Woops! Macarons & Gifts (Port Authority NYC)

There is a stall in Port Authority that sells a bunch of different flavors. On our way into Port Authority, we stopped by and asked what the smallest amount we could order was. We were told three, so we picked three flavors. We got the cookies and cream, red velvet, and cotton candy. They had a variety of flavors which were unique but also tasty-sounding. I wish I had gotten more flavors, but I did not want to spend more money. The macarons are beautiful! The colors are super nice. They are very light and fluffy in texture, but the flavors are amazing. The person who helped us was very friendly! We totally recommend this stall.

Perfect grab for when you’re passing through Port Authority and need something sweet that won’t melt before you get where you’re going. The macarons have that satisfying shell crack with soft, chewy centers. Tried tiramisu, red velvet, and cookies & cream—all delivered. The gift boxes are genuinely pretty if you need a last-minute present. Staff was patient while I stood there sampling mentally. Prices run around $2.75 each or 6 for $15, which feels fair for the quality. Only reason it’s not five stars: occasionally the texture varies and some have been drier than others. But when they’re fresh? Excellent. Check if they have seasonal flavors.

Amazing experience with Woops! We had 60 favors made for our wedding. Communication was great with Pooja. All of our questions were answered promptly and the macarons were all packed up and ready when we picked them up. We got to pick out all the flavors and they were all delicious (we specifically did tiramisu, red velvet, dark chocolate, and cookies & cream with gold ribbon). I highly recommend them!

one of the few good macarons I've had. they were a little hard for me to find because I walked into the station from a different side and there weren't a lot of identifiers to punt me in the right direction. the staff was nice and friendly and the macarons were surprisingly good. there's such an assortment of flavors. would definitely go back when I'm in the area.

I wanted something special for my bridal shower dessert and Woops! was the perfect choice. Not only did the macaroons taste delicious, but they also looked so beautiful on the table. I had so much fun picking out my flavors, with so many great options to choose from and great costumer service, I was at ease knowing my bridal shower was in good hands! I was so impressed with Woops! from the actual quality of the macaroon, the great customer service down to the fun celebration boxes they use! If you’re looking for a delicious and beautiful dessert for any gift or event I truly recommend Woops!

My favorite Macaron place! They’re always so fresh, 17 flavors available and very affordable too. There are different size boxes, the stand is always so bright and the staff are always very friendly and patient. One of the best parts of commuting through port authority. Keep up the good work!

Why did I not get more? My only regret is not buying 10 of each flavor! This was my very first time trying Macaroons. I really didn’t think I’d like it but WOW! That’s all I can say. Pricey but worth it. I have a friend who’s makes them but I honestly don’t think she can make THESE! They’re unique, softly crisp and delicious. I’m blown away. My favorite flavor is blueberry cheesecake, red velvet and cookies n cream.

Definitely some of the most delicious macarons in the whole city but you pay a pretty penny. At about $3 per macaron, it’s probably the most expensive macaron I’ve ever purchased but these are very unique macarons. The filling is unlike anything you’ve ever tried with a jelly like consistency pairs perfectly with the moist almond flour cookies.

Picked up a gift box and was very satisfied. Woops is conveniently located in the Port Authority Bus Terminal, where everyone going into that portion of the terminal will see it. The kiosk is nicely adorned and the staff member is very friendly. Woops has a wide assortment of macarons and you'll even receive a legend, in order to help you distinguish which macarons are in the box. Every single macaron that I purchased was enjoyable, wasn't flaky, and  a good size. I highly recommend Woops and know, that you will enjoy every item that you will select.

I'm a macaron snob so I'll always compare any macaroon I put in my mouth with the quality of Macaron cafe of NYC. This place sells average to below average macarons. Only reason I got some was because the Macaron cafe of NYC has been closed down since the onset of the pandemic with what seems like no future in site to return. Sadly Whoops doesn't cut the mustard when it comes to these difficult treats to make and certainly not worth the price of admission that they ask for. Staff is super nice as I joked about getting a refund if the treats weren't up to snuff. If you're really desperate for a taste of a macaron then grab one but I'd find a better spot to get your fix if you can wait.

