Late night food to grab. Fast quick take out. Ordered ~ Recommended ; Yakisoba for $12.95. Little pricey on the side but that's quick grab & go downtown street food. Still pretty good. Very delicious! I enjoyed it!

Great design your own fresh hot WOK dish, i chose bok choi broccoli mushrooms w curry They also have noodle and rice options to add, but i chose keto/low carb. Its a glass box on corner, simple w a few stools and table to sit n eat, minimal but hot fresh

My wife and I had a late night takeout order dinner from this Wok to Walk. It consisted of one Chicken Teriyaki and one Beef Steak Udon. The service was very quick and the food was delicious.

I randomly stopped by this place and ordered the chicken teriyaki. Halfway through eating, I found a dead bee in my food. And no, it wasn’t like it just flew in and landed there. It looked like it had been marinated and cooked along with the dish, crisped right into the sauce. Completely disgusting. I threw away the entire meal. Wish I had checked the google reviews before walking in.

The restaurant’s door is open for ventilation, which makes it rather chilly. However, the service is excellent. The food was made unacceptably salty and we asked for it to be remade with a new sauce, and they did it with no hesitation. The food was a little bit on the pricier side but it’s NYC.

I normally love the food and the atmosphere. However the person who sets up the food touched shrimp and then all of the other food items with the same gloves. I understand you can only control cross contamination so much but if you’re allergic to shellfish, I suggest you don’t eat here as there’s no guarantee they’ll even try to keep it separate.

I went to wok to walk today march 7th 2026 at 3pm there was a young Mexican girl as cashier & a young Mexican guy as the cook. Every time I go there it’s always a different price & I always order the same thing! I asked if I can get my food in a bowl she said yea. I order rice with broccoli & egg & a little bit of steak. She asked me if I wanted cabbage I told her no. The young guy gives me my food and it’s in the white container I told him that I was supposed to get the bowl I told the girl. (She wasn’t in front any more) he acted like he didn’t understand what I was saying. So I just grabbed my food and left because I had to get back to work. I’m opening my food to eat and of course I didn’t get what I asked for they put all types of cabbage, Carrots and veggies. There was a lot of water at the bottom of my container. My eggs were burnt in my rice my rice was mushy from all the water he left in my food it was just nasty I threw it in the garbage! I’m so disappointed ! Very upset ! My meal was 15.51 and it was garbage! They made my food very careless I’m 8 months pregnant! I was very upset that I had to throw my food away because it was made carelessly! And this isn’t the first time there was water in my food when I ordered from here! I order about 2 other times and there was water at the bottom of my container. Those times I went like around 5pm An older Mexican guy had made my food. I’m literally never going here again! It wasn’t worth it at all I’m very upset the way my food came out ! I didn’t get a receipt!!!!!! & I threw it away I would’ve went back but I walked a couple blocks from my job to get there it would’ve took more time for me to walk back. But I will never order from there again this was the last straw with them.!.

I recommend people to go somewhere else. Not worth eating here. Not only is the food expensive, but the servers do not wear gloves when touching your food and that's what happen to me. Very gross. Had to throw the food out, due to that as well as finding bugs in my friends food (picture attached). Disgusting place. I'm surprised there still open... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This place was just ok for me. A friend took me here and I wasn't even sure I was gonna get anything but I got hungry and I was there so..... I ordered noodles with chicken in teriyaki sauce. Wanted to add more but this place is WAY too expensive. For the two items and sauce it cost me $12!! My friends came to $22!!!!!! Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!! And the container wasn't even full. If you're gonna charge that much for food, GIVE ME FOOD!!!!! They charge separately for everything. Base price is around $7, add $1-$4 for protein then $0.90 for each additional topping. Talk about robbery! It tastes good but I feel I could have gotten something better with the money I spent. And more of it for that matter. Don't think I'll ever go here again unless they lower the prices.

I wish this was on the west coast! Wok to Walk is a great spot for a quick, tasty meal! I love how fast the service is--you can get a fresh, hot meal in minutes, which is perfect for a busy day. The stir-fry options are flavorful, and they have a good variety of veggies, proteins, and sauces to choose from, so you can customize it just the way you like. The food is consistently delicious and filling, and the portion sizes are generous. It's my go-to spot when I need something fast without compromising on flavor.

