Woodlawn Farm

You must go NOW! This 400 year old farm is lovely inside with delightful vistas, but only until the end of May there will be a large art show adorning the walls by fine artist Carolyn Egeli. Her portraits are commissioned by politicians and the wealthy! She has local family, but lives in Vermont so her art includes watercraft and farms. Open on Sundays 12-6 the site offers wine tasting on their waterfront lawn. You can bring a picnic lunch, then tour the house and art show. This place is a gem!

This is a peaceful, serene, and beautiful wedding venue! It's super convenient to have all the necessary spaces so close together and we had ENDLESS photo opportunities. Always love working with Jim and the friendly staff as well.

Woodlawn Farm was an amazing place to film a wedding! There were so many unique spaces for the wedding to happen. The ceremony was right on the water, cocktail hour also boasted waterfront views, and then moving into the barn for the dinner/reception was a perfect way to end the celebration.

OMG! This is such an awesome outdoor venue for weddings or socal gatherings. They also have an huge barn for dining or i the the case of inclimate weather. Sight lines, and views of the Potomac River are visible, and breathtaken.

I love this farm and its cozy wine cottage. The setting is so beautiful. The staff are excellent. It is truly a hidden gem!

It was a very nice place to enjoy the day with very fine wines. It's one of our favorite places in Southern Maryland.
