I got the 10 piece wings lemon pepper & bbq. Wings were honestly not that bad. The fries were great. Price was a bit high but I guess that's the new norm now. The service was quick & there was no waiting. Walked in and there was no line.

Terrible experience. The place didn’t look clean at all sticky tables, dirty floors, and a strange smell as soon as you walk in. The chicken was lukewarm, dry outside but oddly soggy inside, and the seasoning tasted artificial, almost chemical. Even the packaging felt greasy. The staff seemed uninterested and moved incredibly slow. For the price they charge, the overall quality and hygiene are unacceptable. I definitely won’t be coming back.

The attention was very friendly from the beginning. The place was clean and well organized. I really liked the speed with which I was attended to. The staff was always willing to help. The experience was very pleasant and comfortable. The quality of service exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere felt cozy and calm. Everything worked efficiently and without delays. As soon as we walked in the door we were “greeted” by a middle aged woman who immediately started shouting & yelling before fully stepping our feet in through the door. She continued on with the fact that they would not be accepting any in store orders, all orders would need to be placed through the app because they did not have enough employees to work the register & cook the food at the same time. Wait time after placing the “in person online order” was 30 minutes plus for the three orders placed by those of us who actually stayed. The two female employees working on July 6th were beyond rude. One who yelled & one who mumbled out the name on the order she tossed while rolling her eyes & walking away. The self serve soda area was disgustingly sticky & dirty. Soda spilled & left to sit on the counter along with an empty roll of paper towel. All it took was for me to open the bottom cabinet to find rolls of paper towel stacked in there ready to be used. I don’t expect much from most in this world & try my best to stay unbothered but this was already past the point of ridiculous & I honestly just wanted to wash my hands and leave but my son was “so excited to finally have a wingstop again” So we stayed. The wings were okay, fries were soggy & cold especially considering the fact that the food had been made to order, Overall this was very disappointing. We have been to many locations all over & in different states. Sadly, this North MB one was by far the worst for me.

We visited a Wingstop in Tennessee last year. We were excited to try this one in our area. It was well worth the drive. About 35 mins. We tried a meal for two with two different flavors.

walk in to any empty store with light barely on. we thought it was closed. guy comes running from the kitchen. guy taking order seemed high couldn’t spell or count money correctly. he then never gave me or my friends a cup for our drinks. then my friend went to go to the bathroom and it was locked. we get our food, chicken tenders, and they seem like they came out the fridge and onto our trays. chicken was colder than my ranch dip. this was my first time here and i will never come back. and now i feel sick please don’t come here.

Don't go here unless you are visibly of African descent. It's the only way you will receive service. Most racist things I have ever seen from a kitchen staff and I have seen it on multiple occasions at this location. People of any race other than black being completely ignored by the staff while the black people are being constantly served and checked in on. I am not the only person who has noticed this because it's so blatant. There are so many wonderful restaurants in NMB, this is the worst restaurant in all of the state. Go literally anywhere else. Edit: they fired the entire crew but decided to replace them with essentially the same kind of people. Just constant attitudes and rudeness. They are already scowling at you before you can even say hello. Business just needs to shutter or sell to an owner who knows how to hire. Better fire the blonde lady manager. she is going to get you sued if she keeps being rude. Got plenty of video evidence.

I’ve got to say that I’ve been to other Wingstop and have had zero issues. This one is always super, super slow and my food is always lukewarm at best when I get it. I don’t know if they just get confused and don’t really put orders out in order, but I waited almost 25 minutes beyond the time it was supposed to be ready. There are way too many bars and restaurants around here where you can get good chicken wings. I was coming here out of convenience and it just wasn’t convenient.

Lethargic service, unmotivated employees, and very dirty. Trash is overflowing, the drink station is all over the ground and not in the container, the waiting area has more people in it than the dine in section. Not coming back to this location.

Well we arrived at 720pm and placed our order. We didn't order anything crazy, just 4 combo meals with a fry and a drink. We paid and got our cups, and that was the highlight of the visit. We walked over to the drink machine, that was a complete and utter disgusting mess. Half of the sodas were out and the machine had no ice. There was trash strewn everywhere. Half the tables were just loaded down with trash. Looks like a car ran through the front windows near the door and it was boarded up with plywood - but there was still a 2 inch gap at the bottom. Any bugs would or small rodents could just hop on into the restaurant. For 4 combo meals, we waited 55 minutes... standing there. It got so bad other people that were waiting started cheering every time the staff successfully completed an order! The nice lady running the register would take an order and then go back to the kitchen and start handling food, without washing her hands or putting on gloves. Avoid this location at all costs - plenty of other options locally for wings.

I don't usually leave reviews but I went out of my way to do this because it was so bad. This has turned me off from all wingstops. You would be better off getting McDonald's or maybe eating roadkill. Poor customer service, forgot items in the order and got the order incorrect . Had to wait after the promised time for my pickup order to be ready and it was cold when I got it somehow. Employees not wearing proper personal protective equipment (hairnets) in the kitchen. Ambiance is someone drove into the place and there's plywood on the front of the store. The chicken that had dry rub tasted like old disgusting grease. The fries were old and terrible and not seasoned as they were supposed to be. I know I sound like a Karen but I'm just being honest. Save your money.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this Wing Stop or any Wing Stop. The company is not reputable! I was visiting Myrtle Beach for my birthday back in January and stopped in Publix for supplies for the rental property we were staying in. Saw Wing Stop from the parking lot and decided it would be a good and quick dinner idea! BIG MISTAKE! I placed an order online totaling roughly $55, finished shopping at Publix- about 20-25 minutes, and headed over to Wing Stop where I was told by employee, NOAH that they were short staffed and it would be AT LEAST ANOTHER HOUR before they were able to complete my order! I told him I wasn't waiting that long and that I would just take a refund. He explained to me that he was unable to provide a refund as I placed an online order but told me that he would pass my information along to the GM who would process my refund for me. It should go without saying that no one ever reached out to me and instead I began the grueling task of tracking down a number that actually allowed me to speak with a person. The representative took down my name and contact information and assured me that someone from the Myrtle Beach location would call me back within 24-48 hours. The GM, DAVINA (980-234-9301) did call back and requested the total amount of my purchase, the time and date that I placed the order and told me that she would pass this information along to another manager who handles refunds. Long story short, I never received my refund! I called the customer service number and called the number DAVINA called me from leaving my contact information and voicemails on multiple occasions to no avail. I even tried to dispute the charge with my bank but was unable to obtain documentation from Wing Stop proving that I never received my order. Sadly, I, like so many other reviews that I've read am out of money so it goes without saying that I will NEVER patron another Wing Stop again! SLOW SERVICE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNRESPONSIVE. ZERO STARS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