Its a walk up and order-style small restaurant with seating and room for 10-15 people, so small but nicely modern. Ordered a Vegetarian bowl with Udon Noodles, mushrooms, tofu, broccoli and some spicy sauce and peanuts. Was fast to come up and very tasty. If you want a build-your-own asian fusion bowl that can be very healthy and tasty and want it quick this place hits the spot.

Wok the Heck, Wok to Walk? I have had Wok to Walk on my list for a while and finally had the chance to try them out. On the corner of 8th and 38th Street, sits this small restaurant with limited seating. A fast food ramen spot where you can choose your own ingredients with a viewable toppings bar and noodle types. I ordered the advetised pad thai bowl. Unfortunately, what I received tasted far from traditional pad thai. The bowl lacked flavor, if there was any at all. My container was barely 3 quarters full and filled with a lot of bean sprouts and barely any noodles. Based on the other reviews, i guess it all depends on who is preparing your order at the time because I have seen some pictures of full bowls and good reviews on flavor. With all the lunch options in that neighborhood at that price, i will Walk by Wok from now on.

Wok to walk... walk passed this place and get anything else. It's okay, I think it tasted burnt and way too salty, the small cup of noods "with vegetables" is overpriced, extremely overpriced. Adding anything is gnna cost you even more and it won't be as good as a slice of pizza or any of the other fast food on the block for that matter. Not worth it and I won't be back.

Kids are hungry. Husband is hungry. Evening is drenched from the walk in the rain... so Wok to Walk it is ... we passed here a couple times on our excursions. No help when it comes to suggestions for orders, but that's ok...here's hoping there aren't any combinations that taste ick and if there are, that I didn't order the ick lol 3 containers - 1 with noodles, 1 with riced 1 with just veg...Saigon - garlic & black pepper, Bali - peanut, and a teriyaki... I'll update as to taste when I get back to the hotel room. Ok noodles with Saigon sauce and chicken gets 5 stars from my hungry husband The rice and teriyaki is edible - according to my PICKY kids The Veggies with chicken and peanut sauce is ok. Good but I should have gone a different sauce I think to pair with veggies. Anyway, this was a great find

Takes a bit long to get your food during lunch time since there was only 1 person doing the stir fry when I want. Location is small with 2 tables and 5 bar stool seats. The steak was very mediocre and kind of dry balls of meat but the noodles were delicious! I think I might try the chicken next time.

The food itself is delicious, but over half the time I go there, they don't make it correctly. With all orders they automatically add mixed veggies (I'm guessing onions, carrots, and cabbage) and egg, and every time I order it without, making sure multiple times to clarify with the person taking my order. I'd guess I've eaten there about 6 times in the past year, and at least 4 of the times it still had the veggies. I decided to give it another try today, specifying with the staff I just wanted noodles, my protein choice, and sauce, and when I opened it, there was the veggie mix and eggs. Again, I love the food, but cannot continue to give money when I'm not getting what I ordered.

Wok to Walk used to have more locations in NYC pre-COVID. Perhaps COVID took a lot of them down (one was near offices and the other was near NYU)... but quite odd. I knew some locations closed pre-COVID, so maybe the trend didn't catch on? Anyhow, Wok to Walk's a strong brand outside the US, especially in the Netherlands. The concept makes sense. The woks are mostly tasty, hearty, and generous. I mean - for the most of my working life, the lines were out the door and then some. It was hard to even grab lunch between 12-1:30pm at times. Alas, this is the only remaining NYC location (for now). The location is a hopstep from Port Authority, which makes it an easy grab and go meal on your bus ride (hence the name!). This locations looks similar to the Midtown East location in terms of size. This was the first time I ate Wok to Walk in nearly 4 years. The food tastes the same, that is a plus. Maybe the teriyaki isn't as spicy as it once was, but it still hit. The prices - however - is another story. $15 meals is a tough pill to swallow in 2023. Oh well.... With that said, I may return at some point..

