Food is fine, when they get it right. Idk if morale is low at this location or there's some other factor, but my orders are frequently incorrect or missing items. I think I have only had my order be correct one time.
One time, I placed an order about 30 mins before closing, and items were missing AND my drinks were only filled about halfway with no ice in them. Look, I work in the culinary industry too. It may not always be fun to keep working in that last hour, especially if you have already started closing early. But you signed up for a job, and you have to accept that ppl may keep ordering from u until the official time you actually close.
I have never ordered from a place that has gotten the order so consistently wrong. I messed up an order once at a different food spot i worked at and that customer added "please double check the order" as an edit from then on, and i was grateful for it. I was thinking about adding the same edit for my orders at this wing stop, but after things like them only filling up my drinks partially with no ice (idk how that can be an accident), I'm afraid they'd just mess my order up on purpose or spit in it or something.

I gave them another try an hour after the first review, and they got the order wrong... again... this is crazy.
