I have gotten delivery from here before and it wasn’t the greatest but dine in, I absolutely recommend that. Ronaldo was super sweet, helpful, and definitely has great customer service skills. The cooks were nice too. Kid friendly and they have high chairs. I highly recommend to dine in here. I even had leftovers for the next day and it was perfect.

First of all, it was pouring rain. My order wasn’t even that big and they still messed up the flavor of my tenders. very disappointing. i got garlic parmesan instead of hot honey rub which isnt what i ordered. i am very upset. i expect a response and my correct order tomorrow. on top of that, it’s very unprofessional and unorganized inside this corporation. they are blasting music in the kitchen for the whole restaurant to hear and are hardly paying attention.

In person experience. Wouldn’t allow me to order. Continuously catering to a Hispanic customer who previously placed an order. The cashier kept asking me to give him a minute while already placing my order . I decided to leave, I do not eat where I don’t feel welcomed.

Ordered 20 wings, super overcooked and dry. Are they just sitting under a heat lamp all day? I’m not going to any Wingstoo until the wings are properly cooked.

Every time I order from this location there is always something missing from my order. Last week was an anomaly and they got my order correct for once. Today I just hit reorder on the app and they order is missing items. The Wingstop app is terrible to request a refund or report something missing with your order. The food is not bad this is not a knock on the food. This is a knock on the employees and I will go out on a limb and say it is the night team because I always order after 7pm when I do place an order. The one time my order was correct (last week) was early in the day (1:30pm) so I do believe it could be their night shift. These employees are INCOMPETENT!!! Going forward I’m only doing pickup so I can verify my order is correct.

no bathroom, they say they are open till 2am and we came over at 11:27pm on a Sunday night and they said they were closed. Other than that, the employees tend to be nice during day hours and the food is usually alright quality.

One of the nicest places for Wingstop. The food was fresh (wasn’t a fan of their wings until I came to this specific location) and it changed my expectations! My order arrived on time. The lady in the front who took my order was so sweet and full of vibrant personality. Will definitely be going back!

Half an hour before closing we entered this Wingstop to ask if we were able to order, not only did we the server say yes but she also said we were able to sit in the corner if we wanted to dine in. Our server was very patient with us even though they were close to closing, she helped us figure out how much food we should order for two people and what kinds of sauce we should choose to suit our tastebuds. The food obviously took a little longer due to the timing, however this was no problem as it gave me more time to choose which drink combo I wanted. The food in itself was still amazing, the wings were perfectly sized and coated generously- the only downside were the fries not tasting that great, however, I will give the kitchen the benefit of the doubt that they were probably closing stations off as we ordered. I will definitely visit again during the day to get an even better experience!

I placed my online order and my food was ready as scheduled. My first time actually going here, I was surprised at how big it was on the inside with all the seating space. It was nice and clean. My food was really good, it was one of the specials. Very filling!!

This wing stop is my favorite because their wings always hit the spot every single time. I ordered their garlic Parmesan bone in wings, mild wings, Cajun fries and Cajun corn. Everything was so good. The wings were crunchy on the outside with tender inside. The fries were seasoned so well and cooked perfectly. The corn was super savory with a kick to it. Their ranch dip is extremely salty but I couldn't help but dip my fries and wings in it. The location could be a bit cleaner since there are always a bunch of young kids hanging out there and it could also get a bit loud. The staff is friendly and surprisingly our food came out in 10 minutes. They have a spin the wheel where you can play after you fill out their survey using the code on the receipt. I won Cajun corn to take home which was great.

Everything about the experience feels just right. Staff members show both attention to detail and genuine kindness. They served our meals fast and everything was tasty. Wingstop offers both positional advantage and proper service. Everything here satisfies expectations.

I placed an online order thinking they would have it ready by the specified time. I got there at 7:30 and it wasn't ready. Then I asked how long it would be and they kept saying 5 more minutes. Once it hit 8:30 I figured they either forgot my order or gave it to the wrong person. They accused me of stealing my own order while I was sitting there for an hour waiting for the incompetent employees to finish a simple order. If you place an online order thinking it will be ready for you at the time they say it will be, you'll find yourself waiting for over an hour.

