Woops! Macarons Corporate Gifting & Events

This holiday season we decided to make custom macaroon boxes for our clients and I cannot express enough what a HIT they were! Our clients have not stopped raving about not only how delicious they are, but also how stunning the boxes are that they came in. Woops! is my new go-to for events and corporate gifting! I recently hosted a bridal shower and decided to add macarons to the dessert table for mostly aesthetic purposes, but boy did I underestimate how DELICIOUS this sweet treat is! Working with Marc Cole was an absolute pleasure. He was quick with communication and walked me through a ton of options until we found which option would be best for the event. Now with the holiday season approaching, Woops was an obvious choice for corporate gifting this year. Again, Marc was incredible. Shout out to Tim Hassler for being absolutely incredible to work with. This year was our first experience with Woops. Each year, we've sent our clients the same old gift baskets. This year, we decided to try something new and exciting, and it could not have been more seamless. From requesting a quote to shipment, Tim and his team at Woops did not skip a beat. They are incredibly organized, helpful, and efficient. The boxes of macarons were unique and different than our norm. The wraps were perfectly branded and vibrant. This left a great impression with our clients who sent "thank yous" to our team leads. It really helped us show appreciation for our clients in a special and memorable way. We look forward to using them in the near future.

We are OBSESSED with the boxes they have been shipping to our new coaching members! The process from the beginning has been so smooth and their communication is top-notch. I recently worked with Woops for a donor reception we hosted at the College. Marc and Antonieta were fantastic to work with throughout the process. The macarons were delicious and devoured by our guests. I look forward to working with the Woops team again on future events and other gifting opportunities.

Wow. Got a treat (which I didn't catch the name of, it just looked good!) that was very delicate, rich and delicious. The customer service was FANTASTIC! The barista kindly answered many of my questions about the assortment of desserts to choose from. The cafe smelled heavenly. Will have to go back to get a macaroon and coffee. Like others have mentioned, the cafe is small, there are about ~10 seats available inside, so not a place I would bring a computer and work for a couple of hours, but would definitely sit to enjoy the drinks and food. MUST TRY!

Stoped by the other day and grabbed a box of macaroons for a friend. They had some interesting flavors! The shop was clean and well organized . The my had various pastries to offer, which was great. The man assisting me was super nice and I even got a voucher for a free coffee (which I was able to redeem). The coffee wasn't the best, maybe I had the last of the batch. This is a cute place to stop by and have a sweet snack!

Stumbled upon this place while headed towards McGolrick park and it was absolutely adorable! They had a super cozy interior with lots of plants and spacious outdoor seating. I decided to sit outside since it was a sunny day, and I did not regret it. It was a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon: indulging a sweet treat while soaking up some sun rays! I ordered a dark chocolate and mint chocolate macaron, and the cashier gave me an extra one for free since she said it was a tiny bit broken. Definitely appreciated that :) lovely place overall and will surely be returning!

I bought 6 macaroons in their kiosk in the winter village at Bryant Park. I must say that their macaroons are very good. In highly recommend having their traditional vanilla macaroon. It's something that cannot be described in words. Its crunchy, soft, and aromatic at the same time. I really don't have the proper vocabulary to capture this dessert. Honestly, I'm thinking of traveling to their mortar brick location which is a 45 minute drive...without traffic.

This place got me hooked on macarons lol and I think these are better than Ladurée's macarons, but their selection isn't as large. I love the rose macaron and ended up buying 3 more to share with my family and they all loved it too despite not being fans of sweets. They're $2.95 a piece, which is just $0.20 more than Ladurée lol The cafe at this location is so aesthetic~ and I know I wasn't the only one who thought so because so many people were taking photos inside. The area's really calm and open, so it'd be a perfect spot to sit and gets some work done. It reminds of a more peaceful Soho

Location is very easy to get to. Interior is cozy and nicely decorated. Staff is very friendly and pleasant. Have baked goods, macaroons, sweet treats, cookies and coffee. I took their macaroons and they very soft and lovely. Coffee was the best - not too mild but tasted fresh and strong. Excellent service and views of the neighborhood kids park from inside are great. Will definitely go back when I visit this place again.

