Woodloch Resort

Great family resort with tons of activities. Don’t be daunted by how large the grounds seem at first. Very walkable to everything. We stayed in the rooms right by the front lobby which made for an extremely convenient situation as a family with 4 rooms. The staff is so happy and friendly it makes you feel really good.

Our first visit to Woodloch knocked our socks off! We came with our extended family, 10 of us in total, 6 adults and 4 kids ranging in age from 7 - 13. There was truly something for everyone during this vacation. Our favorites were go-karts, the splash pad/pool, archery, trapshooting (for the adults), paddle boating, and the bumper boats which are not to be missed!! We also hit the playgrounds, mini golfed, played bocce, ping-pong, Bingo, and went for a walk along the lake every night. There is so much to do, it was awesome! ||For my family of 4, we chose an Edgewater Suite in Springbrook and it was perfect. Very spacious, comfortable, immaculately clean and had 2 bathrooms which was important to us. Sitting out on the balcony looking over the lake was the best way to relax between activities!||One of the best parts of our vacation was our server Natalee who took such great care of us everyday at breakfast and dinner. She was efficient, kind, helpful, and great with the kids and our family member with an allergy. Additionally, one of the owners was walking around during meal times talking to people and making sure everyone was okay. Seriously fantastic hands-on personalized service.||We are home now and already thinking about when we can come back. Wishing I could swing by the lobby now to grab a nightly cup of decaf. Guess I'll have to make it myself till we return!

We have been going to Woodloch for 10 years. Every year is always fun. Nighttime entertainment is always a blast, especially the horse racing, which is our favorite. Everything is in walking distance. On a scale of one to 10 I would say the food is about a seven or eight, but it’s hard to make food for a few hundred people. Service is always good. Staff is always friendly. Tons activities, and we are never bored.

This place deserves its ranking as (at this time) top family resort in the country. The available activities are amazing. And all the staff have made you feel like they genuinely enjoy what they do and want to help you enjoy your time.

Ive recently complained about a lack of customer service when trying to book a trip. Ive received rapid customer service addressing my issue.||The 5 prior trips with my family have been 5 star. Im a single mom with 3 kids. Amazingly this is my kids favorite trip over even Disney. We love this tradition. ||Thank you woodloch for listening to my concerns.

The service we received was outstanding. Everyone on the staff had a smile and were very helpful at all times. |A special shout out to our superb server, Connie. She anticipated our needs and treats us like family every year. The grandchildren were thrilled with all the activities and amenities for children

We spent a few days here with some family members.. First time here and wow were we impressed! Great family destination. So many activities for both young and old alike. You can be as busy or as quiet and relaxed as you want. There are games to play during the day, shows at night and everything in between. The kids loved the arcade and game room and could be found playing ping pong every extra minute they had. The fact that we ate together every meal and had our own assigned table was great. The golf was plentiful, delicious and offered a great variety in choices. The wait staff was wonderful and attentive to requests. It was colder when we went so the lake and outside activities, which seemed to be plentiful, were not as available but we did the escape room and it was great. Well done. The fact that the price was all inclusive was very convenient. Only having to pay for bar drinks and kids special drinks made it easy. The cost is a bit more than other places so that will affect how often we go unfortunately. I don't know if they have" special get away offers" but I'll keep my eye open. It was a great experience and a fun time to spend with our kids and grands.

Reviewing our stay in April 2025. Woodloch is an absolutely wonderful place for a family vacation. We stayed in a 3 bedroom guest house. Though I wouldnt describe them as “luxurious”, there wasnt a single item or convenience missing. They thought of everything! There were so many activities every day. My kids loved the water slide at the pool, the paddle boats and the adventure playground. Every meal was great and had something for everyone including those with dietary restrictions. The one aspect that really blew me away was the level of hospitality. Every single person was friendly, helpful and welcoming. We cant wait to return!

I wish I lived closer so I could be a regular here. As a new mom, coffee is a necessity. My husband and I visited Gigi's each day of our stay at Woodloch to enjoy the delicious savory coffee that we so desperately needed. We were there during Christmas so we enjoyed the holiday specials, my favorite was the gingerbread latte and my husbands the sugar cookie latte.

This place is amazing! So many activities delicious food and great service!No matter your age height etc there is always something to do from 8:30Am - 11:00Pm there is something for everyone! Whether it's swimming ,fishing and water skiing in the lake or driving go carts and shooting guns everything comes together to make this amazing experience! This place is awesome and I would 100% stay again!

Best vacation ever. Food activities entertainment. All great Staff is wonderful.

Gigi's is so cozy it literally looks like a house you wish you lived in. They have the monopoly on non-Woodloch food on the campgrounds, so you have to go there if you want something different, but it's not a bad situation. The coffee is average, the prices are as well (about $4 for a latte), and the pastries are fresh and tasty. They also offer sandwiches, salads, and coffee specials, like the Pumpkin Latte (which was super sweet, more than I liked) and the Sticky Bun latte. The best part about this cafe is the inside. Did I mention how cozy it is?! Hope to find this sort of ambiance in NYC one day!

Another excellent addition to the Woodloch resort experience! Always keeping up with the trends and needs of the guests this summer marks the debut of this very nice coffee shop. In addition to coffees and smoothies they also offer a ton of delicious baked goods as you would expect from Woodloch. They also had a nice selection of sandwiches and salads and of course the staff is friendly and professional as Woodloch is well known for!

Best place ever I could live there now you have to try their strawberry lemonade smoothie it's great but the staff there is absolutely great they really know what there doing and they focus on you and you only it's also very nice in there there's also a cool wall and cool sitting room and that's all great so I definitely recommend coming to woodloch and going there!!!

Everything at the coffee house is great. They have everything from lattes to sandwiches. The staff is AMAZING and food and drinks are great! I have to say what a great addition to Woodloch!
