I ordered food online and chose the wrong location. After realizing it, I immediately called the store to cancel the order and was told they couldn't cancel the order, I would have to do it online. The receipt clearly says that to change or cancel your order, you have to call the store. I spoke to an employee twice who couldn't help and a "manager" twice who also said she couldn't cancel my order. She then told me a district manager had to cancel my order, and they were busy eating dinner with their family, but after they were done, they would cancel my order and call me back with an update. I never received a call or update, and I was charged for wings I never received. The employees here aren't trained well, and management didn't care to refund an order that was never made. Don't waste your time here.