Really pricey bakery so you've been warned but all the items I tried were extremely tasty. Not an everyday type of place or even every week but when you really need a special something this is the place to find it.

I actually am not a fan of macaroons (I know crazy!) but these were pretty good, the place is cute and they have a lot of options! I bought a pack of 6 for my bf for $15!

Lovely shop with delicious macarons. The double espresso was also very tasty. I've had the honey lavender, but my favorite so far is London fog!

Whoops is a lovely bakery in the Greenpoint neighborhood. Truthfully, I try to avoid restaurants and shops in this area because of the overbearing Brooklyn 'hipsters.' Which, usually, also means ridiculously high prices. Hey, it's the NYC/BK way. However, the inside of this store was too inviting not to at least take a peek inside--beyond window shopping, and I am glad I did. There are a plethora of drink and dessert options on the menu. I can only attest to the quality of the blueberry scone and the blueberry muffin because these are the two desserts my friends and I shared. Both were delectable. We visited Whoops on a 'snow-day,' so it was pretty barren but I could see how this place is likely well-attended when the weather is not inclement. Prices are as reasonable as it gets in such area, but the friendly staff, sweet treats, and pleasant interior more than makeup for it.

Delicious macarons! Perfectly chewy with just that bit of a crisp exterior, nice and moist; not dry at all. Plenty of flavors to choose from, as well! And $15 for 6 macarons is a bit pricey because, well, macarons are pricey always. But that's definitely a more reasonable price than some other places.

I love Woops. So it was definitely bittersweet to discover this new Greenpoint location the very day I was moving from Greenpoint! This Woops is really generous in size: probably twice the size of the Williamsburg location, still equipped with the cute tables but added a funky bar height picnic table in the back. Speaking of bar height: this Woops sells wine and beer! Just a little surprising because I don't really see the connection between cute little pastries and alcohol. Either way, I got my two favorites: a dark chocolate macaroon and a latte. They were both delicious. So I'm really happy that this location could keep up with the consistency of other Woops. The barista was a little weird but maybe it was opening day jitters. Either way my latte was on point and that's what matters most.

New woops location in our neighborhood. The place is really nice, from decor to ambience. Can't wait to visit this place during the winter when it's cold outside and I can enjoy a coffee. The staff members were very nice and knew their menu. The coffee is really good and the size of the coffee is good. Most local coffee shops (that ain't Starbucks) lack in good coffee, good portion sizes, etc and this place delivers. I'll be back!

One of the best macaroons I've ever had! We also tried these marshmallow specialties they make. This was a bit rich. But their macaroons are amazing. Peanut butter & jelly, or Mint chocolate are my FAVORITE!

Their chocolate chip walnut cookie is perfection. If you love the Levain cookie but never find yourself in the UWS, this will more than satisfy your craving. Croissants, pastels de nada and other treats are great too.

i haven't actually purchased anything from woops, but wanted to give a positive review of my really exceptional customer service experience. i called to inquire about purchasing a cake box -- i baked a cake myself but needed to transport it -- and the woman on the phone (i believe her name was lexi) really went above and beyond. they ultimately couldn't help me, but lexi called me back to let me know that (shockingly considerate) and even suggested another bakery in the area i might try. the next time i'm looking for macarons, i'm definitely coming here.

Very cute shop in Greenpoint! Great pastries and beautiful gift boxing! The hot chocolate is made with REAL milk chocolate... so good I've walked in the snow for this little cup of gold.