This has been one of my go to spots for a long time but never wrote a review until now. I'm talking years. Food wise: its great and has endless combinations to keep it interesting. You get to build a custom bowl. I love the egg noodles but the rice is good to. Veggies are included but you can add more for extra $. Pick your protein and then your sauce. Easy peasy. My pic is terrible - why is photos of food so hard- but I had egg noodles, standard veggie mix, chicken, and Bali sauce (which has pnuts). The staff is generally nice and can help direct you if you have questions about how to build your bowl.

I don't know if people are saying. This place is delicious! Food feels authentic and has a lot of flavor. I ate the Yakisoba Steak steak and would definitely recommend.

Wok to walk is one of the coldest places. It's actually so sad seeing the service people having to be in the cold. There is no heat and they can't even wear any type of sweaters and it's so cold till the point where I don't even want to sit down and eat. Please get some heat in the place y'all need it if y'all want me to go back and get more. My food was turning cold by the second I was standing there. Please help them out and add heat to the place. The food is good but it's just too cold to be going in the place. I be seeing my cashier lips turning purple and turn colors they are look like the girl from the wonka movie. pls help them.

I highly recommend this restaurant if you like takeout. Wok to walk hits hard and has always been one of my favorites. The chicken is flawless and the Tokyo sauce is to die for. The food was made very quick and it was perfect to eat while walking around the city. Good job wok to walk!

I'm normally a huge slut for Wok To Wok and was super excited to see one across the street from my hotel during a recent weekend stay in NYC. I made myself look like an absolute moron because I talked a big fucking game about this place to GF but it ended up being not quite what I remembered. We had already eaten dinner but the Mexican place didn't have nachos. How does a Mexican place not have nachos? Especially when they are on the fucking menu? That's a conversation for another day but because of this complication, we had some extra room and it seemed reasonable to try to squeeze some noodles into that room. I ordered old faithful udon with tofu and chose their garlic/pepper sauce. I would have liked to have ordered some vegetables but that on their menu seemed to be in lieu of instead of in addition to the tofu/protein. I do like the glass and being able to see them making the shit in front you, it's pretty cool. There wasn't much of a wait and it was ready pretty quickly. The udon noodles were thicccc, soft, and chewy as they usually are. The sauce was just ok. What really pissed me off is the fact that there was egg in there. I don't remember asking for that or seeing that indicated anywhere. There was also a grated substance, maybe peanuts? It was not identifiable which isn't ideal when it's something you are eating. Long story short, it just comes down to the fact that it wasn't that enjoyable to consume.

Good concept, but it was a salt bomb. Had to throw it away after three bites. Operationally, they need to tell the preparer how much sauce to put in for each flavor and order. Problem is solvable, but seems like just sloppy management.

Pricey. Then again, what is not in NYC these days. The quality was decent. Portions plentiful. Simple concept from Europe... noodle bowl more or less. Pick the base noodle, rice, or veggie mix. Then pick what you want to add like multiple proteins, veggies of all sorts, etc. Then pick your sauce. Take it to go because there is not really any good seating. A few stools along the wall and one table. It was fun to sit on the stools, eating and people watching. Service was good, came out quickly.

Very quick and inexpensive, you can see them make the food in front of you. Good selection of sauces as well, very flavorful. Seating inside is limited, thus more of a grab and go situation. During the summer, they open up the front window.

I was really hungover and this was the closest food nearby that sounded appetizing haha and it was! They were quick and efficient, no frills which is what I needed. Brought it back to my hotel and it really helped the hangover for sure. I had egg noodles with chicken and peanut sauce and I would totally go back if I'm in town again. :)

this is my favorite spot whenever i visit amsterdam and i was so excited to have one in nyc, but as another reviewer has mentioned, they refuse to make my order correctly every time i go :( i always ask for no vegetables and without fail every time i've gone there are still vegetables- personally making it inedible for me and a big waste of money.

