Nice Hotel mid of Yangon city , My stay was comfortable especially the Bed and housekeeping services . Rooms are neat and clean . I escape one day breakfast due to early morning flight . I return mandalay and stay back in same hotel . Staff English level and breakfast could be better but still value for money .

After staying in a number of mid to upper range hotels in Yangon over the last 15 years, often for extended stays, Winner Inn is now my home away from home. What you get is excelkent value for money with :||Spotlessly clean good sized and comfortable rooms in a very well maintained boutique hotel.||Location is in a quiet area but with good access to all the city.||Gym is adequate albeit the cardio machines are a little old now and approaching retirement age!||Staff are abaolutly outstanding. Very friendly, courteous and super helpful. ||There is a great resturant onsite and breakfast is delicious with a nice local tilt .... the mohinga is excellent!||The only thing really missing is rooms with views albeit the 7th floor terrace area has delightful views in the evening.

Loved their rooms, cleanness, services. I've recommended for this hotel who wants to rest for their quality time or for their vacation or for their business trip. This hotel will be my first option every time when I arrive Yangon. Fair Price, clean room, good breakfast, quiet space.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very proactive in keeping it clean throughout my stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come here again! There is a lovely rooftop area. And the restaurant connected has delicious food! Overall a very nice stay.

Winner inn is the home away from home hotel. Whenever I went there , the room ambience , smiles and warm services with good foods always make me go back to this little hide out place. Their staffs are so warm and kind on every each of one plus good breakfast.

Back services. The receptionist forgot that they kept my ID card and forgot to give me my ID card while checking out. I realize when I reach the airport and had to hire a car to get it back. Reception never ask for refund. First and last time for this hotel. Never again.
