Stayed here over the last few days. I had stayed at the Vienna branch in the past and I liked it a lot. The Leipzig branch was also nice, but it felt somewhat smaller and not as developed. No amenities such as a pool table or bar, as in the Vienna branch.
I stayed in a six-bed dorm, which was only occupied by two other people for the first two days. The dorm was facing a very busy street and I could hear all the traffic noises, which continued throughout most of the night until the morning. With the windows closed, some of the noise was muffled but it would become unbearably hot in the room. I slept with earplugs every night because of the noise, and woke up covered in sweat because of the heat. My room (206) also didn't have a bathroom inside - it was located in the hallway, which was somewhat inconvenient.
Other than that, the rooms were clean and the other guests were friendly and respectful. And for the price, I suppose it's good value for money. But at the end of the day it's still a hostel, so you get what you pay for.