Will not honor the code in store even though you can't order online. National wing day! the app keeps crashing and the promo code is not valid.

The food looked appetizing and I ordered a 6 piece and fries and they asked me the fountain drinks weren't working wich I didn't mind and took it off my order. The wait was okay it was 20 min and it was an hour before closing time which was understandable. When i received the food it was promising but then I noticed I only got 2 pieces of the original hot and the rest atomic which seemed weird to me but didn't mind when I took the first bite it was frozen cold and I only just got it 3 minutes prior and I was already in my car this was the worst experience!!!!

I saw my friends had liked Wing Stop, and thought to try it myself given it (and everything else for that matter) is in Astoria. Was not disappointed! Fries are really good - almost Ore-ida quality with a slight spice in the seasoning. The Wings -- while I still think a few pizza place wings' are better, given the quickness of the order AND that you get two levels of hot sauce (go above mild, worth it), I was pleasantly surprised and had quite a lot of leftovers. The Dips are VERY worth it too.

Ordered: Chicken Sandwich Combo (~$8): Chicken Sandwich (I chose Hot Honey Rub flavor, Seasoned Fries, Ranch/Honey Mustard, and 20oz Soft Fountain Drink Aya's take: Wingstop needs to release me from this obsession, but what do they do instead? Drop a new item aka the infamous Chicken Sandwich! The sandwich was unbelievably good - from the soft yet toasted bun to the full piece of chicken to the delicious hot honey rub (which should honestly be a regular flavor). For $8, the Combo is well-worth it. It hit the spot and I can't wait to have it again!

This place needs to be shut down. Terrible customer service and wait times up to an hour. Don't waste your time ordering online or in store. Save your money and time.

I recently tried Wingstop's 8pc Boneless Spicy Korean Q combo, and it was a great experience. The boneless wings were cooked just right--crispy on the outside and tender inside. The Spicy Korean Q sauce had a nice balance of heat and sweetness, with a hint of ginger and soy that added depth to the flavor. It was spicy but not that spicy! The combo came with a side of fries that were well seasoned & a 20 oz beverage. I will definitely be back for more!!

New restaurant, we finally got a Wingstop in the valley. I thought there would be a huge line but when we got there, it was not too bad. The service was quixk, the staff friendly and the wings were great. We will be back!

***UPDATE*** This place has gone downhill fast. I picked up an order last week and the fries were soggy and they forgot to put the celery sticks in the bag. But that wasn't the worst part. I got the WORST food poisoning of my life from the chicken wings. They were either undercooked or contaminated somehow, but by the next morning I was violently ill. It got so bad that on the second day I had to go to the ER for IV fluids. I was flat on my back for an entire week. I will NEVER eat anything prepared at this restaurant again. I'm disappointed because I really did love their food, but I can never trust it again. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! ORIGINAL REVIEW The wings are absolutely delicious and the seasoned fries are great when they're fresh & crispy. The ranch dressing is the best I've ever had. Period. However the staff at this place tends to be rude, so I've just started placing my order online for pickup. That way I have to deal with them the least amount possible. Also, I've never sat in the restaurant to eat, but have noticed they don't have a trash receptacle available for guests to use so it piles up on tables and at the drink station. Not very sanitary, especially on the heels on a pandemic. Get your wings for takeout or delivery and avoid the dining room altogether.

Came into this location to order some wings to go. The two kids sitting at the bar were on their phones and one looked up and asked me if I was picking up or ordering. When I said I wanted to order, he rolled his eyes and sighed loudly. I said "well I'm sorry to bother you". I asked a couple of questions about the menu and he ignored them. I sat for 30 mins waiting for my order. Meanwhile the entire time these boys were on their phones sitting at the bar. My order finally comes and no one says a name or a number and eventually the boy gets up after 5 mins of my food sitting on the counter and says "o this is yours". I told him their service was unacceptable and then he called me a dick. The wings were rubbery and the fries were soggy. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received I was astonished at how lazy these workers were and extremely rude. Will not return ever.

