The burger was the weakest dish for me. The meat itself feels real, you can tell you are eating an actual kotlet, not a processed patty. But it was extremely bland. No salt, no spices, and no fat to make it juicy, so the burger turned out dry.
Also, it’s just ordinary meat, not Angus.
The bun is also not good. At the very least, both sides should be toasted with butter and a bit of black pepper to add aroma.
The funchosa salad was ok, nothing special, but not bad.
Carbonara pasta was fine and probably the most balanced dish overall.
The place has potential, but the burger needs better seasoning, more fat, and improved bun preparation.
Oh and for Gods sake guys use real potato, R.E.A.L for your fries
