Wing Snob

Just had an amazing experience at Wing Snob with some friends and wow — everything was fire! We tried their new Hot Honey BBQ sauce and it instantly became a favorite. The boneless and traditional wings were both perfectly cooked — crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. We also got the Garlic Parm and a few other sauces, and every single one was full of flavor. The fries were fresh and seasoned just right, and their cheesecake? Super creamy and delicious — a perfect sweet finish. You can tell they put effort into both their food and service. Vibes were great, food was on point, and I’m definitely coming back. Highly recommend if you're into wings and want to try something new!

Boneless Mondays. We ordered 10 boneless wings for $7, a side of celery/carrots for $2, celery and carrots are browning/wilting and a regular side of garlic parmesan fries for $3.99. Fries were skimpy for the price. Food was hot and fresh. Flavor was there. We waited about 2-3 minutes to actually get acknowledged to place order. No one was inside at all when we arrived. Restaurant was fair, it wasn't even 1 pm yet.

If you haven’t stopped in this place, you need to don’t worry about the place next-door. The wings are the best here.

Any real "wing snob" would agree that serving ALL DRUMS and NO FLATS on a 10 piece is blatant DISRESPECT!!!!! Unacceptable from any restaurant let alone a wing joint at a premium price. I tried to resolve this on the website before leaving a negative review and got no response. Another example of a poorly ran company that just doesn't care.

The wings had almost a rubbery texture to it. Their variety of sauces attempts to make up for the quality of the chicken. Their fries taste delicious too! I might try their boneless next time to see if it is better.

Great customer service! Great food! Large variety! Clean atmosphere! Visit 3-5 times per week!

I would rename this company to Wing Stingy! The food by far has good quality with poor quantity. We just spent $17 an appetizer(thats what it looked like). There was 10 wing dings, a five year old’s fist full of fries and a small pop. This Reminded me of a KFC 5 dollar box. If you still have stimulus money and a decreased appetite than this is the perfect spot for you otherwise do yourself a favor and drive to Wing Stop. You can not feed a family 3-4 here and not go bankrupt. Now if you want to eat good food with adequate portion sizes, great prices and don't mind the drive, go to Wing Stop in Roseville.

Post -Lions victory Sunday afternoon, a good time for wings. I was pleasantly surprised of the quality. First off, we ordered carry out and waited. Food was made fresh to order - hot fries, pillowy soft on the inside, crispy crunchy on the outside! Piping hot! The lemon pepper quality is so snob level, it had lemon zest! The new spicy sweet bbq dry rub is phenomenal! It's so new it's not on the menu yet. Ask for it. Service was friendly and fast. All takeouts were ready when people came in.

Just got off the road and this place was 5 min from our Air BnB. You can tell this place is always busy on Friday nights. As soon as we ordered a gang full of other people followed right behind us! I ordered the traditional wing meal with jerk sauce. My girl ordered the cauliflower wings with awesome sauce. They forgot to put the awesome sauce on her wings so she was upset immediately! They fixed it right away though. My wings were ok, I like my wings on the crispy side so I would've had them leave my mines in the oven a lil bit more if I had the option. Fries were just fries but you can elect to get some sauce on your fries, I'm just not that type of person to eat soggy fries.

