This hotel stay had its ups and downs. Toilet without brush. It takes multiple flushes and significant time just to clear stains, which was quite unpleasant. The Wi-Fi was another big disappointment. Paying $10 for two days of Wi-Fi, especially when the signal was poor (confirmed with a Wi-Fi analyzer app), feels like a rip-off. It's clear the network isn't professionally optimized with proper 5GHz/2.4GHz power outputs and channel planning. You're better off saving your money and getting a $5 eSIM for much faster speeds. As for breakfast, it's typical American fare: lots of sugary Kellogg's products. While not great, it's pretty standard for US hotels. It's probably not worth the extra cost if you prefer to make your own breakfast in your room. On the positive side, the rooms are very nice. Our suite was a good size and well-equipped with everything we needed, including kitchen utensils. The outdoor grill was also a nice touch.

So far everyone we have come in contact with has been great. We are going to shout out Carlos, we called up early morning needing some extra Cream and sugar and he had it up to our door in 5 minutes so we could enjoy our morning coffee. The presidential suite is fantastic. and more importantly, the bed, the pillows are so comfortable. The soaps and lotions they provide smell amazing! We were very happy with our stay and again. Thank you to the staff that manages this place so well, it has been warm, welcoming and inviting you guys are great it is what makes this place so wonderful.

Beware! Management uses bait and switch scam tactics.||Just 48 hours before check in, the hotel emailed to inform us that our Presidential Suite (which we had booked 2+ months in advance) had been downgraded to a basic studio room with only a murphy bed! There were 4 adults in our group so obviously this new room was not going to work.||The front desk offered no explanation besides that “the room type was no longer available.” I understand it is a busy weekend, but any decent hotel should have their inventory figured out more than 48 hours in advance of a guest’s check in!||Unfortunately the hotel front desk and Wyndham corporate were totally unhelpful and rude (despite me being a Wyndham Diamond member) and we were forced to cancel our room and scramble to find new accommodations just days before the busy Labor Day weekend.||Ultimately, it worked out for the best because we drove by the hotel after arriving in Moab and it is NOWHERE near as nice as the pictures make it look.

First time visiting to this location and was very very happy with this choice and location. The staff were all very friendly, patient and helpful. The grounds were all very well maintained and visually pleasing. The location is very beautiful and peaceful. The room was very beautiful and the finishes were all perfectly done. The room amenities are all top notch and all the small details were noticeable and very comforting.....the coffees....the spices....the kitchen equipment were all very good quality. Will definitely be coming back and enjoying this location and the surroundings again very soon!!!!

The condo units are very nice, comfortable, well equipped and the pool area is one of the best I’ve seen. The location is excellent. Very close to Arches, Canyonlands, state parks and recreation areas. But internet is not free. We paid $49.95 for 2 devices for a week, which I thought was very expensive. And it didn’t work for half the time The provider is independent of the resort so we had to call them ourselves to obtain a refund. If it weren’t for that issue, I would have given the resort the highest rating.

Worldmark Moab offers a lot of positives. It's rooms are comfortable and modern and the pool area is outstanding. We really enjoyed the proximity to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. A couple of downfalls were having to settle for the first floor as we could hear the people above us. I'm not sure why vacation units can't be soundproofed. I guess the cost. Also our ground level unit patio didn't have much atmosphere as it was just river rock and a brick wall.

We had a great stay. The 3 bedroom unit for our family of five was great. Everyone who worked there was pleasant and helpful. The pool and workout area were very nice for our stay. Breakfast is the same everyday but there are a lot of options, so we were able to mix it up each day. Great location close to everything in Moab!!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was lovely - well stocked with everything we needed to cook, with comfortable beds, a fun air hockey table that kept our teenage boys entertained, and a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool. ||The large bathroom area and laundry facilities were really useful, and the big TVs were great for relaxing after long, hot hikes.||The pool area was a highlight, with plenty of seating for adults and lots of fun floats for kids of all ages. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety, and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful.||It’s in a great location too - just a short drive into Moab and close to both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. A perfect base for exploring the area.