Great macarons with lots of different and interesting flavors available. It is also a great location as you can grab a quick snack if waiting for the bus, last second gift if you are running late to an event, and so much more. The flavor and texture of the macarons are great. They also survive travel better than I had anticipated as I took it in on the bus trip back to NJ without problems. The only notable issue is the price. It is pretty pricey for one macaron but you pay for the convenience and the great quality.

So many fun and amazing flavors! I never thought I liked macarons until I had these, best macarons ever!

This is a small shop in the tunnels. They have fresh macaroons in a large variety of flavors. We tried lavender, birthday, dark chocolate, passion fruit, strawberry, Nutella, raspberry, lemon to name a few of my favorites. They are all yummy and worth the trip!

Macarons here are delish. My favorite so far has been the fleur de sel, but the lavender vanilla is also very good. The lavender is noticeably present (in a good way). I had high expectations for the pistachio, but for me the flavor wasn't strong enough. The employees pack up the macarons and ring you up quickly so it's easy to stop by while you're in transit.

You cannot find Macrons like this in KC! These are fresh and silk like in texture! They know what they're doing! I've tried most of them but my favorites are the Blueberry and Lavender! Yum!! I'm getting more today will remember to take photos before scarfing them down this time! Lol

One of the best macarons I've ever had! Chewy with a balance of softness. It had the perfect texture and didn't break apart! Surprisingly still fresh even though I came before closing. The flavors were on point and tasted as advertised.

I missed my bus and had a couple of minutes to explore, so I decided to give Woops a try. I ordered a box of 6 macaroons and they were so good! They were hard on the outside and soft on the inside, exactly what I'm looking for when it comes to Macaroons. My favorite strawberry and blueberry cheesecake. I cannot wait to go back a try more flavors :)

I give this little spot between a 3.5 - 4 ive had the macarons here about 4x now and sometimes they are really fresh & tasty and other times they were a little chewy but not as bad as other places. This is like a hit or miss definitely i would suggest to try it as it is convenient and they have great flavors . Price was average $15 for 6. i love that these macaroons are never too sweet so i will continue to stop by here and try new flavors from time to time. I would recommended the dulce de leche , pistachio & the cereal. ALSO, they have a new CREMEBELLO they are marshmallows dipped in toppings they have caramel and raspberry and more definitely check them out if you're at the turnstyle and need some sweets it's right across 16 handles

I see this store all over the port authority and since my wife is a dessert fan we stopped by to try. They had these marshmellow things that were terrible. Way too sweet... you may contract diabetes if you eat the whole thing. I also ordered the red velvet cookie to hopefully make up for the marshmellow debacle but it also was below average. It was dry and had no flavor. It tasted like it was sitting there for weeks which it probably was. I hate to do this to the place but this is a 1 star establishment.

I don't love sweets but can't help it when it comes to macarons! Got this adorable box of 6 was from Woops in port authority. a box like this costs $16.50, but honestly, these were pretty big not too expensive for the money. in order from top to bottom, we got the pistachio, honey lavender, nutella, pink champagne, honey lavender, and tiramisu! my favorite was definitely the honey lavender - the macaron itself was the most fresh and the floral honey flavor complements the lavender flavor so well! 3 out of 6 of the macarons weren't fresh, as though they had been sitting out and got stale, but the ones that were fresh were pretttyyyy tasty! i would say these are a bit heavy on the filling, so if you're not into that, these are not for you! but for me, these were a perfect Valentine's day dessert!

I'm surprised this macaron stop doesn't have 5 stars! So good!! The perfect texture all around from middle to outter layer.. Yum! Hate that the prices are so high but that's really anywhere you purchase macarons. I got 12 for $28! Or you can get 6 for $15!

PHENOMENAL customer service!!! The food was amazing, the service was top notch. We came over from Olympia and this was the closest thing to a small town feel with exceptional food we found. Worth the drive.

Woops created the perfect party favors for my daughter's bridal shower. Each clear box of three color-coordinated macarons (honey lavender on top, rose in the middle, blueberry cheesecake on the bottom) was wrapped with a simple gold bow. I added a pink-and-gold sticker with my daughter's name and the date of the shower on the front of each box. Our guests loved them! One even admired how the gold flecks on the honey lavender macaron matched the gold bow. And of course, the macarons were delicious! Pooja at Woops was very helpful, professional and easy to work with when discussing and placing my order. I picked everything up at the Woops Turnstyles location in Columbus Circle. Highly recommend!

