This private condo rental for us felt super secure. It was close enough to downtown, but not so close, there are tons of people everywhere you are trying to be. Lovely trail in back of property helps keep folks off the busy streets while providing access.

Each unit is individually owned but my review is for the building itself. The location is great. We enjoyed the included parking spot. However, the building has a super weird vibe. Cabinets in the lobby are chained shut. The once upon a time jacuzzi is all fenced off with some really weird orange plastic fence. The building has a really strong smell that seeps into your air bnb. The lobby feels dirty and outdated. There were Christmas decorations up in July and someone sells sushi out of their unit…. It was just odd. There is an indoor garbage room that you have to throw your trash into and it smells so so so awful. It was just weird. I would not go back.

Each spot is individually owned. Be sure to check all the specifics of what is included in your booking. Ideal location for access to downtown and the mountains. Appreciated the underground parking.

Our provider just cancel our booking 2 weeks before we arriving... I booked in FEBRUARY! And payed upfront early April. They have said, has system error which is funny.. I assume they are find out they can sell out the place this period for more money.. :(

An older building, suites are too close to each other, not too conducive to family with young kids who can be a bit noisy; great convenient location; designated parking space available...

Good location. The self check-in and check-out is a plus when there’s nothing to complain about. The room was tiny and not very clean. We asked new sheets because there was hair on the bed. So, as there’s nobody on site, we had to wait a few hours the cleaning lady and it started to last a long time so we called and back and we were told where to ding the clean sheets and change the bed ourselves (I wish the owner would have told us at my first call), which is not a problem, but the sheets were pierced… The window was sealed with only an out for an air-conditing machine that was extremely noisy. I didn’t feel really confortable and wouldn’t recommand that place.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Check in was quick and friendly. The bathroom and fridge were not entirely clean upon arrival. Overall, it was a nice place to stay though. The hot breakfast buffet offers a lot of options. We were quite happy with our stay.

The staff when we checked in were lovely, very warm and efficient. The staff when we checked out less so, not even a smile or "how was your stay?" We stayed in a standard room with a king size bed.. At least that's what we paid for. The bed was actually two smaller mattresses pushed together so hubby and I kept rolling into the ditch. The sheets were horribly scratchy and there was a clicking noise all night in the room. The pillows were actually wonderful, but I don't think I slept at all. At first glance our room seemed clean but when we moved one of the night stands closer to the bed there was a pile of garbage shoved behind it, old nylons and wrappers. We had a ground floor room with a little walk out balcony and there were tons of friendly rabbits around which was a huge bonus. However, nobody had bothered to sweep the enclosed area so there was huge amounts of rabbit poop which wasn't so nice. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection and everything was hot and tasty. There was a waffle station, eggs, bacon, sausage and then all the normal dry stuff like cereal, toast, muffins etc. The hot tub was a decent size but having it close at 10pm when they advertise it as a dip under the stars doesn't really make sense considering the sun doesn't even fully set by 10pm in the middle of summer in Alberta. All in all it wasn't a horrible stay but I wouldn't recommend it.
