Winnie's

This is a great spot to stop by for food and drinks before seeing a show at Second City. My friends and I happened to sit at the bar and the bartenders were friendly and catered to our every need. The owner even came over to ask us how our experience was and let us know they have their own comedy night upstairs the bar. I’d recommend Winnie’s!

This place is awesome! The ultimate place to watch any sporting event. Food was amazing, staff is super friendly, owner is a local guy who genuinely cares about his customers, and there’s TVs everywhere. If you’re an IU alum the chefs take on the Kilroys breadsticks might be better than the original! 10/10 would recommend. This is my go to bar for the next 40 years.

Winnie’s is the best!! so happy they opened up in old town everything we’ve had has been a smash hit and surprisingly healthy for bar food their fries are perfect for scooping and the sauces are fantastic servers couldn’t be nicer and i am always happy to come in

Our visit to Winnie’s began with a greeting from the attentive staff, we were seated, drinks ordered and menus presented very quickly. Staff were helpful and enjoyable to talk with. I had the Club sandwich the a first for me (cranberry sauce) and it was excellent, my side was seasoned cauliflower and was equally as good. Very comfortable decor. We will be back!!!

Winnie’s is hands down my new favorite/GoTo bar in Chicago. The service is fantastic - the bartenders and managers treat everyone like family. It was packed and I still got a drink in less than 2 minutes. The atmosphere is fantastic - they play great music and the place was filled with good looking people. I don’t see a reason for me to try another bar anytime soon. 10/10.

Decided to get lunch here and is now our fav sports bar in old town! The burger and the grilled chicken sandwich were to die for. Super sweet servers and great vibes! Wish they had drafts but cocktails were strong.

Vibes are immaculate here! A ton of TVs to watch any event (watched NBA Cup and NFL here was sweet). Service is stellar. Food is phenomenal. Drinks are tasty and strong. Safe to say I’ll be coming back

Stopped in on Saturday afternoon to watch some football with friends and grab food and drinks. Talked with the owner and staff and the food was amazing! Great addition to Old Town. I think it will be our new spot for drinks and sports. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and it was fantastic.