This location is okay. They always take forever to prepare the food but it still doesn't taste fresh. The fries always taste stale and dry. The wing flavors are great but the wings themselves are very small. Non-chain wing spots definitely do a better job.

I was visiting New Jersey and went to Wingstop. I ordered wings and corn, my flavors for the wings were supposed to be lemon pepper and honey hot. Well when I got back to the hotel I noticed I got the lemon but no honey hot. I tried calling them but was unable to get in touch with them. I was leaving the next morning to head back home and I wasn't driving back across town to the store. I tried calling as I was riding to the airport, I tried calling even when I got back home several times for a week and was still unable to get someone to talk to about my experience.

I cannot believe how bad the wings were from here. The food was served only warm to start. the wings themselves were very tough and rather boney with not much meat on them. flavors were ok but that's where it stops. I will NEVER go back and buy wings from them again.

I'm keeping it simple. They are brain dead here. Forgot more then 50% of my order. How do you manage to forget to pack most of my order? Sandwich? Nope. Corn? Nope. Fries?! Nope. Brain dead folks here. Too high to realize they are even working it seems. Don't order from here. Don't eat here. Go anywhere else but here.

When the craving for a greasy heavy meal hits this is the place to hit. It is the perfect munchies food. The Korea bbq was sweet and spicy. The stickiness of the sauce on my fingers made this experience even more enjoyable. The parm was good too but I did end up adding the Korean bbq sauce to them. The fries were good, a mix of skinny and thick fries with ketchup on the side. YUM! Definitely needed a smoke afterwards but settled for a walk. The soda was kind of flat. Ordered from here tonight . Never again . I ordered a 10piece combo meal and received a 8 piece . Not even in the flavor that I ordered . Don't order from here unless you're willing to deal with bull shit .

Honestly horrible location. Fast food ? No slow food. Be prepared to at the bare minimum wait 30 minutes for your food despite how long they say. The fries are always stale and very cold even when you eat at the location. And the wings are a hit or miss but lately more of a miss. Usually old dry and rubbery. I rarely critique employees but idk most of the people working there are really incompetent because the service is horrible and I mean it's fast food it isn't that difficult to take some frozen wings and throw them in a fryer... I used to love this location in its early years... but it's been this bad for for so long now that I felt the need to leave this review after going there today. And I constantly go back give them another chance and regret it each time. Don't bother it's a shitty location.

Food is fine, when they get it right. Idk if morale is low at this location or there's some other factor, but my orders are frequently incorrect or missing items. I think I have only had my order be correct one time. One time, I placed an order about 30 mins before closing, and items were missing AND my drinks were only filled about halfway with no ice in them. Look, I work in the culinary industry too. It may not always be fun to keep working in that last hour, especially if you have already started closing early. But you signed up for a job, and you have to accept that ppl may keep ordering from u until the official time you actually close. I have never ordered from a place that has gotten the order so consistently wrong. I messed up an order once at a different food spot i worked at and that customer added "please double check the order" as an edit from then on, and i was grateful for it. I was thinking about adding the same edit for my orders at this wing stop, but after things like them only filling up my drinks partially with no ice (idk how that can be an accident), I'm afraid they'd just mess my order up on purpose or spit in it or something. ___________ I gave them another try an hour after the first review, and they got the order wrong... again... this is crazy.

Terrible store. Terrible employees. I placed a order via doordash with an estimated time of 15 min. Not delivery... pickup!! Well after waiting over a hour, I walked into the store. The lady at the registered proceeded to check on my order. She came back and said it'll be ready in 5 min. 5 min turned into 20. The food was pretty cold and it looks like a order someone returned.

Fast service really good wings. Huge portions. Highly recommend. I had boneless original. For a chain I recommend.

You would expect them to do one thing right. Nope, the wings taste horrible. And they don't have a single garbage bin in the store. Their typical customers who eat on the bench in front of the store are too lazy to bring their trash to the corner city garbage bin. Trash food, trash customers, trash on the street.

