Woodhouse Spa - Mount Pleasant

The Woodhouse spa has definitely changed. I feel like it’s under new ownership used to be a quiet cozy spa that you would go to to relax this time when I came there’s construction workers outside drilling in the building and adding enhancements to create a newer looking spa. It would’ve been a good idea to put that on your website or allow people to know that you’re under construction. The place is on as clean as it used to be There also was not nice snacks at the bar like they used to have. I felt like you were overbooked because it was very loud in there with other clients walking around, not being respectful of the quiet area. My technician was awesome. I really enjoyed my massage, but the atmosphere of Woodhouse spa has completely changed and is not the same. They used to have perfumes and ways for you to fix your hair like dry shampoo like all the little things that made it special to be there are all gone now Bathroom was dirty . And a nice lady at the front desk said loud enough for everyone to hear that we had a 20% gratuity to all of our services now would you like to give MOORE or give Less. I found that to be very tacky. I always tip and I don’t think it’s anyone’s business what I leave. Meaning the surrounding area of clients who are there waiting in line while I’m paying. I feel as if the Woodhouse spa is under new ownership and it shows.

Amy is absolutely excellent! I couldn't recommend her more, she's so wonderful and attentive! The only reason why I took off a star was because people were playing videos in the quiet area relaxation room. It might be a good idea to tell customers at check-in that you shouldn't play videos out loud on your phone in those rooms while other people are in there. Other than that, an amazing experience!

So relaxed after an amazing massage with, Damian. Added the CBD treatment that gave some immediate relief for chronic aching muscles. Everyone was so nice. After my massage, spent about 30 minutes in the lounge, had a glass of champagne, with a warm pillow draped around my neck….Absolutely the perfect way to spend my afternoon.

Incredibly relaxed and clean environment. Always comfortable in the relaxation rooms and changing area. I was offered a warm neck wrap while relaxing on a chaise lounge chair and felt completely relaxed.The staff are friendly and personable, attentive to your needs without being overwhelming or interfering with the calm atmosphere. Always a wonderful experience at Woodhouse - would highly recommend and will definitely be returning again..and again.

Had a relaxing experience. Julia gave a facial that felt wonderful. She was attentive to my needs. Front desk was friendly and acknowledged us immediately. Would not hesitate to recommend Woodhouse Spa for a relaxing, pampered getaway.

I had a fabulous facial and neck treatment that was amazing and much needed. I love the serene vibe of this spa and it’s conveniently located. The front desk ladies are very helpful. I also love the comfy clothing selection and always end up treating myself to something.

It is always a wonderful experience at this spa!! The facility is beautiful, quiet, and soothing. The staff is exceptional. From the moment you arrive everyone you meet is gracious. Checking in, tending to your needs, and not to mention the wonderful therapists and technicians you will not meet a better staff. I can’t wait until my next visit….only two weeks away! 🤗

One of the best massages I’ve had. I had maternity massage with a girls name that starts with T, I forget it already. But she was best I’ve had at woodhouse. Also Tuesday was nice bc quiet room was actually quiet . I went on a Saturday to downtown woodhouse and it was so loud and girls just cackling together in quiet room. I guess I just like to think you would go to lunch to chat not spa. I pay for the relaxation before and after service and it was nicer here. No blankets in quiet room though. I’d def go back for this same girl for a massage.
