Hannah Simon has to be the WORST recruiter I have ever dealt with. No matter what time of day you call her, she sounds like she is sleeping. A few times I spoke with her, she sounded high. She always seems to be super distracted, constantly using filler words like UMMMMMMMM. And it is really annoying. I don't think I have ever spoken with her and come away from the conversation feeling confident that she knew what she was doing. She definitely lacks professionalism and tact. There is nothing worse than trying to find that perfect job and the recruiter is a complete flake. She doesnt know answers to any questions, she says she has to ask the owner and she will get back to you and then she doesnt do what she says she is going to do. I don't know if she is new, inexperienced or what is going on with this girl but if she calls you for an open position, ask for another recruiter. She is a total flake.

This place is great! They got me a job 5 years ago and unfortunately was recently laid off. I took a two week break and decided to give Workway a call again. The staff is new and very attentive to your needs. I was fortunate to speak with Perla, very pleasant person to work with, helpful. After, submitting my resume, I was working in less than 5 days!!! Perla is the best! Keep her Workway!! Again, thank you Perla and Workway! I love my new assignment and of course, the weekly pay. I would definitely recommend a friend, here.

NO THANK YOU! The last thing someone wants when looking for a job is dishonesty. I recently was contacted by this agency regarding placement. Last time I was there I interviewed with a guy (wont specify name) for a banking job at BofA (could have been Wells also, but this was a while back. I do know it was for one of the big 2). I was NEVER contacted again after the interview. My calls went un answered, and felt betrayed. Especially when looking for a job. So I get an email for another position, same agency new contact. When i mention the previous mishap, I was emailed back with "By the way we submitted it to firemans credit union not BofA" WTH?? So I was lied to, and you email me back with a smartass remark after I mentioned how I was unhappy with your service? Staffing agencies are scams. They have a certain submission quota to fill and dont really care about job placement. STAY AWAY!

This agency was my savior at the moment when I needed job the most. The recruiter manager ,Perla did her best to help me and found the best option for me. She was very caring, friendly and patient!!! I am immensely grateful.

Agent rep Perla Sanchez was non-existent after my assignment ended. After sending multiple emails and a voice message, I still have not heard back from her. I have been completely ignored. Very unprofessional and rude.

Working with Wendi, Perla and Andrea is great! They send me to great Escrow offices, with higher pay than their competitors. They are accessible and responsive, makes sure that issues are resolved, if any. They are super easy to work with- esp if you have worked with other agencies you can measure the difference. They're always friendly and respectful, communicates clearly, providing information you need to be successful at your assignments. No misleading info at all. They remember your preferences as well! If I'm ready for a permanent position I'll not hesitate to go through them. Thanks ladies!!!

no way.. they left me to hang dry... when Siemens screwed me over, work way didn't help me at all..nor even bothered to help me look for a new job... i never heard from them again.

It was a pleasure working with Workway. The Title and Escrow industry has been really challenging for the past few years. Workway was able to find me mulitple temp assignments for me so I could stay afloat. Then they found me a permanent opportunity and I have never been happier. I have been called by mulitple other agencies and they always pay way less than Workway for the same types of positions. This is a great agency that takes care of their employees and places them in companies that are a good fit.