Way to long to get my food, i ordered a 8 piece lemon pepper wings and it took them almost an hour, only for some dipshit long haired dude who had so many people waiting and keep saying "5 more mins", next thing you know I ask about my food, the dude found my order on the counter just sitting there. Also there was some lady who was in the back doing her nails!!! WHEN THERE IS PEOPLE UP FRONT WAITING ON FOOD. Believe me, if you think you'll get your food before DoorDashers come to grab their food. you are mistaken. They make sure that DoorDash is taken care of before they even think of the people in the restaurant. This place needs new workers, you guys were pathetic

I wish I could give zero star review. I truly hate being one of ~those~ people to give bad reviews but this place is probably the worst. The past three times I've order from this place they have forgotten my items. This fourth I've ordered (which is my mistake for even trying again) and they sent me the COMPLETELY wrong order?????? I tried calling and the phone does not even work it goes straight to voice mail. Mind you this was ordered at 5:45 and I ended up receiving the correct order at almost 9 pm. Really horrific.

This was my first time trying Wingstop, I've seen so many ads for it lately. It's Monday night so why not! Decided to place an online order to pick up. Ashley was very friendly and reminded me due to online orders to prevent fraud (which happens a lot more during covid times) I had to show my ID. *Makes sense* Thanks for working during these covid times and thanks Wingstop for my amazing meal. Refused to serve tap water even to a paying customer. Absolutely terrible attitude. I ordered wings and asked for a small cup of tap water, something I have never seen a restaurant refuse before.

Thank god I know the boss and I know the store owner of this particular location who has connections to the owner of wing stop. To the guy who works at the front at the register, Hispanic. You will be terminated once I report you back. Horrible service and attitude. Unbelievable got closing 34 mins before actual closing time. To the whole staff, flirting with costumers and cursing with costumers is unbelievable. This stores location will be receiving a whole new staff soon. Unprofessional and unbelievable. My sister really wanted these wings so I decided to give it a try. We order a family pack that comes with three different flavors (Spicy Korean Q, Hickory smoked BBQ and Lemon Pepper). It also comes with three sauces, fries and veggies sticks. My reason to this review is because there were no water cups available to their customers. I found this quite ridiculous because water should be free and whether there are no more cups, they should accommodate their customers. After explaining my reasoning, I was offered a cup from the manager which was charged originally $4. Aside from that.. the wings were AMAZING! Highly recommend. Just make sure to bring your water bottle or a cup.

This Wing Stop location is very clean with plenty of seating. The staff is friendly and the location is great. I just wish the food was better. I've gone three or four times and have tried various options from the menu. And they've all been just okay. Not the best wings I've ever had but certainly not the worst. The wings come in various sauce and dips. I think I like the parmesan garlic the best. Be prepared to wait a bit for your order. Each time I've come it took close to fifteen minutes for my food to come out. Also, I wish they would stop using styrofoam for their containers and cups. Don't they know how bag it is for the environment?

I stopped here at the Astoria local while waiting for a nail appointment. I've heard good things about the wings so why not try. I'd say the place was clean, not too crowded. The staff at this location were super nice, super patient and just helpful when deciding what type of wings I wanted. I ended up getting boneless and mixed lemon pepper and teriyaki. The lemon pepper were delicious and was a dry rub while the teriyaki was very saucy. I did not care for teriyaki flavor. It was very salty and turned me off a bit. But I really did enjoy the lemon pepper and recommend them. The soda machine has LOTS of options. As I've been staying away from soda, this is the only place I know that sells Cherry Vanilla Dr Pepper. Price wise, getting a meal is reasonable. I paid about $10-11 for a medium fountain drink, 6 wings, and fries. Not bad at all. Next time I stop here I'll try the bone-in wings and update my review.

Honestly, I love coming to wing stop but today was probably my last time coming. The cashier was quite rude to me while she was taking my order. But she was also being rude to other customers that were ordering which threw me off. She must be re-trained !!

I picked up some wings for my boys at wingsstop in astoria on Steinway and being not a big wings guy i still munched up a bunch with 7 different drippings sauces with fries ,celery and carrot sticks which is just as tasty when dipped in ranch sauce. The traditional wings and boneless wings are a good mix when eaten while still hot and the spicy wings are good as long as a cool beverage is on hand. Love the self service soda machine that has so many drink choices you might do some mixing as I did . The place has plenty of space to order at the front counter as the tables have been removed as its order and go until whenever. Overall the wings are good and good amount of chicken and less bones is always a plus . For someone who loves , likes and tolerates wings , this place gets my approval.

