Excellent hotel, 3 mins walk from the main square. Staff were lovely. We stayed in the top floor room (42) that faced inside. Lovely and quiet which is what i requested. Breakfast was good, although one day they didn't seem to restock. They will happily make eggs and toast at request. Would definitely return and recommend.

This hotel is perfectly located in walking distance from the train station but also close to the main square, and yet its very quiet. The decor is really nice. The breakfast is amazing so beautifully laid out like a high class restaurant. |My only minor negative comment is that although the bathroom was nice they didn't provide enough shower gel for 2 nights, and its one of those showers where the floor isnt separate to the rest of the bathroom so the floor next to the sink and toilet can get a bit wet. Not a big issue though and I loved my stay here.

Wonderful breakfast, with hot foods, cold breads/danish/perogies, cold cuts & cheeses, all in a beautiful 11th century basement. Rooms were huge, beautiful, great for families. Service wonderful, they arranged an auschwitz trip and taxi to airport.

Brilliant hotel in an excellent location. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Bedroom was clean & quiet. |We walked everywhere as the hotel was centrally located. |Breakfast was included & plenty to choose from. Even got offered a take away bag for our early morning trip. |Would definitely go back.

Odd moldy smell in the room entrance. Drunk people yelling under your window at 3-4 am loud enough that earplugs did not help. Curtains couldnt be set to block light well. Quite basic room. The rest was fine

Lovely hotel, extremely well placed near the Old Town. Very friendly people, very clean and very quiet. We had a room at the last floor, basically in the attic, but it was warm, cozy and we had everything we needed. The breakfast is served in the basement of the hotel. The place is actually like some sort of time travel, I found it fascinating. The breakfast itself was very good, enough dishes and things to choose from. As the Kraków airport had some issues due to fog and we were not sure we will be able to take off, we called back to the hotel and asked if they can help us in case we need to stay an extra evening, and the lady from the reception was very kind and told us that if needed they will find a way to help us. Very nice place, I would definitely get back here next time when i will be in Kraków. My only curiosity about the building is if the owner has some info about it's history, especially about the basement...

Excellent location in the old town and also close to the tram and train station just outside of old town. My room was clean and comfortable. I stayed in the single room, which was quite spacious. I upgraded from the “small single room” but read the description wrong and thought it had a window I could look out, but it only had a window in the roof. I could hear music from the bar next door, but I ran the fan and it drowned it out. Breakfast was excellent, and they provided gluten free breads when I asked. I always ate between 7:30-8, and had plenty to pick from. As a solo female, I get very safe and liked that the front desk was staffed 24/7.

Great location, close to the main square with lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. |Can be quite noisy at night especially during the weekends but that is to be expected given its close proximity to the nightlife.|Breakfast was excellent however we went at 9.15am one morning and there wasn't much left and it wasn't replenished.|Staff were friendly and helpful and our room was massive with two toilets.|Would definitely stay here again.
