Great food and great service. I love the fact thats a very clean place too. Great place to take your family or watch any sporting events.

We were ignored and never taken care of, never came by the table she refused service we didn't do anything to her, from the start she was avoiding us, and helping every table but ours. First time and probably never again, food was okay, it was the service that was completely horrible. Everyone else that wasn't the lady pictured was helpful and sweet. We just did not feel welcome at all.

Simply not a professional experience...asked for a splash of sprite in my drink, which I consider a common bar term...bartender had no idea. I find it concerning that a bartender would both eat and drink behind the bar. Management is lacking in their training protocol.

Had a very disappointing experience at this wing place. The food was not great, and the service made it even worse. Our waitress was rude and seemed annoyed the whole time. She barely checked on us, and our order was wrong due to miscommunication and didn’t apologize , we nearly waited more than 40 mins to get our wings and had one of them raw but to them it was “normal” When we asked to speak to the manager, it didn’t help. The manager did not seem to care about our concerns and acted like we were bothering them didnt even apologize . There was no effort to fix the problem or make things right.

Great service! My whole family came here after a funeral. We drank and ate a lot. They were amazing! Joss was amazing

I have my wing order as a take out when i get home i start to eat my boneless wings i ate 2 and when i was picking up my third wing there was a dead fly on my food under the 3rd wing i was about to eat it was discussing! Worst of all i called the store and spoke to the women manager there who was not helpful at all. I live around 17 minutes away from the restaurant and she wanted me to drive at 11 at night to exchange my wings because i needed to return the once with the fly on it. I told her “its over half an hour a drive back and forth i can take them tomorrow and can just exchange them tomorrow” she said no that it was either today or nothing. I have a baby and had to find someone to bring my first order and yet after it was the restaurants mistake I couldn't get a refund and i couldn't get wings horrible service and very discussing issue

We had such a great experience at Buffalo Wings & Rings in Rio Grande City! The service was absolutely amazing — our waitress/Manager , Kendra went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. The food was great, but the outstanding service really made the visit special. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Went there for the first time and really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere was great, and the service was good. Takes the service a little longer than expected to follow up, like if you need a refil or the bill, but I think this is because they are always busy. Overall, I recommend a visit.