Solid place if you're a tourist who wants a quick and tasty bite. For us it was speedy, fast, and delicious meal a few hours before our flight back home. I will agree with the other reviewers that the cost does add up when you account for the added ingredients, but again, if you're just passing through then I think it's perfect. Seating is limited, but the container they serve the food in is handy if you are willing to eat and walk. Also! They're thai tea is only $2.70, and it's delicious!!! In NorCal, you won't find thai tea for less than $6.

The foods and the taste of this place is the best plus the customer service. Love wok to walk in will be back

Girls behind the register are rude. Been here a few times and every time I'm told I'm ordering wrong. I assume the premise of this restaurant is to pick a base and add toppings. First time I was told I couldn't have egg noodles w veggies. I can only pick one. Another time, I was told I had to pick a noodle base with either veggies or meat. Can't combine both. Another time I was told I can only pick noodle. Toppings were not available with noodles. ‍

service is horrible and never listen to ur request. says it closes at 1 am and by midnight(12) they was locking the door and closing and when i told them they suppose to close at 1 am they gave the biggest attide ever worst service i ever experience if u says u close at a certain time i understand 15 mins before but 30 minutes come on.

In my haste to try to go to every pizza joint the last time I was in the city, I neglected the fact that Wok to Walk exists in New York! It had been a minute since I tried it for the first time in Amsterdam. Of course, I came here AFTER I ate pizza...go figure. Instead of getting the egg noodles that I did in Amsterdam, I stuck with udon. And this time, I DEFINITELY did not order every single add-on under the moon. Just stuck with beef and shrimp with peppers and Saigon sauce. All I know is, if I lived in the city on a permanent basis, I would be here at LEAST once every week or two. It's a little more expensive than regular Chinese fast food, but everything is made fresh right in front of you and you can tell the quality is that much better than your usual Chinese fast food joint. Service here is quick. They take your order, they make your food, and you're out within 10 minutes. Efficiency is key my friends! Now can you please bring Wok to Walk to L.A.? I know there's a ton of Asian food in L.A., but I swear y'all would make a killing out here.

The idea is that you select a base (some sort of noodle/rice/salad), and then add on toppings (things like shrimp, chicken, steak, salmon, veggies, etc etc) The problem is that every single thing costs 1-4 dollars more. This includes things like cilantro, which should definitely not be over a dollar. The sauces are extremely overpowering to the point where the actual food you're eating doesn't even matter; you're just eating an amalgamation of whatever sauce you ordered. I had the Bali (peanut sauce) and it was genuinely sickening. Overpowered the taste of the "marinated chicken" and everything else in the dish. I'd pass.

Wow! What a surprise to find this place at midnight. You have your choice of noodles (different types), rice, or just veggies. Then you pick the proteins and/or veggies you want to add. Last, you pick the sauce you want. I had the egg noodles with salmon, bok choy and Bangkok sauce. It was soooo good. The portions are huge too. I was disappointed that I couldn't finish my food and we were flying out the next morning. I wish we had one of these in Vegas! *I gave 4 stars because the young lady recommended that we choose four additional items, but 3 was over $16! I brought it down to 2 and it was like $12.*

I came in today to order noodles and I didn't get toppings and they charged me full price then handed me my order only half full. I asked why and the girl working there said well you didn't order toppings if you had then it would be full. I explained I paid full price so why would I get half the amount of food because I opted out of toppings which are optional, why wouldn't I just get more noodles and she looked at me like I was suggesting something insane.

Small place to enjoy Chinese food, however, The taste just okay. Nothing special. Fast service though.

Don't use the Allset app. Even though they have it posted with a QR code. They do not use it. The tablet they have for it is almost always dead and they don't keep it charging. My order was "supposed" to be ready @ 6:43p but since the tablet was dead that did not happen. And this is not the first time.

Over all decent food. It happened to be one of the only places open near my hotel. The service was quick but the food was just ok. To me it had some burnt taste. A good place to grab a quick bite when needed.

Similar to other reviews here, I was surprised to find that my to-go bowl was barely 3/4th full, closer to half. It used to be good before, they gave full bowl but now they seem to be skimping and giving just over half-full so not worth the full bowl's money we are paying. Disappointing.