Lovely and yummy macaroons! Great gift to buy at Port Authority if you are going to visit someone. It's also good to treat yourself by having these delicious sweet during long travel. Recommend lemon tart, pistachio and vanilla flavors!!!!!!

I sometimes pass this WOOPS! counter inside the PABT at 40th Street while commuting to and from work . I saw something new that caught my eye that was labeled a 'choux' pronounce by them as 'shoe' which was a small cream puff in Chocolate, Vanilla and a few other favors with crumb cake like topping. I decided that I only want a taste test and got the one Vanilla flavor Choux I cut it open and the cream was a Vanilla custard like inside a thin flaky pastry that was crumb covered also in a thin layer. They are small with not a lot of cream inside it wasn't even filled, two bites later and it was gone and have desire to try the others because there was nothing special to it. I also got some additional macarons of which they have about 15 or so of the more popular type flavor's. which I found to always to be good, way better than the cream puff. And as Macarons go, better than say Paris Baguette but not has good as Macaron Café.

They were all soft and delicious I'll recommend to anyone to try the honey lavender and the red velvet they were the best.

For my baby shower, I decided to go with woops for my party favors, and couldn't have been more pleased! Employees were super helpful and offered all different options to fit my wants and needs. I opted for macaroon boxes, and they were so cute and truly delicious!!! Guests started opening the boxes at the table and eating them there, even though there were other desserts out and available! There are also SO many flavors to choose from (including seasonal options), or you can make choices based on colors to match your theme. You can even do a macaroon pyramid which is a super cute option too. Between the professionalism, quality of the macaroons, and packaging, you can't go wrong with woops for any and all special occasions!

I always like to try macarons when I'm out and about and I'm usually disappointed.. let me just say, I wasn't saying Woops! to these macarons. Hands the best I've ever had. They have a huge variety of flavors from rose, all the way to cookies and cream! Consistency is key for me when eating out and the customer service and macarons here never disappoint! Can't wait to use their beautiful gift boxes for the holidays this year.

Macarons and Cookies! I have been walking past this place for two weeks in the middle of my hustle and bustle to work each day and I finally took the time to smell the macaroons. They have a great variety of macaroons - Vanilla, Dark Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Cookies N Cream, Pistachio, Green Tea, Passion Fruit, Coffee, Nutella, yea the list goes on and on! They also sell these little waffle cookies but I did not get any. I never had a macaroon before and after I had their Cookies N Cream macaroon, I might have set the bar really high because it was delicious!! I can't wait for my family to have the other 5 later! They look so hard on the outside but when you bite into them, it's like a mini cake! a thin crunch, followed by some cake, followed by some cream filling in the middle! This is like a rich man's Oreo!! Now, I take it macaroons are a delicacy (since they have eluded me all my life) in terms of dessert and since we are in the city I can understand why they have the price tag they have... but it's worth it!! If you're commuting to the city via PABT or going back home to Jersey, feel free to take some macaroons with you!

Disclaimer: I'm not a macaron expert. Loved these!!! They feature a delicate exterior with a big punch of flavor in the middle. Ordered a box of 6 to share with the Husby. His choices: dark chocolate, raspberry & blueberry cheesecake Mine: espresso macchiato, lemon tart & caramel fleur de sel Our favorites (by far, by consensus): raspberry & caramel fleur de sel Least favorite: lemon tart. It was really good at first but had an aftertaste that reminded me of artificial sweeteners. What I would do differently: purchase their mini stroopwaffles (one of my fave sweets), order more caramel fleur de sel macarons, and try other flavors. Maybe red velvet and vanilla?

Great service! Tiramisu -seasonal flavor - was fantastic. The cream was smooth and the pastry fluffy The perfect combo. The Honey lavender was a bit to lavender for me but overall great texture and flavor.

I just bought the honey lavender macaron and it was delicious! I think the key is to eat them at room temp. I would recommend them.