LOL where do I begin? Strap in because this is gonna be a long one. TLDR: save yourself the stress and go to literally ANY other wingsnob location because the people who work here are rude and they will give you the wrong food, argue with you that it's actually the correct food and treat you like garbage in a lobby full of people. Today, I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. I ordered (2) Ten piece wings, both garlic parm and sweet chilli and large fry with 2 sides of ranch. When I grabbed my food and took it to the car, I saw there was only one ranch. Okay, fine it happens. I brought it back inside and ask for my other one. The cashier looks at my receipt and says "You were only charged for one." I say "I ordered 2 of the same meal, so there should be 2 ranches". She gives it to me, I leave. I get home and both of my meals are made incorrectly. Instead of sweet chili, we were given BRIGHT RED buffalo wings that were then dipped in sweet chili, as to not have to remake them. I know that they were wrong because my boyfriend and I both tasted one from each meal. I call up there and explain the situation, I'm told to bring all the food back with the receipt. I then have to drive 20 minutes back to the restaurant, when I get there I'm greeted by the same cashier from earlier who takes a look at my wings, laughs in my face and proudly states "These are sweet chili wings honey." Besides being dumbfounded I definitely felt insulted. I told her that they were not what I ordered because I tasted them. I also come here every Tuesday and order the same thing. She goes to get the manager. Manager Sam comes out, and was quick to agree with the cashier that I was wrong. I said to him, taste the wings. I have no reason to lie. And he was talking over me, arguing me down and had the worst attitude about the situation. He didn't want to remake my food and suggested he just give me a refund. He's like "Do you not know sweet chili is spicy?" "What do you want me to do?" He asks me "What am I supposed to do with the food now, throw it away?" I'm like, at this point it matters very little to me what you do with the food. Why do I have to suffer because you made my food wrong. I tell him give me my refund because he's playing in my face, being rude and the man ignores me and walks away to the back. I was very kind in the beginning. I understand people make mistakes. But for him to argue with me in a lobby full of people and act like I'm trying to pull something shady is beyond me. I would bet a lot of money he wouldn't have had the same energy if I was a man. It wasn't until I shared with him that I don't just live down the street, and had drive 20 minutes he decided to change his tune and say he will remake the food. In the end he remade it, but not without an embarrassing display in front of everyone in the restaurant. I will never return and will go out of my way every time to go other locations.

So I tried Wing Snob for the first time today, got 20 boneless. 10 Hot AF 10 plain. The wings were decent, better than BWW, not has good as DWC. Now that's not a bad thing as I feel that nothing beats DWC, but you get what you pay for. The sauce on my Hot AF was good, not unbearably hot or anything but it had a good kick, the plain ones had a nice crunch to them. Wings were a good size although some were a little dry. I'll be back again.

food is always raw every time we order from east detoit office we have to re cook its not fair .......also that manager Sam is Horrible when he cooks he is rude and doesnt take pride in cooking .......He should work at a plant not a cook for a resturant ....

I've been here several times. The food is always freshly prepared and hot. I'm always switching up the flavors so it's easy to report that all of them are tasty. The wings are juicy. The personnel are reasonably friendly.

The hot af 50/50 meal deal is the BEST!!!!! It's the only thing I order EVERYTIME!!!!!

This is a great place to eat even providing military/ first responders discount. I ordered 50/50 wings they were great meaning But instead of doing a 50/50 I had only gotten 2 regular wings. This is a great lunch spot

I am ecstatic to have a wing spot within walking distance! Although a take out spot, the aesthetic is warm and inviting. The employees I've interacted with have been friendly and helpful. Aside from the location, the wings are great. I've had the lemon pepper every time I've ordered, and varied other flavors in my orders. My husband likes the spicy chili, but they were a bit too spicy for me. The traditional buffalo and honey bbq were tasty, but I can't seem to stop ordering the lemon pepper. The option to add a side and drink is convenient when we both want something different with our individual orders. Seasoned fries are spot on, and their ranch isn't too thick or too watery. Definitely give this spot a try!

Food is decent, but overpriced. Didn't get one of the sauces we ordered which wouldn't be a big deal if the sauces weren't a dollar each. The amount of fries for the price was pathetic, also mine were beyond smothered in garlic Parmesan which I normally wouldn't complain but it was just an overkill. The coleslaw I didn't have high expectations for but it only tasted like Mayo.. Definitely won't be ordering from them again.

wings were really good but the service was quite bad. i ordered 20 min before coming and waiting 20 minutes when i got there. i also tried to use my Yelp 2 free chicken sliders coupon and they were confused when i tried to use it. the guy told me "okay we can give you the 2 free sliders but you can pay 5 dollars and I'll give you 4". Dude... What??? I only ordered it because it was free and now you want me to pay to get them? In the end I told him i wasn't paying for something that was advertized as free and they took it off the bill. Like I said though the wings were good but they seem super disorganized. I guess I'd eat there again but know what to expect. I'd probably go to a different Wing Snob location if I were you

The chicken and fries are over priced the price of the food doesn't match the taste of the food

Some of the best wings I've ever had and they were drenched in sauce! The prices were average for wings when you compare it to other wing places.

