Lots and lots to do at Woodward, though plan on waiting in some lines because it's a busy wintertime stop.
If you ski or snowboard, there are jumps, rails, and other park obstacles of both beginners and advanced difficulties. You can bring your own equipment or rent ski/snowboard gear at the Woodward lodge. While it appears there are lessons taught here, recognize that Woodward isn't a typical downhill, tree-lined run type of resort--it's small (only one lift with one run) and is designed for people who like doing tricks.
The tubing is a fun, family-friendly activity that has short lanes and long (double the length) tubing lanes. There's a belt you ride to the top, and that's where you can plan to wait in line for a bit, because it moves slowly and tubers are spaced out every 10 feet or so for the ride up.
Indoors, there are some skateboard ramps into foam pits, trampolines, a tumbling area, a skate park, and a restaurants, with an upstairs seating area that overlooks the activities.
I feel like this is a great place to build confidence and learn if you're trying to learn tricks, whether skiing, snowboarding, skateboarding, or tumbling. The tubing is also a great time. But if you're just looking to downhill ski or snowboard, you're probably better off going to another resort.
