The ladies working in the store were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about all the products they carried. They created a warm and comfortable atmosphere that made us feel completely at ease exploring and handling the different toys on display. The store offered an impressive variety of selections, including many new and exciting products that caught our attention. We truly enjoyed our visit and had a great time browsing through the new toys and discovering what the store had to offer.

I was interested in shopping here with my partner and before we did I took a picture of the metal work outside the window. Some woman came out barking and telling me I can't take pictures FROM THE STREET! The sidewalk is a public place and I can take pictures in public if I damn well want to! I will not be spending money here and spreading the word that they believe in censorship. Can't wait for your impending closure, I'll watching and rooting for your doors to close.

Writing to confirm that it is wheelchair accessible with a decent amount of space inside to maneuver. However, a patch of pavement outside is quite weathered and will be rough for a manual chair. good selection and queer-friendly. cool antique vibrator display.

If you like quality curated products in an inclusive environment Womyn's Ware is the place for you! Lesley and Ann are not only knowledgeable but incredibly kind. There is zero sales pressure or kink shaming and they only want you to leave with produce you'll use. If you don't see something you want, they will do their best to find a quality product and order it in for you! Plus the display of vintage sex toys at the back is super cool and worth going to check out!

For sensitive people, it is a great place to visit. Soft music, kind, supportive people and practical and safe advice. You never feel judged and the owner is so gentle and open to people from all walks of life. I am always happy to visit. Recently, they moved onto only rechargeable vibes, which is amazing. Their products are always top tier too, even the power priced options. There is something for everyone here!!

Was in the Commercial Area early ish and Googled their hours and was disappointed they didn’t open for an hour, but to my pleasant surprise they were open when I drove by! They were so helpful, kind and easy to work with. Store is super clean, organized and smells good. Their products are high quality so yes can be on the pricier side (I only paid $10 more than Amazon etc) but you can actually talk to someone who’s an expert and can suggest the best things for your preferences and needs AND have a year warranty. I would pay more than $10 extra which is nada than support Amazon or a huge business, with the quality and care, plus local business come on!

If I was given only one word to describe Womyns' Ware it would be quality. Thankfully, I get to use as many as I want so I'll add expert service, great selection, as well as welcoming and friendly help from Leslie ~ who even had a few treats for my doggo, which was super cool after a really negative experience I had earlier in the week. Coming on it's 30th year serving Vancouver, Women's' Ware remains a reliable staple for sex positive toys, clothes and books. So happy I stopped in and rediscovered everything I've always loved about it is thriving.
