Wing Tai Peckham

Today i went to wing tai to purchasr a Chinese winter melon for my soup the bald hair guy were very rude.i asked him a question he just ignored me. Very bad service. Food is very expensive here compair to other supermarket.

It is a very nice store with a good variety of Far East Asian products and really good fresh fish at a reasonable price 😀

We’re really lucky that this shop exists. I’ve been buying fish here for years. Fresh fish everyday, fantastic prices and they even clean them for you for free. Supermarkets say they offer free gut cleaning service but they hardly descale the fish and they’re also super slow. The staff at Wing Tai are super fast and excellent. They just get on with it. You can either choose or they can choose the fish for you. Very polite and helpful. I’ve never had any issues. It’s very handy to have a Chinese and Asian food, vegetables and other ingredients here instead of going all the way to China Town. I’m very grateful to have this shop around. They even take American Express. 👍

Disappointed by these guys shady business practice! Ordered a kilo of shrimp, trusted the man doing the cleaning and packing so went inside to pay for my order w/o looking at the scale..got my order which was unusually light for a kilo's worth..i used my own weighing scale at home to weigh my purchase and confirmed it was only half a kilo! Cant trust these guys

We go there weekly. Great fresh produce that's hard to find elsewhere. Tofu is always fresh. Their cuts of pork are perfect for cooking Chinese food (western cuts don't have proper layers of fat)

Great place with a surprisingly large range

I depend on this shop for my regular supply of soybean seeds. They are so dependable and have never disappointed me. The other day, I needed pumpkin seeds....guess what? They had them in stock. Best wishes, mates!