OMG!!! Have loved the high end Macaroon shops until I found WOOPS!! Their macaroons are Amazing!!! Far superior to Laduree & Macaroon Cafe! Flavor selection is extensive! Traditional Nutella with Almond Cookie, coconut, lemon poppy are just the beginning of fabulous! FRESH. FRESH. FRESH... Moist & Delicious!!

Horrible experience with Woops online store. Purchased a macaron tower, and they totally forgot about my order even though I placed my order two weeks in advance. Reminded them twice for my order but never received it. So disappointed!!!!! I will never order from this place again!!!!

Picked up a dozen on my way home last night and I'm still suffering from the sticker shock - $29 for 12. They were very fresh and flavorful - absolutely beautiful when opening the box and I love the flavor card which shows all of the different flavors. Why 3 stars? 4 of the 12 macaroons were badly dented/smashed on one side - which obviously was not noticeable in the display case before my order was packed. Plus, while it's a cute and tasty treat, the sticker price is steep for a walk-up counter.

I have to say, I've never had a bad cookie here. Never stale, never off-flavor, I've enjoyed every single one. That said, they've only recently gotten a little more adventurous in their flavors - up until lately, it's all been very standard, and, while tasty, not too exciting. I can't overstate though, they ARE quite good, and consistent as far as I can tell. Naturally, they are also expensive. Not surprisingly so, because they're macarons. The regular cookies are fairly expensive too but I can't comment on them, I've never had them. I just don't know what people expect when they buy macarons; they're a luxury treat at luxury prices, wherever you get them. As to service, the folks there are generally friendly and personable. I recall one person who mostly blinks, grunts, and hands you change, but everyone else is pretty fun to interact with.

I was hesitant about trying macarons from the subway and bus port, but surprisingly these are fresh and tasty! They have a very large selection of flavors too. It's nice for a quick dessert snack with no crazy lines. Nothing fancy, just a quick pick up and go type of deal. The price point could be less. They are about $2.50 for one macaron.

Wasn't looking forward to weaving through PA at rush hour so was glad to find this spot is right inside the 8th Avenue entrance, with macarons front & center and packaged cookies around the side. Unfortunately the white chocolate coconut pecan cookie was really dry and crumbly...all in all, a really unattractive, beige-ish mass with little flavor or texture other than what must have been a pecan shell.

we stumbled upon the kiosk in the cherry hill mall, what a wonderful experience! so neat to learn about the quality ingredients they use, and of course the samples were the best part! These are the most amazing macarons we have ever tasted. I am so glad to know they ship all over the country, I cant wait to order more for ourselves and to send a beautiful box as a gift.

The macarons are so yummy. Lemon poppy seeds is way too delicious than you can imagine. Will keep coming back to get sweet treats!

Absolute FAILURE... The new boxes are a complete failure. Who ever created them for this product should be fired today. And they should take with them whoever approved them. Besides that fact that your marketing people cannot do basic math. $2.50 per for 2 more equals $15.00 for 6 macarons. yet you charge $16.00 for a 6 pack... i was told by the salesman that the $1.00 was for the box. the NEW box that did not protect my $16.00 6 pack for a 6 minute walk from the Port Authority. If we are paying for the box we should have a box that protects such a delicate product. Please toss out these inferior containers and bring back the egg crate style boxes. I, for one, will not be purchasing again if the NEW inferior boxes are used.

I was so pleased to find this cute macaron kiosk after a long day in the city looking for a There's so many pretty boxes to choose from and amazing different flavors that I've never seen before. I highly recommend everyone to try this place !

This place is awesome! Do yourself a favor and grab some macarons. It is a cute little kiosk inside the Port Authority Bus Terminal. I tried a few flavors on my way home from work and now I go regularly. Try the cookies and cream!

Macarons tastes pretty good in my opinion and the workers are really nice. I think Eddie helped me pick out some stuffs and he was super helpful!

WOOPS! I shouldn't have gotten anything from here! I noticed this new booth opened up in the second floor of the Port Authority and decided to check it out after work for a little commuting treat. Got a double chocolate cookie + one cookies and cream macaron. I wish I purchased another after work treat because the food here was not worth my money. The cookie was $3.50 + it was a decent size but it was not memorable at all. It tasted like a standard chocolate cookie and it's just not worth getting. The macaon was $1.75 & did taste good, if I need to get a last minute gift for anyone on my way home, I'll consider getting more of these, but considering the price, I probably won't. You're better off getting something to eat at the Starbucks or in Duane Reade. I get that they probably had to up the prices because it's in the Port Authority and clueless tourists will probably fall for the trap. I'll stick to getting the $1.50 bag of popcorn next time I want something to eat while waiting on line.