Yelp
This resort was so nice. My family booked this lovely upper level room that sleeps 8 (presidential suite- king size bed, queen size bed, 2 full beds, and a pull out on the couch). My grandma and bf were unable to make it so we just kept the room. We stayed for 3 days, 2 nights. Here are a few pictures to show ya'll (sorry for the mess) only made a video on the first day and pictures with our stuff have added on lol With the room, it came with a laundry set of washer and dryer. A really nice kitchen and dining table, air hockey and living room. Each rooms have a tv and the living rooms have 2 and a bose. We also had a balcony overlooking the other hotel and parking lot Free Breakfast by the Sandstone Restaurant. You can dine-in and take out. Really nice looking pool and also there's really good wifi reception! It is a few mins away from the activities that my family and I did. Extreme 4x4 Off Roading and The Arches Natural Park Def would love to stay here again when visiting Moab! Beautiful. Food wise, we never dined out. Only did take out because who would wanna leave the dining table that we stayed at. Lol One last things, the resort is 24/7 so you can text anytime if you need anything (room service, change beddings, need towels, etc) Over looking the parking lot there are areas where you can sit by a patio or cook some bbq on the grills

Yelp
Cute spot - I would recommend BUT I did not like that there is no room service and animals are not allowed. We didn't realize this and had to find a sitter for our little girl! We like the place - I stayed here twice a total of 16 days in 2023. The location is great and the beds are comfy.

Yelp
Beyond expectations - how is this place just a "2 star" hotel?!? We almost thought we were at the wrong place. Comparable to other places in the area, maybe more reasonable but our 2 bedroom suite was fully equipped with a kitchen, washer and dryer, large spotless bathrooms, comfy beds, large TVs in all rooms, the list goes on!! Plus we had a full view of the mountains. Breakfast was decent, very quick and easy during the week, but very busy on the weekends. Barely waited when we were there on Friday, but had to wait maybe 20-30 min to get our food on Saturday. Bring your swimsuit, wished we were able to take advantage of the pool and 3 hot tubs! Checking in/out was easy, always greeted by staff.

Yelp
We have been WorldMark owners for over 25 years. This was the first time ever staying in Moab. When we pull up to the check in office you can look out and see a very nice view of the pool with the mountains in the backround. It is a very impressive . Our one bedroom suite was great. It is spacious and modern looking. A big kitchen with a nice counter top that 3 people can eat at. A small dining area where 4 people can eat. Nice living room with a little balcony that 2 can sit. A huge king size bed. Spacious bathroom too. This is nicest WorldMark we have ever stay at. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is a member of WorldMark or even if they are not.

Yelp
When we got to the hotel, their check in took a while, but we got through it, and we were able to get a room. Our room was equipped with two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a full kitchen, a balcony, and so much more! We didn't have enough towels, so we called the front desk, and they came quickly with a handful of towels. Their breakfast is great with a nice variety of food and both inside and outside seating. Also, their pool is a great decent sized pool, which is great to swim for a nice cool off. They also have 3 hot tubs and a splash pad. If you are looking for a hotel close to Arches or Canyonlands National Park, it is only a couple minutes to each park. I recommend staying at this hotel.

Yelp
Worst customer service. After check out, I was away from hotel and realized left jacket in closet. I contact the moab resort, they can not help me right away. I have to report thru ileftstuff web and I did on same day. Then after 48hours they can not find my jacket notified from ileftstuff. No one from the moab resort lost and found contact me.

Yelp
This location is very clean and new. The breakfast is simple and nice (they even have gluten free bread as an option for breakfast). The room was very contemporary and the heated electric fireplace was a nice addition to keeping the overall room warm. If you're into lounging in the hot tub or pool, the view from the tub is beautiful, with a sandstone backdrop to keep you company. The staff were friendly and helpful. Just don't expect a response from the text the "text the front desk" option they give you, I never got a response. But they do answer the phone when you call from the rooms phone. The location is literally 5 minutes (or less) from the entrance to the Arches National Park. Oh and word to the wise, make sure you drive the speed limit on Main Street. It's 20 MPH in town, unless otherwise noted. Main Street is anywhere from 30-45 MPH, but you will get pulled over, in example, if you go 43MPH in a 35MPH zone. They seem to be very protective of their Main Street here in MOAB.

Yelp
Loved the resort except I'm that if you plan to stay here make sure you get a top floor. The floors are not built strong and you hear every footstep. I reached out their staff to address a noise complaint 3x and finally got some quite time after 11pm. They addressed the upstairs neighbors too late and did not actively respond Within their stated quite time policy (10pm).

Yelp
This hotel was fantastic! Apartment like rooms which were very clean and had many amenities. The included breakfast was delicious and had a stunning view. Located 5 minutes from Arches National Park, and 30ish to Canyonlands. So much fun to stay here even in mid November. Would come back for sure if ever in the area again.
