clothes every single week, and you'll generally have to foot the bill. Luckily this place has some fairly inexpensive tops and bottoms, and most of their formal wear is priced under $100, making those homecoming balls a little more affordable. Parent-friendly designs: Many times, when a teen shops, they try to shop beyond their years. You know, the low cut tops, the short skirts....all that stuff. Luckily, Windsor has some pretty age appropriate designs. Sure, they aren't your parent's clothes, but the stuff is definitely classy. The Bad: Not shape friendly: This place is really great for parents of skinny teens. If your teen is going through "awkward phases" or is heavier set, shopping here will definitely be an excercise in depression. As someone who went through frequent weight cycles in my teen years, I can't help but wish this place had more of a selection for bigger girls. Windsor is a great place to shop with teen kids on a shopping trip and I would recommend it to parents of small-sized teens, but I would caution those who are shopping with medium and larger teen girls. Overall 6.7/10= Cheap, but Small

Great place to shop. It has so many things I would have never guessed. This is definitely my new fave place to shop. It was so busy when I walked in I thought I would never find anything. A guy with blue hair called malcom helped me. Unknowingly I tried on jeans he was wearing and have never felt so jealous of a guy because he filled them better than I could dream of. so he helped me with other jeans and some dresses and skirts I wish I could have had help from him earlier at other stores. he quickly shot down all things he knew would not work saving me time I never had in teh beginning. everyone was all over the place helping everyone, really good workers and funny too. The sweetest girl helped me in and out the fitting room and I was on my way. I was so sad I couldn't find shoes that fit but the cashier happily pointed me to a few different stores and a girl SLAYED the night.

Amazing staff! So attentive! I got there 30 mins before closing and unlike most stores that try to usher you out they were so accommodating and thoughtful. Even though I was rushing they made me feel at ease and helped me get dressed from head to toe for my event! Such great customer service! Highly recommend!!