Wow you don't appreciate Wingstop until I have mediocre wings from somewhere like o Charleys. Wingstop wings are like no other. They have somehow figured out how to perfect them consistently. My son and I are addicted to this place. The flavor is on point. Our favorite is the spicy Korean dipped in ranch!

I usually come here whenever I am craving for some real kick-ass hot and spicy chicken wings. The wings are always crispy and freshly cooked. Cold bottles of beer are available to wash it down. If you are within the vicinity, call and order first since making wings takes about 15 minutes. The restaurant is clean and spacious and is good for some lunch out with colleagues or friends. It's a self service joint so there's very little interaction with staff.

Their wings are so crispy and I liked them a lot. I ordered lemon pepper wings and Louisiana dry rub wings. Both were great, but I like lemon pepper more. Wait was a bit long, but overall great. I would def go back!

The food is excellent, but the service here sucks. The staff moves so slow. Literally in slow motion. The place has potential to be a great fast food chain. The service needs to move faster though.

Great staff and very friendly. Food was amazing, great place if you want to come for wings. We got the smoked bbq, lemon pepper, Korean bbq and mango habanero wings. All were tasting great. The service was fast and friendly. Definitely coming back

This is the most negligent team I have ever order food from. In 2 occasions, I have my food delivered missing items. Once I called all they says it " call the delivery company ans request a refund" I would not wish my worst enemy to order for this restaurant ran by a bunch of kids

Went to get some food a couple days ago to give it a try...and all i can say this is the worst customer service ever I ever had in my life!. Team members won't look at you in the eyes when you talk to them. They don't care about customer orders. I was very shocked with the indifference they treat you. This store must do a customer service refresher!!!!!! Never coming back!!!!!!

Fist time here, and I really enjoyed my self, you'll love it if you're a wing lover of course cause other than wings, & tenders there's not much of anything else. They have a pretty nice selection of sides & different sauces for the wings. I had the mild buffalo & the parmesan & garlic. Both very tasty but I felt like they could both use some more sauces. They are very generous with their fries and the vegetable sticks ( carrots & celery ) which are very fresh by the way. They serve pretty cold beers & have a large selection of fountain drinks. Nice location as well with plenty of tables and seating, just good luck finding parking!

This place is excellent! We order carry out almost once a week for work and we always get exactly what we order without failure! Staff is courteous and fast. Ive been coming here since it opened and ive dined in and carried out. Combos are a go to. Im on a keto diet so I always get lemon pepper and garlic parmesan classic wings and i sub the fries for carrot sticks :) only concern is the soda fountain, it "spits" sometimes if you arent careful but other than that i 100% recommend!

This spot is not Wingin' it! They have got wings down to a science. As my partner and I were trying to combat the Sunday Scaries we, in unison, shouted "wings are a must today." So, wings it was. Only problem was that all of our favorite wing places were closed or didn't have the boneless option we were looking for. Wing stop was the last resort and it will never be again. We ordered the $21 wing special. This came with: -4 orders of boneless (4 different sauces) +Recommend: honey BBQ, mild, Cajun rub, and lemon pepper. -2 side dishes (we ordered fries and veggie sticks) -2 sauces (honey mustard and ranch for us) -2 drinks. All for sub $25?! That's wing-tastic! From phone order to pick up, no more than 20 minutes transpired. The counter guy was very helpful and gave me an bigger bag to hold the goods without asking. Upon opening the bag of heaven, we were very surprised to see that each box of wings had WAY more than the 5 boneless wings/order. It was more like 8-10. No complaints here. Snacks for days. Looking for a quick helper for the next game or craving great boneless to combat the Scaries? Wingstop is your one stop shop!

It is very dirty, floors are very dirty and sticky. There's loud music playing in the back through a small speaker and is very disturbing, no one wears gloves, and is in need of new and stricter management and better employees as many of them are unprofessional. Also the wings are extremely small and for an expensive price - look at the picture it's just skin, and this happens every time.
