I had an unpleasant experience with one of the staff members, particularly a lady with short hair and glasses who came across as unfriendly and unapproachable. This was surprising, as I have never encountered such customer service before. I had called beforehand to confirm the exchange policy with a staff member named Mike, who was helpful, but the in-store interaction completely changed the experience. I came mainly for the books, but the poor attitude affected the overall visit. I hope the management can review staff training and customer service standards to ensure a better experience for future customers.
