I stayed here for three nights. The staff is very nice and attentive and helped me out a lot. The beds are clean and comfortable and there is a big hangout area with games, cards and a pool table. I had a great time and recommend for every solo backpacker! They also have private rooms, but I was in a dorm. Thank you so much to the staff for the help! :)

The staffs are super friendly, they can speak english fluently so there were no communication issues. The rooms have CCTVs and they respect privacy and quiet hours. They have a lot of services included in their hostel, you really don’t need to go out for laundry or buying snacks and water. Opt for the one that has breakfast meal, the difference between having it or none is just minuscule. I even became close friends with one of the staffs and his friends which is super memorable. One of my highlights of visiting Indonesia for the first time.

The best part about this hostel is i's location, it's located just beside the Old Town, and you also have access to both TransJakarta bus station & the train station within 5 minute walks. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The interior is simple and tasteful, although some of the facilities are old and not very well maintained. The rooms and bed are pretty clean, didn't encounter any problem there. Only major complain will be the a lot of the bathroom showers doesn't have any hangers for towels and clothes which is pretty annoying. Will recommend for a few nights stay.

I stayed here for 10 days in a shared mixed room for 4 people. On the ground floor there is a common room with TV, billiards, kitchenette and fridge. The staff are nice and helpful. On the roof is a seating area, where all the travelers meet and discuss in the evening. The bathrooms and toilets are clean. There are bus and train stops a few minutes from the hostel. But: however, some travelers don't know how to behave well in dormitories. Keep the lights off until 4 am, turn off the ringer on your phone, if you sleep on the top bed, act in a way that the person sleeping below doesn't think there's an earthquake. My things are my things and aren't shared with anyone, not even my shoes that mysteriously disappeared for 2 days. If you finish your beer and eat your food, clean up after yourself, no one is your mom. This challenge only affects about 10% of travelers, yet it can ruin the impression of a perfect hostel.

I had a great time at this hostel! I met a lot of cool people and it was fun to hang out in the lobby and play some pool! The staff is really kind and the location is perfect! Special thanks to the chef of the hostel named Faiz! He turned my stay into a memorable experience and we had a good time together! I would definitely recommend this Hostel!

Perfect location for train transit travellers, near train station with 3 lines. Within walking to plenty of street food vendors. Bus stop just 5 min away to take bus to Chinatown food haven. 5 min walk to tourist kiosk for free walking tour. Space in 8 per room very constrain. Dorm rooms more space but double decker beds not suitable for tall people. Curtains does not cut out light from other bed's light. Talking in corridors can be heard in room. Not enough bathrooms and toilets. Steps a bit on high side, not recommended if knee problem. Common area - eating with cups and basic utensils, filter water only on ground floor. There's sale of bottled water, soft drinks, beer (in locked fridge). Can use the fridge to store small items if needed. 24 hours reception on duty. Late check-in for mant who arrive way pass dinner time.

A very strange hostel. Despite its welcoming appearances online, the rooms seemed to be mostly feel of weird older local men (not really sure why they’d be staying here anyway), and also experienced some hassle from some even weirder men who seem to spend their days lingering outside. There were also many local families downstairs which while is a more pleasant presence, doesn’t really seem that appropriate for a travelling hostel?? I think owners should maybe be more aware that backpackers are predominantly interested in meeting other backpackers, especially when a female in such an unfriendly and uncomfortable city as Jakarta, and perhaps need to rethink whether having this amount of local men stay creates a welcoming atmosphere. This seemed to be a similar but lesser problem in the hostel I then moved to, and probably why people make a short stop in the city. Anyways the girl who worked at the front desk was super kind and helpful and let me refund the room for the full money! So shout out to her. But id reconsider booking this hostel particularly if you are a solo female…

I stayed there for 2 nights in a 6 beds dorm room and there were bedbugs in the room. Me and my boyfriend got bites all over our legs and arms. There were also cockroaches in the main area, which is not great but I don’t mind as mush as bedbugs. Without all that I guess it’s not too bad for a short stay. Easily accessible and the pizza place next door is pretty good.
