Good location if you don’t mind walking 20 minutes to the main restaurants. Easy to get to. Clean and tidy rooms with heating. Would stay again.

Really comfortable bed and great location. The bathroom was literally falling apart, walls pealing off, vanity tiles coming off (and being stacked on the windowsill), taps not turning off without lots of fiddling. Lack of powerpoints was a bit annoying but there was a multi box tagged and tested in 2013 🤣 Did the job for a night's sleep.

What a great motel! We had 4 of us in a 2 bedroom unit and it was so spacious, comfy beds and great facilities. Location is perfect to be able to walk to and from the city. 10/10

Great location. Getting out of the driveway during rush hour is challenging. it's a very busy road, SH1. The room was very dated, and there was a big gap above the door. Paint missing, dripping laundry tap no washing machine connected. However, that has its charm. There was no chance of sleeping in as builders were there early and working at upgrading some other room(s).

Right across the road from the university basically, only 100 metres (if that) from a number of restaurants an takeaways. Very close to the city. Decor is beyond out of date with vinyl on the bathroom floor lifting and tiles missing from the vanity top - places where dirt accumulate quickly. Whilst the surfaces and beds were clean, the lounge furniture and cushions were visibility dirt and need professionally cleaned. Cobwebs on windows.

Nice, clean place to stay, close to heaps of shops…receptionist was very helpful and friendly over the phone with my late check in enquiry.

It was an excellent room and a great location. We only had one issue. We were in a ground level room, and the noise from upstairs was very loud. It's not the guest's fault, just an issue with the insulation. Overall, I felt it was value for money.