Yummmy!! Great options for build your own dish & affordable conveniently located in time square. No line fast service was out the door with hot food in minutes. Only a few seats inside I think it's meant more for take out.

Needed a quick grab and go lunch. This place seemed like a good option and it turns out it was. First off it was freezing in here I don't know if they keep it cold since the hot woks are going and it heats up but it was freezing. Very uncomfortable to dine in. I was eating with my scarf on. The positive news is they do have quick service and the concept is cool. You pick exactly what you want in your meal and they cook it in 5 minutes. The food was ok and nothing special. Everything kind of tasted the same even the vegetables. That is what usually happens with big chain concepts like this. It is not the worst thing in the world but don't come here expecting 5 star cuisine. For a quick lunch at a good price it does the job. 3 stars all the way.

This is a great grab and go spot for fast Asian food! I have been coming here for years now and tonight the experience here was as good as ever! I had the rice noodles, with chicken, mushrooms, bell pepper mix, cashews, garlic crisps, and bangkok sauce (coconut curry). I love the wide variety here and how your build your own dish. There are so many options so you can get different combos every time you come. It is a huge step above your normal fast food places and take about the same amount of time. Your meal is always piping hot when you get it and full of flavor. I will definitely be back again and again!

ehh.. I gave them a chance. I really was excited to choose them over all the fast food joints in the area, it was getting late. I guess of all the foot traffic doesn't help with the moral of these employees. Either way my meal was ok.. They did mess up one of the orders 3x and the vibes were off so... I don't know where I stand honestly.

Hi I rarely leave a review but last night I went out with my two friends. As I was ordering there was alive cockroach walking around the register. Is alarming because that is the front of the house. I cant imagen the kitchen. Me and my two friends quickly left. Please stay away if you can.

I tried this place for lunch today and was really happy with my meal. I ordered the Udon noodles with shrimp and thought it was delicious. The Bali peanut sauce reminded me of a Pad Thai sauce and was super spicy, which I liked. It also had a decent amount of shrimp. The portion size for my dish was really impressive, too. Definitely couldn't finish the whole thing. Overall, this place serves some good food, had great portion sizes, and decent prices. Will definitely go back.

Besides closing 1.5 hours early, I pulled a locked door in shock, and a rat runs outside of the door. Theyre right next to the A train which id figure theyd have rats but not running out of the store. The rudeness to not wanna serve and leave early on top of the rats did it for me.

Wok to Walk is a great asian fusion restaurant in New York. The food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great asian fusion meal.

Love these simple yet delicious places. The limited options allows for easy decision making you know exactly what you're going to get with little room for error. The flavor was spectacular and it comes out hot as it is made right in front of you! Tasted very fresh! Check it out!

When I saw this place on the corner down the street from my hotel, the name and look of it immediately caught my eye and I thought this place would be instant deliciousness. Catchy name. 3 huge woks on display. Fast casual menu with plentiful selection. I was thoroughly disappointed with the end result =(. I had ordered a rice noodle with chicken stir-fried with Bali (peanut sauce) sauce. The problem was it was BLAND through and through. It was lacking in flavor in all aspects. The chicken were cut in way too large chunks that didn't complement the style of food. In the end, I took it home and I threw in condiments to make it edible/bearable. I really hope to come back and give it another try. Usually I try to give place that i had an awful experience at least 2 chances.

I ordered egg noodle, shrimps cooked spicy Asian style. Substitute broccoli for extra $2.75. otherwise it would come with cabbage. The order came in a small chinese Togo box. Food was spicey and good. I like the tastes. But it's expensive for that small portion. If they could give more broccoli it would be better. I would return

I've been to Wok to Walk 3 times now and each time has gotten better. For a first timer, ordering can be confusing because all the sauces are named funky things so you don't really know what you're getting. The service is quick and the food is quite cheap. The staff could be friendlier but it's not a big deal. I recommend Wok to Walk if you're a local, but if you're just walking in off the street it can be diffucult.

Food was good but cooks need to be careful. I ordered peanuts as a topping and I think a cashew was in there because I had a bad allergic reaction.