It's cute and clean shop but man overpriced. I wanted a cookie but $3.95 per piece, no thanks. I am not macaroon fan either so I just settled for small ice coffee. Afterward headed over to Peter Pan donuts couple of blocks away and bought the whole shop for $3.95

Delicious macaroons! Some of the flavors I was a bit hesitant about because they seemed like very strange combos, but they were still great. The box of 6 was $16.50, which is about average for bakeries in the area if not below, the man who helped me was very pleasant, and the packaging was adorable. I would happily purchase from them again.

Absolutely adorable. Well-lit. Plenty of seating. Delicious pastries (must try the pistachio macaron and a blueberry scone). Their lemonade is refreshing and tart as well! Definitely come here!

Delicious chai latte (they used hot milk so the drink wasn't lukewarm like some places do unfortunately). I also like their pastry assortment. However besides the great drinks, the space is extremely uncomfortable due to the tight space and too many tables/chairs. They have the flimsy outdoor table and chairs arranged VERY close to each other so it's just too tight and crowded. While the aesthetic is photogenic, it's just impractical and uneasy for patrons. Better to remove even a few tables so people are stacked on top of each other.

Can I have every macaron please ... I wish I could eat these daily so Delish . The staff is friendly always a plus

great desserts and drinks but I CLEARLY SAID "Iced". I believe that male worker was high because I had to repeat my order at least 5 times, and the woman got upset that I ordered a croissant - which they forgot to give to me. In conclusion, poor workers, however the place has great space.

I have been looking forward to their opening ever since I saw the sign. I am a big fan of the Williamsburg location and this Greenpoint location has the same clean and relaxing aesthetic. The owner and staff are so friendly and nice. The baked goods are freshly made and are soft and delicious! This is a welcoming addition to the neighborhood!

Very pleased by the presentation of the store, everyone was warm and friend. The macaroons are new to me in terms of pastries, but I am now a fan due to the Woops. They had a really large variety to choose from (Red Velvet being my fave next to Pistachio). My wife loved her iced green tea latte, and I my iced chai latte. I will visit them again very soon.

Just visited this lovely new bakery. So cute and clean with outdoor seating and water for the pups :) Loved it.

This place is awesome!!! I love that it is family owned and the staff is so polite! The food is also great. I highly recommend going to Woops in Greenpoint as often as you can!!

Writing a review because I come here all the time and they rule. Nice coffee, clean/cute atmosphere with ample sitting space, and really kind staff. Amazing pastries and an incredible macaron selection. They also have a great rewards program so there are perks to be a regular. Perfect for coffee on the go or sitting down and catching up with friends. Cannot recommend them enough.

We were very pleased with the excellent and friendly staff and the super delicious macarons and pastries. The latte was one of the best we have ever had. Robust without any bitterness. Much better than Starbucks. We will be coming again and again and suggesting our friends do likewise.

Woops is a great addition to the neighborhood! My son goes to PS 34 (across the street) and this place is perfect for a strong iced latte and snack. The owner and staff are super sweet and the place is adorable. I just learned they serve wine and beer so will definitely be back for that. PS. My son is a BIG fan of the macarons. He wants to try each one!

I highly recommend it! The location is perfect to bring your kids after school or just to treat yourself. The pistachio macarroom is dangerously delicious. The owner is equally sweet! Go check it out!!!

The chai latte was delicious, and the barista during the night was very friendly and patient with my indecisiveness. Definitely coming back!

Staff is super nice, coffee is very strong, and it is in a prime location on the way to the train with ample seating and a nice outside bench.

This Woops is exactly what the neighborhood needed! The chocolate chip cookies are amazing and my daughter couldn't get enough of the colorful and delicious macarons! Great ambience, great food.

Seriously the best sweet treats and coffee! My kids go to school in the neighborhood so I was sooooo happy we finally got a friendly and delicious coffee spot! And they have gluten free options! The staff was helpful and nice, the shop is adorable, and free wifi! Love love love this place. Affordable, friendly, clean, and delish!

Really good coffee. Chocolate chip cookies and Nutella rugelach are delicious. I know that they are supposed to be know for the macarons but I thought that they were very average. It's a great addition to the neighborhood.
