Wine House Minami Aoyama

Big selection of wines. The staff is very nice and helpful. The place is casual but some of the wines can go expensive so it's up to you how you want to spend the evening. I also liked the vibe there. Food was also tasty. I tried burrata, duck paste, hotaru squid ajillo and uni pasta.

Out with a group of 6 and we visited Wine House for post-dinner drinks on a Monday night. Warm welcome from sommelier Micky DuPont when we walked in, and given a very comfortable table at the back of the bar. Wine cellar is extensive, idiosyncratic and contains some great (but expensive) wines. Micky was a good guide and we enjoyed a wonderful champagne and then a sublime French red burgundy. Served with a good cheese platter. If you like your wine, enjoy perusing an extensive cellar, and you’re not too price sensitive then this is your place. David W, Oct 2023

Very nice atmosphere and a great place if you're looking to impress with their gorgeous wall of wines on display. Sitting at the counter was fun, even saw some people there alone, I'd say it's quite welcoming even for one drink and a quick bite. The food was great, especially the appetizers. I enjoyed the aubergine wrapped in beef.

Great atmosphere and open until 3am apparently?? Table charge is around 500¥ per person and they also charge 2000¥ cork fee for bottles.

We found this by accident while walking around Aoyama area. We were surprised with good quality food. Very nice small Japanese restaurant with sushi bar and various specialties including selective Sake.

Nice place for some great wine that are very reasonably priced!

Even though it looked too fancy for my taste at first we felt welcomed and comfortable. In particular Inomata San and another staff that was interested to talk about Greek mythology made me feel very welcome! I will go again.

beautiful bar, lots of wines on the menu, it also serves as a wine shop where you can buy the bottles and pay an extra 2000 JPY corkage fee to drink them on site. Serves small bites as wine bar food, and there's also a sushi counter on site.
