Woops! Macarons & Gifts (West Town Mall)

These are all really good!!! My favorite is the raspberry! Very nice young lady helped us. The only other place I have had these are Hello Kitty Café. I have to say these are better!!!!!!

This place is so cute and the staff is super friendly! They gave us extra napkins when we needed it, and recommended the peanut butter and jelly macaroon, which my son LOVED. It’s another great reason to love coming in to the Knoxville mall. ❤️

We visited on June 26th and got a variety pack. My husband really liked the red velvet. I loved the birthday cake and rose! We were from out of the area, and macarons can be harder to find where I am, but the employee let me know that they ship! I plan on ordering again in the future. :)

My grandson mentioned how much he loves macaroons & having a birthday coming up I wanted to add some to his gifts. I googled macarons & WOOPS came up. Reading all the great reviews I decided to go there. The owners Thomas & Julia Maddux happened to be taking care of their shop that day. They were very personable, friendly & informative, having never had macaroons myself. They have a variety of flavors & the packaging & choice of gift boxes are adorable! My grandson was thrilled with them & anyone who tasted them said they were AMAZING! Thank you Mr&Mrs Maddux & WOOPS!

Large selection of flavors to choose from. Tasted amazing, I would say the best macarons I have had! Nice employee too. My favorite was the strawberry macaron. Went here on vacation, wish they would open location in southeast Michigan!

I've had really good macaroons so this was average. Nothing special. You get a free one when you check in and the lady barely even wanted to get me that. She was still super nice but she thought I was making it up or it was fake. The macaroon was good though. The good was kinda mushy though

Pretty good French style macarons. This little kiosk has a good selection of this delicacy. Cool fact -- macarons are gluten free. They are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside and made with finely ground almond flour. If you haven't tried them, this is a good place to give it a shot.

I Have been a raving Fan of Whoops since being introduced 5 years ago. My favorite treat destination and experience was sweetened all the more after having the unique opportunity to meet the West Town Mall Whoops! owners, Thomas and Julie through an unexpected introduction. Waiting in line to get my goodies gave me ample time to ponder where was the missing "college student" or younger adult who is usually behind the counter to serve me. Much to my delight, the service, kindness and expertise I experienced from Thomas and Julia exceeded every expectation I had an inspired and great connection and conversation. If you have the occasion to meet Mr. and Mrs. Maddux behind the counter, you will find two passionate entrepreneurs, who love their product and value their guest. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Maddux! So many delicious flavors!! My favorites were tiramisu, Nutella and lemon. Super easy to locate/ access when you enter the mall by Cheesecake Factory and Loco Burro.

This is honestly the best macaroons in town. They make them so perfect. So crunchy on the outside but SO moist on the inside. The flavors are unmatchable. My favorites are cookies and cream, birthday cake, dark chocolate and blueberry cheesecake. I do have a sweet tooth, though, so be warned. The price is going up, but it's still worth it, because the size, flavor and texture are truly unmatched to anything else in Knoxville. Every batch and flavor doesn't have the same consistency, but it's okay! They can't all be perfect, how would they give a chance to other places?

The first time I have tried these delicious macarons was on July 21, 2018, at West Town Mall Re grand opening event. The owner of the macarons was offering free samples of woops macaroons to each guest at the mall. I asked, him what was his favorite woops macarons, he said lemon tart. This amazing gentleman had his wife to bring me a whole handmade lemon tart for me to try. It was very sweet of him, most of all it was the best authentic pasties of Paris I have ever tried. Since, then I have tried Espresso macchiato, blue berry cheesecake and the famous London frog. Jordan, the cashier at woops kiosk at West Town mall is always sweet to me and my two sons'.

This place is amazing!!! The girl working, her name was Aunna, had the most welcoming smile and she was super nice. She told me everything about each flavor and I could tell she really enjoys her job. Not to mention the flavors melt on your tongue. My personal favorites are raspberry and dolce. But, you should try them all, because every flavor is great.

Wow! We first bought 6 macaroons, tried them and had to buy 12 more! These are amazing! My kids now say these are the best dessert in the world! Birthday cake was their favorite. My favorite was the lemon, and the cookies and cream!

While passing through Knoxville, I decided to stop by as I thought macarons would be a nice hostess gift. I bought a box of 6 with pistachio, red velvet, espresso macchiato, rose, coconut, and cookies & cream. They all tasted good and was completely satisfied with the packaging

It is nearly impossible to find fresh made macarons where they are sold because they are so time consuming. The young lady working here informed me these are hand made in New York and shipped to them. The flavors were good and the texture of the cookie was light, with a fragile shell, and chewy inside. I generally prefer traditional buttercream but these had an almost ganache-like filling. We really liked the mocha and pistachio.

Cute macaroons and delicious! Girl was very helpful. I'm always leery of purchasing food at kiosks. This one had a sink and the girl washed hands before touching cookies. For a germ a phob this was a plus. Will purchase again.

I bought them for the first time last week. I will definitely go back for more. Very friendly staff.
