When arriving we were greated by someone who look liked they hadnt been to bed. She told us nothing about the hostel only our room number. (one positive is it was cheap, $22 for room of 2). Seems to be a lot of long term residents. Toilets and shower dirty, need a whole refit. Would rather stay smelly than have a shower. Kitchen is a mess, with stuff everywhere, people not cleaning up after themselves. You just feel dirty when you are standing there, let alone having to cook in it. However it is within walking distance to the CBD. No idea whether the room was cleaned before us using it, and it smelt. We decided to sleep in our sleeping bags rather than use the bedding. People who are staying seem nice. A cheap option good for enough one night, dont expect anything!