Good wings but overpriced. I got the boneless and they were large pieces, I think I should've stuck with traditional tho. Lemon pepper was my favorite.

The wings are amazing. Loved the lemon pepper and make sure to get the fries too. Will definitely be back. Just opened on 12 mile just west of Telegraph!

Slooooooooooooow as hell. Nickel and dimed you for sauces. I'm still waiting on my food so I'm not sure if it tastes good. If you're planning on taking a lunch break here, you won't have time. Go elsewhere.

Not too bad. I've been twice and tried lemon pepper, Asian chili (I think), and Cajun. All of which were better than decent, but not great. The fries are great when they're fresh too. Cool staff when I walked in. I feel like dipping sauces should come with the meal, but, i get it, I guess. All in all, I have no real complaints, but nothing to really rave about either.

Second time eating here and the wings are so dry. I like a crispy wing but these are beyond crispy. Also the seasoned fries are not good, taste like old grease. Ironically I like to consider myself a wing snob and these don't make the cut. I like the sauce options and the size of the wings but they fry them to the point of dryness. I won't be going back.

Wings were awesome and the fries were so good. Cornbread was great too. Everything was super hot and delivery came quickly! We will definitely be ordering again.

Terrible waited 40 mins for my food ordered 40 wings and all were cold called and told the manager and he told me,"I don't know what to tell you microwave them" when I order take out i expect my food to be hot he didn't compensate or anything and then hung up . Very horrible service.

Put your chicken wing eatin' pants on, cause you're in for a treat!!! Once you get a mouthful of these boneless beauties you'll be taking the advice of a well known Detroit artist and putting one of those fingers on each hand up to B Duds. Don't like spending $5 on one wing? Feels like $5 right? Back to the topic at hand, the gargantuan chunks of poultry churned out at Wing Snob. After eating a 12 piece you'll be firing the button of your pants across the room at mach 3, ending anything that attempts to sway its trajectory, and when it lands 3 states over, it'll leave a crater big enough to fill with water and swim in with the entire family. Now let's get down to brass tacks, most of their sauces are as unique as they are delicious, the Awesome Sauce, as it's name implies, is indeed that. You ever get the urge to pour a jug of syrup on your chicken and smash? Look no further, chicken and waffles has you covered.....from ear to ear with a MF'N smile. Don't like a wing that's covered in so much fried batter your teeth commit Hari-kari when you take your first bite? Lightly breaded wings are Wing Snobs' bread and batter....see what I did there? If you haven't tried Wing Snob yet, get off your donk and grip up some of these bad boys, your appetite and tastebuds will thank you.

Came in for lunch order boneless with sauce on the side ... when I got my food noticed there was no sauce so went back in mind you I'm on break and the older guy that's bald says I have to pay for the sauce I did not want on my wings I'd rather have it on the side I said okay well never heard of that... it's super slow he keeps yelling at the poor girl in the front trying her hardest to deal with the lobby and phones as the manager proceeds to be rude to her in front of all is us! Then the guy comes out with cigarettes and litters on the floor when there is a garbage can by him ... so sad

i was picking up paint from sherwin williams across the street --wings are some of my favs....tht said, they were expensive. had way too much salt. i got boneless and there was pretty big pieces but they had so much salt i could barely eat them. i will go back again and try something else---i dont like wet wings so the selection will be limited. the employee was great!

This place is great! Great customer service! Some delivery drive stole my order and these guys took great care of me and remade more order so fast! Thank you for the good experience!

This place is ok , I love wings but their sauces are mediocre at best. I probably will just stick to Detroit Wing Company and BWW. Overrated and overpriced
