We had high hopes but the food just didn’t make the cut. I got dumplings, sweet potato casserole, broccoli casserole and slaw. I had never had brown dumplings and they tasted like bread balls. The sweet potato casserole was just mashed sweet potato with brown sugar on top and they were not tasty. The broccoli casserole had hard and soft broccoli in it and the slaw was awful. My husband got roast beef that was good, the cucumber and tomato salad that was delicious but the hash brown casserole was not good. Our waitress was great! She was friendly and on top of things!

Very happy with this new restaurant! We had the fried chicken with gravy on the side, mac and cheese, fried potatoes, pinto beans, collard greens, cucumber salad and the strawberry desert. Everything was delicious. The chicken was juicy not dry. We will definitely be back

Great new place for sandwiches and dinners in Greeneville. I asked what dinners they no longer had and was disappointed there wasn’t any chicken n dumplings left. We did come in later toward closing time, so next time we’ll try to come earlier so I can try those. Ended up with French dip and it was very tasty. (it did come with Cole slaw, but I ordered fries for an up charge.)The restaurant was decorated nicely and was clean. The waitress was attentive and served our food quickly. The prices were good as well as the portions. We will be back.

Decided to give this place a shot after reading the five star reviews. Now I see why they got those reviews. Everything was great!! I ordered the fried chicken and the beef pot roast along with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese and a side of hash brown casserole. I also ordered the cornbread which was fixed the way I like it with a little sweet flavor. Restaurant was very clean and staff were very friendly. Will definitely go back for seconds!! Highly recommended A++

Great experience on opening night. Dinner around 6pm was very pleasant. Atmosphere is very inviting, reminds me of Chicken Salad Chicks. Very comfortable with a homey centerpiece of condiments twist at each table. Cafeteria style with loads of protein and side dish options. I would say if the items could be labeled it would be easier to choose, rather than ask. Food was excellent! ♥️ Our favorites were the sweet potato casserole, Mac n cheese, fried chicken and cornbread. Ample serving sizes, enough for 2 meals really. I think it was about $15 for a protein 2 sides plus a roll or cornbread. Considering a small salad at Wendy's is about $10 this is a generous amount of food for the price. We will return to try some other menu items. Thanks for opening👍

My husband raved about the fried chicken, which was flavorful and surprisingly light. The beef pot roast burst with rich, savory notes, and the mac and cheese was a creamy hit, perfect for children of all ages. This establishment is a gem—highly recommend a visit!

Really really great people and really great food. It is served cafeteria style and very clearly made with love and attention to every ingredient added. Definitely worth trying! The chicken was flavorful and moist, the mac and cheese was fantastic, but my favorites were probably the broccoli and the sweet potato casserole. The servings are large and definitely leave you feeling full.

Everyone has to try this spot!! Fresh options, served hot and tasty! Great service and worth every last penny. I got the fried chicken that was made to order and they even brought me some gravy to dunk it in (it was juicy and seasoned enough on its own though). Collards were delicious (tomato base), hash brown casserole was good, and the cornbread melted right in my mouth.
