Last night's Holiday Food and Wine Pairings ZOOM was such a festive event. We has a white, three red, port and a sparkling, all were great option for pairing with Thanksgiving and Christmas food. The Butternut Curry Soup, Duck Confit and Strawberry Trifle were delicious. Reneé offered stories and pairing options for all the wines and I can't wait to use some of them at the Holidays, limited as they will be there is no reason not to live it up in smaller groups.
The 2 oz bottles of wines and pretty little plates of food all came in a bakers box with reheating instruction, an educational worksheet and menu with pairings. She paired 2 wines with each course and it was fun to see the differences.
