Wise Owl Hostels Tokyo

Ordered this at last minute when me and my friends got stuck in Tokyo. Got a 4 bed room for the 3 of us for a very decent price considering we ordered it on the day. All the facilities were shared (shower, toilets, etc) but were in very good condition and very clean. The room itself had the bunk beds and a sink with a mirror (perfect for if you don't want to brush your teeth with strangers). The staff were very welcoming and the atmosphere was nice. Would actually consider staying in this hostel for longer in the future.

This place is great! The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious, staff is super nice and friendly! The top bunk beds feel airy and open but also secure enough that you won’t fall out, and they have really convenient outlets. The bottom floor also is a small cafe. Honestly I liked staying here more than in nearby hotels! And it cost a quarter of the price!

Really nice and affordable hostel! Easy to get to the city centre, specially to Tokyo Station. You can use JR Pass to get to this hostel 😊👌 the bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean and comfortable. Each shower has a private changing room and there is a space with a table to arrange your backpack/suitcase without disturbing your roommates. There is q kitchen and a living room to share with all the guests and a events space in the basement. The staff is super friendly and helpful :)

Nice hostel. We had a private room with bunk bed, was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms and showers were also very clean and comfortable to use. Kitchen on the top floor was good to use for breakfast. Very close to train station which was great. Recommended!

Great location in the middle of Tokyo. Clean, affordable and comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our stay including comfortable bunk beds and a sink in our two person room for washing up. The restaurant/bar is great too! You might want to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper because the sound of people walking through the hallways is audible through the doors at night. Would happily stay again!

Needed a quick stay because we lost our passport, this place was perfect. Shower and bathrooms are really nice, staff was very friendly, has free WiFi, coin washer and dryer and computers upstairs. The sleeping wooden capsules were big and the beds were very comfortable. Also if that was a real owl at the reception, than that's even better.

Great hostel experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating for my busy travel schedule. I needed a late check in and for somewhere to stash my bag after I checked out and they were happy to help out. The location is within about a 15 minute walk of Tokyo station so travel around the rest of Tokyo is very easy.

Great location. The hostel is standing right above metro station, and just one metro stop from Tokyo station to catch the bus to/from the airport. Walking distance to Tsukiji market and Ginza area. Staff is very friendly, super attentive and kind. Facility is neat, clean and well taken care of. The shower room could use better ventilation. People were leaving the entrance door open while using the sinks because of the steam from shower rooms stayed in the area even after a while someone took shower. The female dormitory room is quite small (although the bed space is space). I was assigned to the bed literally right next to the entrance door and had constant noise from traffic of people coming in and out, and also I could hear every noise from the hallway outside. I’m a deep sleeper and had a little problem sleeping but it’d be hard for light sleepers.
