We visited a Wingstop in Tennessee last year. We were excited to try this one in our area. It was well worth the drive. About 35 mins. We tried a meal for two with two different flavors.

The attention was very friendly from the beginning. The place was clean and well organized. I really liked the speed with which I was attended to. The staff was always willing to help. The experience was very pleasant and comfortable. The quality of service exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere felt cozy and calm. Everything worked efficiently and without delays. They made me feel welcome at all times. I definitely plan to return more often highly satisfied with my accurate order thanks for your assistance and the great job

I’ve always heard Rick Ross rapping about Wing Stop but have never tried it, so today was the day. Two strips for 2 dollar Tuesdays, that’s a decent deal for a first time sample. The honey that took my order was nice patient and complemented me. I ordered two Mango Habanero and two Louisiana Rub tenders with blue cheese. For fast food I was throughly pleased. It’s a little place but very clean and welcoming. And they had some good music playing. Was a great first time experience. Wingstop ownna lemon peppa aroma

I honestly don't have the time to say everything that was wrong on our last order and I DO mean LAST ORDER. We are local, love wings and have ordered here more than a dozen times. It has consistently gotten worse. This last order prompted me to send a message to corporate. Sad to say, I filled out their form almost 2 weeks now and no response. My advice... close this place down until proper franchisee management training has been done or pull it from whomever owns this place altogether. I mean the ratings are horrible here and on Door Dash.

Worst experience ever, been to multiple Wings Stops and loved it so much but this store isn’t cutting it. We waited an hour and twenty minutes for 6 boneless wings, fries, corn, and 10 traditional wings. Food was warm at best and when approached about the name on the order after an hour of waiting, they scrambled for the ticket because it had been so long. Need less to say never coming back.

I ordered food online and chose the wrong location. After realizing it, I immediately called the store to cancel the order and was told they couldn't cancel the order, I would have to do it online. The receipt clearly says that to change or cancel your order, you have to call the store. I spoke to an employee twice who couldn't help and a "manager" twice who also said she couldn't cancel my order. She then told me a district manager had to cancel my order, and they were busy eating dinner with their family, but after they were done, they would cancel my order and call me back with an update. I never received a call or update, and I was charged for wings I never received. The employees here aren't trained well, and management didn't care to refund an order that was never made. Don't waste your time here.

The reviews that I have read are consistent with my experience. The customer service needs to improve significantly, the staff should look presentable, have a sense of urgency to prepare and complete orders in a decent amount of time. Management should be better examples to the staff and show better attitudes and how customers are to be treated. I have been to this location multiple times and they have a high turnover. I hope the GM is reading these reviews and make some changes.

SO MANY PROBLEMS. First off, the employees don’t care about anything and are very rude. Secondly, the restaurant itself is very underwhelming and lacking in essentials. Drink machines are always messed up, there are no trash cans, no paper towels or toilet paper in bathrooms. We asked an employee if they could replace the tea to be told “it makes itself,” LIKE WHAT?? And then the food… the food is sub-par at best. That’s IF they get your order right. Definitely would not recommend, STAY AWAY.

Lethargic service, unmotivated employees, and very dirty. Trash is overflowing, the drink station is all over the ground and not in the container, the waiting area has more people in it than the dine in section. Not coming back to this location.

Well we arrived at 720pm and placed our order. We didn't order anything crazy, just 4 combo meals with a fry and a drink. We paid and got our cups, and that was the highlight of the visit. We walked over to the drink machine, that was a complete and utter disgusting mess. Half of the sodas were out and the machine had no ice. There was trash strewn everywhere. Half the tables were just loaded down with trash. Looks like a car ran through the front windows near the door and it was boarded up with plywood - but there was still a 2 inch gap at the bottom. Any bugs would or small rodents could just hop on into the restaurant. For 4 combo meals, we waited 55 minutes... standing there. It got so bad other people that were waiting started cheering every time the staff successfully completed an order! The nice lady running the register would take an order and then go back to the kitchen and start handling food, without washing her hands or putting on gloves. Avoid this location at all costs - plenty of other options locally for wings.

I don't usually leave reviews but I went out of my way to do this because it was so bad. This has turned me off from all wingstops. You would be better off getting McDonald's or maybe eating roadkill. Poor customer service, forgot items in the order and got the order incorrect . Had to wait after the promised time for my pickup order to be ready and it was cold when I got it somehow. Employees not wearing proper personal protective equipment (hairnets) in the kitchen. Ambiance is someone drove into the place and there's plywood on the front of the store. The chicken that had dry rub tasted like old disgusting grease. The fries were old and terrible and not seasoned as they were supposed to be. I know I sound like a Karen but I'm just being honest. Save your money.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this Wing Stop or any Wing Stop. The company is not reputable! I was visiting Myrtle Beach for my birthday back in January and stopped in Publix for supplies for the rental property we were staying in. Saw Wing Stop from the parking lot and decided it would be a good and quick dinner idea! BIG MISTAKE! I placed an order online totaling roughly $55, finished shopping at Publix- about 20-25 minutes, and headed over to Wing Stop where I was told by employee, NOAH that they were short staffed and it would be AT LEAST ANOTHER HOUR before they were able to complete my order! I told him I wasn't waiting that long and that I would just take a refund. He explained to me that he was unable to provide a refund as I placed an online order but told me that he would pass my information along to the GM who would process my refund for me. It should go without saying that no one ever reached out to me and instead I began the grueling task of tracking down a number that actually allowed me to speak with a person. The representative took down my name and contact information and assured me that someone from the Myrtle Beach location would call me back within 24-48 hours. The GM, DAVINA (980-234-9301) did call back and requested the total amount of my purchase, the time and date that I placed the order and told me that she would pass this information along to another manager who handles refunds. Long story short, I never received my refund! I called the customer service number and called the number DAVINA called me from leaving my contact information and voicemails on multiple occasions to no avail. I even tried to dispute the charge with my bank but was unable to obtain documentation from Wing Stop proving that I never received my order. Sadly, I, like so many other reviews that I've read am out of money so it goes without saying that I will NEVER patron another Wing Stop again! SLOW SERVICE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNRESPONSIVE. ZERO STARS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
