Wingstop

I was trying to figure out what to grab for lunch while I was in the Bayonne area and ended up coming across this Wingstop location. It had been a long time since I’d last been to Wingstop, and seeing so many positive reviews for this store which is honestly rare for Wingstop that convinced me to give it a try. I ordered a chicken sandwich mango habanero flavor along with a 10-piece boneless wing half garlic parmesan and half Louisiana rub flavor. To my surprise, the flavor, portion size, and overall quality were outstanding. The food was generously sized, cooked perfectly, and the customer service was polite and welcoming. I’ll definitely be stopping by again whenever I’m in the area.

The food is always great. However, what keeps me coming back is the exceptional customer service. Every time I come Shaheed is always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. He does his job well with a great attitude 💯

Today was first time i ordered take out because my son wants to have their wings. I brought them home and tasted a little. Plain wings are ok….. not salty which is good for me but not for many people though. Korean chicken wing?? I felt like why my son ordered this one….. i mean now i know why his friends wanna have them for their school lunch. It is a little cheaper. But BBQ chicken nearby tastes better. So that’s all i can say

The worst wingstop to order from!!! My mother placed a phone call for delivery. After an hour she still did not receive her delivery. I called them asking why it was taking so long. The cashier stated that the food was delivered by door dash. That can’t be possible if my mother placed the call through the phone. I have pictures of the call logs and the calls made. I have a picture of the bank statement paying nearly $100 for an order that was never received. I drove to the wing stop to speak to someone and when I got there the cashier was being very dismissive to what I was trying to express with the missing order. He said that even through a phone call to the store that it goes to door dash! How is that possible??! I’ve never heard of calling a store and then sending it to door dash. And if that was the case THAT WAS NEVER STATED OVER THE PHONE to my mother that a third party would be delivering her order she placed over the phone. We never received the order, police officers even arrived at the location and when the cashier explained himself to them THEY WERE EVEN CONFUSED!! This location needs to fix the way they handle orders, how they treat customers, and learn phone etiquette!!

i came on here to write a nice review about the cashier and i see he already has multiple!!!! He was so nice and patient 😭 i was fighting for my life to order but he was kind and helped me out keep it up king! I didn't catch his name but from the reviews it seems to be Daniel i hope he has a great day :)

I usually go to the wing stop in jersey city but I figured I’d try Bayonne since I live here. The wings were good but the fries were loaded with so much salt that I couldn’t even eat them. I usually get the Cajun fries but I figured I’d try something else. Thank God I don’t have high blood pressure cause someone who does would’ve been doomed. I may have to stick to jersey city. Also, they do not have any regular napkins. It’s a bathroom roll of brown paper. 🤦‍♂️👎👎