These macarons were fresh and absolutely perfect. The raspberry and pistachio Classic flavors were excellent and the coconut was also exceptional. The lemon poppy could have had more zing, but the key here is the freshness, and perfect textures. These are winners. A jewel in Port Authority.

I wanted to love the treats here but I didn't. The customer service is great and the staff is very friendly and courteous. However, the macaroons just don't do it for me. I had the vanilla, cookies and cream and the rose and they are just sweet and blah. The rose literally tasted like you were eating the flower and left a lingering unpleasant taste on your tongue. I will continue my search for the best macaroons.

Actually I went to the one in Bryant Park where they had the holiday shops. First time here. I was so excited to see that there was Cookies and Creme, Vanilla, and especially my favorite: Caramel. The macarons are $2.75 each. Although excited, I seemed disappointed. The macarons tasted average and it tasted plain. I wouldn't come here again but it was worth a try.

I ordered four different flavors of macarons: rose, strawberry, raspberry and red velvet. They looked great but then I took a bite.. They were flat, undercooked (runny texture) and grainy. I can't believe I paid $15 for this! What a waste. Stay away from this Woops, the product was nasty yucky.

I was honestly surprised at how fresh these macaroons were. I always love the raspberry flavor and this one was perfect the consistency was amazing and the freshness was on point. I'd definitely come back.

Hello native New Yorkers & tourists, welcome to macaron galore! I commute via Port Authority Bus Terminal at least five days a week and it is hard to miss this appealing stand.They have a gorgeous showcase of cookies and other treats. I have a weakness for macaroons and anything Nutella. My favorite flavors from this location includes: Nutella :p, old fashion Nutella ( same filling as Nutela flavor + sugar-like cookie dough cookie), green tea, rose, and blueberry. Macarons are usually chewy and soft. I haven't had a dry or crispy one thus far like those from Paris Baguette, a Korean chain bakery. Plus, I always see the staffs replenishing the showcase with fresh macarons. 1 star for customer service 1 star for selections 1 star quality 1 star for convience/ ambiance. Looks chic but hard to avoid the high traffic of commuters, so there may be a small line. I've had mostly positive experiences here. They specialize in macarons and I give them an "A" for effort for try to craft other baked goodies. Unfortunately, I am not a fan of their giant cookies. I'd give them the last star if I can honestly say EVERYTHING was fresh. I picked up a dark chocolate chocolate chip cookie today but it tasted stale since the sticker read "sell by 10-4-15" and same goes with the red velvet cookies with cream cheese icing-like filling. I didn't even realized it until I got home. Message to Woops: try not to sell any thing a day from expiration? I don't want to pay $3.50 for a stale cookie and consider adding more fillings to the red velvet cookie or don't bother at alL. The filling amount decreased over time, my cookie today had maybe two teaspoons worth... Such a tease for a giant cookie! The giant cookies are also too dry, diff needs a breverage for pairing, however that is not an option offered on the menu. Lastly, their caramel waffle cookies (stroopwafels) are worthy of writing home to mom about.

Saw this stand at port authority and they looked so pretty that I wanted to try some. They're not that cheap $15 for 6 or $2.75 for one. I tried the coconut, raspberry, Nutella, cookies and cream, coffee, and chocolate lavender. These were your standard macarons. They tasted the way they were supposed to and the texture was fine but nothing too outstanding. It didn't wow me but they were good. You could taste each flavor and they were nice to look at. My favorite out of the bunch was coconut b/c there were actually pieces of toasted coconut flakes and it was really yummy. The one I liked the least was the cookies and cream, that one I couldn't really taste the flavor that much.

my dear darling dittos brought me macarons & a Macaron Wristlet purse here. I was very very charmed & pleased. the macarons were too pretty to eat, the Wristlet too Sweet to keep all to myself.....so freaken cute
