My friends and I had an amazing lunch at Woodam! We tried most of the dishes in the menu. Everything tasted super authentic Korean food and comforting. Most importantly Beef soup serves proteins which are good for health. We ordered Sogogi Gukbap, Collagen Gomtang, and Soyuk Gukbap (slow-cooked beef) are all rich, flavorful, and served piping hot. These soups came with plenty of small side dishes like what you might have see in Korean dramas. They’re all fresh and well-seasoned. One thing that I would highly recommended is Lava Rock Cheese. I’m not cheese person but this kind of cheesy I love it! I thought it was sesame ball at first, but when I took the first bite, it was very crispy outside and cheese and meat combined together makes it so great! Also, Jeju Tangerine Fizz, super refreshing with real citrus aroma is worth of try. Overall this restaurant feels cozy and clean, service was friendly, and everything came out quickly. Definitely one of the best hidden Korean spots in Flushing.
